This was my fifth time staying at Seascape, and I won't ever stay anywhere else while visiting the island. The impeccable landscaping and maintenance of the property make it enjoyable enough, but the proximity to the beach just seals the deal. Because it's not on the main drag, it feels like a little hidden oasis.

We have stayed at many condos in Seascape - here is what sets this one apart…
There are two balconies, and the 2nd one (which is good size) has access both from the Primary bedroom and the living room.
The bunk beds are full size and accommodate adults, as opposed to the typical kid-size bunks built into the wall.
The unit is one of the closest to the beach, with incredible views.
Our host displayed great communication and our visit really could not have gone better.

Great views of beach and ocean, nice resort, slippery shower floors need non-slip grips, A/C went out but was fixed the next morning. Not a big fan of the furniture as it was not that comfortable. Overall, it was nice place.

This was a nice place to stay for the week with family. Simple to check in and out and clean. I would definitely recommend.

Property location is great, directly on a small private beach. Pool and common areas are kept pristine. The unit we stayed in was clean, but a bit shabby. Needs a renovation. We had a great experience, and will look for a different unit next time.

The location of the condo inside the property is excellent as it is one unit from the end, which gave us unobstructed Gulf / beach views from both the master bed room, and living room balconies which are both furnished. Security is very good which makes the parking, the property and beach access very secure. The property was quiet at all times which was nice. The property and the grounds are kept very clean including the pool / hot tub areas. The condo is nicely furnished. We had 3 adults and one child in our party in which we utilized both bedrooms and the bunk bed. The only 2 areas that need improvement is the mattresses on both beds need to be updated as they were not very comfortable, and both bedrooms need blackout shades installed as the security lights come thru the current blinds at night. Overall, our stay was enjoyable with two exceptions.

This condo was fantastic! The two patios were so nice, and the ocean view was very relaxing. The master bed was very comfy, the whole unit was clean, kitchen well stocked, plenty of towels, and we loved the extra beach towels. The offered beach toy closet was a bonus, and more than enough to keep anyone busy at the beach forever. We've stayed at Seascape many times, and this is the best condo we've ever stayed in! It was well maintained, and we loved the "starter" pack with kitchen items. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and will look for this condo to book next time

We opened the door and first words…it’s nice! Few more steps….it’s ocean front property! The property was clean, decor is beachy and very welcoming. It has everything you need. The weather was breezy so we enjoyed the patio(s) in the evenings and mornings. All in all our stay was very comfortable and just what we needed. Yes, we would recommend this perfect getaway!

This was our second time staying here and it was just as fabulous as the first time. Communication was amazing and everything was exactly as described. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Ease of beach access and outdoor showers after returning were great! Can’t wait to vacation here again!

My girls and I were there for a dance competition at Moody Gardens and this was the absolute perfect place to stay...except for the non-air conditioned elevator in competition make-up. We made it through that and loved every minute in the condo. After a busy crowded day at Moody, it was the perfect location to get away from the crowds and decompress, but close enough to everything in town. The pool and courtyard area were beautiful and relaxing. The room was spacious enough for the 3 of us and had everything we needed and then some. The showers could use a little help, but not a deal breaker for us. The one is so small, but if you just need a quick wash and rinse...it's doable. The other one doesn't drain, so even a quick shower, you are calf deep in water... again, not a big deal. There is a beautiful view, comfortable beds, clean room with plenty of extras in the kitchen and bathrooms. I appreciated the guard booth at the entrance, the guard walking the grounds, the wrist bands, and the locks on the gates. I always felt safe with my girls there. Definitely recommend this location.

Super location, nice pool, love the balcony’s, a couple of issues inside condo but the property manager was quick to respond! Washer on our floor was broke but was able to use 3rd floor one. Wish you were given more toilet paper and paper towels not just a starter set. Had to go purchase them. Condo was nice!

Great little place to stay. Loved the semi private beach just outside the condo area. Far away from the crowds but not so far that it took too long to get to stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

Upon entering property, we noticed the 2 main lights bulbs in the main entrance & hallway we out. So we changed them. Also VERY DIRTY ac filter, so we changed that also. We went to vaccum and the vacucum was plugged with hair and very dirty. Could not Use.
NO CLOSET spece in guest bedroom because owner has all their stuf in their. Also no dresser, so your clothes have to stay in suitcase. Very disapointing,.
2 of 3 doors to balcony are out of wack and VERY HARD TO CLOSE. Main entry door is missaligned and you cannot lock deadbolt!
Clear shower curtain is filthy and needs to be repalced.
On property on the first night there was no outside lights around facility and it was pitch black.
The washing machine for 2nd floor is broken.
The security guard was very rude multiple times.
Would love to speak to someone about the money I spent for such poor conditions

This is our second time to stay in this unit. It’s been updated since our last stay and is very nice. Everything was clean and we had plenty of bath towels. We especially loved the extra beach towels that were provided as well as the beach toys/boogie board. We love the big high top table to eat at inside and the high chairs on the balcony to view the ocean and pool. The kitchen is pretty well stocked. The oven is small so keep that in mind if planning to use it. The king bed pillows could be better. They were either real flat or real lumpy. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would book this unit again!

Condo looked to be quite old. Really needs updating. Doors to balconies hard to open. Walls need painted. Beds need new mattresses and linens. Location on beach was excellent, while closeness to town and activities was convenient. Furniture was nice. Really enjoyed having 2 bedrooms and bathrooms.

The condo was perfect for us. The view is gorgeous! Plenty of essentials. The pool was perfect and the hot tub was hot. We enjoyed walking on the beach picking up shells and bird watching.
Food in Galveston is fantastic!
Our only complaint is we couldn’t stay longer!

Nice enough but tired. Bed linens are threadbare and no place to set anything in smaller bath. No wine glasses and just needs overall tending to.

Kids enjoyed the heated pool. Property was clean and well-equipped with cooking basics and even sand toys and chairs. Owner was very responsive when needed. Overall we had a very nice time. Note you'll need to pack or purchase pool towels.

The balcony chairs were very difficult to climb into and out of, and so heavy we could hardly move them. Maybe standard sized deck chairs would be better.
Construction was noisy and elevator was not operating on the day we were leaving. So we had to make multiple trips to get our luggage down to our vehicle. A kind lady, who was also a guest, helped us.
The experience was mostly positive.

Absolutely loved and enjoyed my stay here. It was just as listed!! Beautiful view, cute/clean condo! Ot gave us a nice weekend getaway that we so desired. Only complaint was the slow draining tub and moldy shower curtain… nothing worse than standing in water build up and then having the nasty curtain made it worse.

Awesome view of the ocean and you can hear the waves crashing, so soothing. There is a boardwalk that takes you to the ocean, peaceful without a lot of people. The hot tub was refreshing. No problems whatsoever, except the elevator. It was on the fritz one morning, but it was fixed by the time we arrived back that evening.

This is an excellent property on the beach with a short drive (and I mean a couple of minutes) to all the activities and fun. The property manager was prompt in responding to my questions and even let me know when the electricity was back on after an outage from a storm. Check in was easy and I would refer this property. The only draw back for me was the pillows are very flat, but that is an easy fix with new pillows.

The property security team was alert making us feel very comfortable. The ground crews were on top of things each day.
All in all our experience at Seascape was great and we enjoyed the Galveston area much more than we anticipated. Would stay in this unit again if we were to visit Galveston again.

The elevator wouldn’t stop on second floor for pickup. It would stop if you were inside. So taking our stuff to the car was an ordeal. But we loved our time there and would stay again.
