Beautiful home overing the bay. Very comfortable and well kitted out. Our family of 6 (all adults) loved every minute of our stay. Owners could not have been more accommodating. Great pub/restaurant just down the hill. Wish we were still there!!

Loved the small community and amazing views. The Master bedroom was a bit difficult to enjoy due seriously bad odor that smelled like sewer. The house was mostly clean- yet musty and full of cobwebs. The kitchen was a falling apart -but nothing serious. This would have been a 5 star stay had it not been for the odor. Thank you for sharing!

Great location for a Ring of Kerry and Dingle Peninsula adventure. Everything we needed was supplied. Beautiful view of the beach and beyond. Would recommend.

The house overall was really nice, very clean and comfortable, however all 3 bathrooms could use an serious update. Toilet seat in the hall bath was broken and cause a couple of rear end pinches.
The views were very nice, but could be much better if the hedges were trimmed. Had to move the lawn chairs to the far edge of the patio to appreciate the views.
But would have no problem returning for another stay.

Wonderful Family Holiday
The home was perfect for our family holiday. We went to the playground and beach every day and took day trips around Kerry. The home was located just a short walk from the playground and beach. It was also very comfortable to come home to each day. The owners were very helpful and responsive. Even put us in touch with a wonderful babysitter who allowed us to have a couple evenings on our own. Highly recommend and hope to visit again!

Fun at the beach.
The house was perfect for our group of 8. Lots of room to spread out and also be together when we wanted. The view is absolutely stunning from the porch. Had several barbecues on the deck.
I would recommend this property.

My family and various guests greatly enjoyed our stay in Rossbeigh including the non-stop view of the beach. Spaciousness was helpful particularly on non-sunny days. We all enjoyed horse-riding and long walks on the beach, whatever the weather.
Non Irish visitors would possibly benefit from a one page laminated Introduction to kitchen lay-out (electricity) etc.

We loved our stay in Glenbiegh. The house near Rossbeigh beach, but a short drive into Glenbeigh. The store in Glenbeigh has everything we needed, and we had a person with special dietary needs. The restaurants were nice in Glenbeigh. It was also a good location for drives to Killarney, the Dingle pennisula and a voyage to the Skellig Islands. There was plenty of great hiking around the area. and we had a lovely horseride on the beach. John and Norrie were very nice and answered whatever questions we had. The house was well equipped and there was plenty of room for 6 of us. We would definitey stay again and recommend it to others.

Beautiful surroundings...responsive owners...
My family and I stayed for four nights with some stormy weather! A nice supply of start up food was waiting for us and John was very accommodating in lieu of our later than anticipated arrival time. Homey surroundings made for a very pleasant stay. The house had plenty of space for six adults and kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Glenbeigh village has an excellent little hotel and pub with great food and live music the night we were there.

Beautiful setting overlooking Glenbeigh beach
The house is a great option for a family holiday with 4 bedrooms and spacious living area and kitchen. The views from the front of the house are stunning as you are overlooking Rossbeigh beach with it's long sandy beach which is wonderful for a morning walk. It is about a 5 min drive into Glenbeigh town and there are a few options for lunch and dinner if you don't want to drive too far. The location is also excellent for easy access to the Ring of Kerry.
Two areas for improvement:
1) the bathrooms are a bit small and dark in particular the bathroom off the master bedroom
2) the welcome we received at check in was quite cold. I think there was a miscommunication between the office and I as they were expecting me to arrive at Glenbeigh at 4pm but we arrived much later. When I called to confirm the actual timing of our arrival the person meeting us had already left to the meeting point. This was not my fault but he let me know he was not happy and did not make much effort to either welcome us or conduct a proper check in.

Amazing view
A lovely house in a great situation, amazing view, but not that far up the hill, so easy to walk down to the beach. The water was a bit cold, but we did have fun swimming in the sea when the tide was out. The house is well equipped, plenty of plates, cutlery, glasses etc. nicely decorated and very clean. The ensuite shower rooms are rather small.
Lots to do in the locality.

Perfect view, Perfect location, Perfect house, Perfect vacation!
We had a wonderful stay - the house was warm and cozy when arrived and we spent hours admiring the outstanding views. Breda and John were very kind and helpful and left welcoming treats in the kitchen for our arrival - an extremely appreciative detail. Great location for visiting various activities and an easy walk to a delicious local restaurant. Terrific beach and playground for the children.

Fantastic house! Modern, lovely, perfect!
This house could not be better. The house itself is great: modern, clean, very comfortable. It's location is amazing. The view of the beach and inlet is stunning. From the house, you can easily go out on long hikes and bike rides. The folks letting the house are very kind and helpful. In short, most excellent!

Perfect, perfect and perfect.....
Hello everyone, my family just returned from Ireland and it was incredible. We stayed at a B&B the first night then headed to Killarney for the week at house. First, the location is perfect. No car, no problem. You can walk 1/2 mile into town or wave down a passing jaunting car for a lift (we took one to St. Mary's Catherdal for service). Plus the area is so clean and people are so nice. You get lost, confused ask anyone and you will find your way. John and staff were great, excellent communication through out the process and provided us with valuable information during our stay. I all seriousness, this place rocks and we plan to return in the coming years.

Such a great house
7 of us went to Rossbeigh for the Easter break and it was simply divine. I think the house is well designed to take advantage of its views - particularly with the dining room, which looks out onto the strand. We all absolutely adored it and the house felt very homely e.g. with DvDs, scrabble etc already there. Extremely well kitted out in terms of cutlery, utensils etc.
Such a great location - perfect for exploring south kerry but also doing walks around Glenbeigh/Caragh lake region.
John and Breda the owners were very helpful and couldn't be more accommodating - I would highly recommend.

Every bit as beautiful as the Internet photos.
When we pulled up, we could look right through the windows to the water. The view was incredible and the view from the enormous deck was super! Beautiful bedrooms and very comfortable beds and furniture. One small drawback - no bathroom on the second floor.
The hill behind the house with the grazing sheep was also gorgeous. Good location for the Ring of Kerry.

Lovely Home with Amazing Views
A wonderful four bedroom, three bathroom home with a fantastic view!!! This beautiful home very comfortably will hold eight adults. We were a party of five and had more than enough room to spare. It has a very spacious kitchen where we were able to prepare meals a few evenings after a full day out sight-seeing. Upon our arrival, the owner, greeted us and graciously had a bottle of wine, butter, and brown bread awaiting us!! We met the owner at the local petrol station and followed him to the hillside where the home is located which gives the incredible view seen in the picture. At night we kept the drapes in our bedroom open so we could watch the lights across the bay on the Dingle Peninsula. In the morning we would drink our coffee at the living room window and become mesmerized staring at the view. I must say, the view is even more stunning than shown. Any questions we had about the house or the area were very promptly answered by the owners who were so incredibly kind. It was so nice to be able to have space for all of us and that would allow someone to stay in for the day if they so desired. There is much to explore in the region. We visited the Kerry cliffs, the very charming town of Kenmare, and a most memorable trip to Skelig Michael. A small grocery store with many supplies is close by and an even larger grocery is located in Killorglin, a short distance away. We dined a few evenings in the nearby Towers pub which we all enjoyed very much. This very welcoming home is certainly a place I would recommend and would absolutely love to revisit. One day using binoculars we were even able to see a crumbling castle or tower across the water on the Dingle Peninsula. I just can't imagine a home with more incredible views and comfort than this lovely home. It certainly helped make our trip a wonderful memory-making journey.

I had the pleasure of staying at Rossbeigh beach house for a month this last September with my husband, sister, and mother. What a great time! We loved the house, which was well equipped, clean and well maintained. John and his staff went above and beyond to make sure we had all we needed. Waking up every morning to the view of Dingle Bay, the long walks on the beach, and the great hikes in the hills behind the house were all so special. Rossbeigh beach house was in a great location to venture out and explore southwest Ireland-the Ring of Kerry, the Dingle Peninsula, Killarney, to name a few. And if you wanted a quieter day, walking into Glenbeigh and grabbing a pint and some lunch at the Tower restaurant was a perfect solution. I would highly recommend this property and hopefully I will be able to go back again someday soon.

Family trip of a lifetime
Our family dream of taking a trip to Ireland was fifulled last July and our expectations of staying on the Ring of Kerry were exceeded at our Rossbeigh house. We where so impressed with the views from the house of the bay and Dingle but also the mountains and sheep at your back door. We enjoyed swimming (when warm enough) walking on the beach, hiking, and photographing the scenic area. We also really liked that even though we were out of a main town there still was a pub walking distance away (a steep walk for those who might need assistance). Our family loves to cook so this was the house for use -we enjoyed many meals and eating out on a huge deck or in a dinningroom that had a fantastic view of the water.
Our family enjoyed being a little out of the way. The Rossbeigh house was a 40 min drive into Killarney and a great jumping off point to visit all the villages on the Ring of Kerry. We also took a day trip onto the Dingle paninsula.
