My wife, kids, aged 14 and 15, and I, enjoyed staying at the 2 bedroom, 3 bed house near Marina Del Rey.
The place was fully furnished, making for easy meals to cook. We took great advantage of the hot tub, using it daily, in the morning and at night.
The place is easy to get to from LAX. You are close to the PCH which can get to you to several beaches from Venice to Redondo in anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes.
We would stay again!

We had a great stay at this back property. It is very clean and well-maintained. Check-in could not have been easier. No notes! The location is close to the freeway; the only thing I would flag is that it is not walking distance to shops and restaurants (it is very close if you drive though).

This was the perfect little place for our family of five! We took a trip across the country with our three kiddos (14, 11, and 7) and Cali was our first stop. The property is beautiful and well stocked. Check in was so smooth and the owner was very responsive! We spent the days out and it was great to unwind on the gorgeous patio with the firepit and hot tub in the evening. Having a washer/dryer was a huge plus as we are staying in hotels for the remainder of our trip. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay!

Our stay was so wonderful and pleasant. Great little 2 bedroom with everything we needed and a hot tub. Franco was so nice to work with and very accommodating. The location was just 12 minutes from the airport, close to Venice Beach, shopping, restaurants, everything we needed.

We had a wonderful time at the vacation home. Venice Beach is only a few minutes away by car and supermarkets are also nearby. The location is also a great starting point for sightseeing in the LA area.
The house is very nice and tidy. The owners have been friendly and supportive! Many thanks! We will definitely like to come back!

We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The house had everything we could ever need, and it was spotlessly clean with cozy decor. Our favorite part was the outdoor area with the hot tub, fireplace, and gas grill. Every minute of our stay was a delight, and we didn't want to leave. We wish we could have stayed longer! The location was fantastic too—close to all attractions yet quiet and safe. Highly recommended!

A compact, well equipped property, annexed on back of owner’s home. Cute secure garden with huge hot tub - which we enjoyed coming back to and felt like a sanctuary after the craziness of LA itself. Set amongst quiet, neatly kept suburban streets with bus routes downtown, but 30 min walk to Marina Del Rey and a bit further for Venice and then on to Santa Monica. Having a car would make life easier but we did manage on buses to the metro and used lots of Ubers. Really nice spot. Thank you.

We were very comfortable staying here! The property is beautiful, clean, and has lots of amenities. We really enjoyed the hot tub and nice backyard. It was nice knowing the owners were right next door in case we needed anything. It felt like a home away from home.

We were in LA for the US Open. This place was chosen for location & price. We could not have picked a better one! It was 2 miles from the 405, and then 5 miles to our parking garage to catch a shuttle bus to the golf course. The apartment was a mile from Marina Del Rey restaurants & shopping - so convenient! The apartment was very nicely furnished with a big, modern kitchen, with everything we needed to prepare some of our meals. The owners, Franco & Iris, lived on the premises in the front of the property. The neighborhood was older & quiet & we felt perfectly safe. We highly recommend this property!

The backyard was amazing. The unit is equipped with anything that you need and Franco was really great to work with. The mattress could be a little better but the backyard makes up for it!

Very nice kitchen and good beds. The neighborhood isn't great but parking was fine and we drove elsewhere for walks. Lovely back patio and easy access to various LA excursions.

Things were seamless at this property. Everything was setup great with no issues at all. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and the outdoor and indoor space was large for our family of four. Close access by car to many things including the beach and the walking distance to the great playground was stellar.

This was such a wonderful place to stay. The outside seating areas were a little oasis away from it all. The hot tub was a great way to end the day. So relaxing. Close to food and shopping. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

We needed a nice and comfortable home base while we explored LA. And it was great. We were very comfortable and hosts Franco and Iris were very welcoming and helpful from the time we checked in to our pre-dawn departure. They even offered us umbrellas for the unfortunate rain we experienced.

This property was well situated as a central base for Santa Monica/Venice and the sites around LA. The apartment was an ideal fit for our family of 2 adults and 2 older teens with lots of space for relaxing. The outside area is wonderful and very private. We got a lot of use of the very large hot tub after our long days of being tourists in the rain! I would definitely recommend this property.

We were delighted with the property--the only reason I didn't review sooner is that our grandsons gave both my husband and I miserable colds, and I'm only now feeling better.
I would wholeheartedly recommend this property for anyone staying in the LA area. My daughter lives in Santa Monica, and this was very convenient. We also enjoyed the hot tub one evening & the fire pit also. Very nice!

Just the right size for our group of 4. The backyard is small, but what a treat!! It was a little oasis. Neighborhood was quiet and close to everything.
Highly recommend and would love to stay here again on our next visit.

We loved how we could walk to the store, the playground, and to some yummy restaurants. The backyard area was also really great to have, especially with covered areas when it rained. A few challenges came up when we were there, like some things needing to be fixed, which was sort of a pain. Also the place was not very sound proofed and with a baby, we often opted not to flush the toilet or use the microwave because the sound could be heard pretty loudly during sleep moments and you could hear the owners through a shared wall at times.. It’s a fine place for a couple who don’t need a ton of space and don’t mind a little normal noise, though - we were just sensitive to it.

The location was amazing, we were able to park with no issue. Their home was beautiful and comfy and had everything we could need for our stay!
We took full advantage of their wonderful backyard-grill, hot tub, outside fire. It was one of the best vacation rentals I have ever experienced. I will stay here again if we come back to la! Thank you!

This place is awesome. I would definitely stay here again. The backyard was especially awesome. And the hot tub is incredible. I don't have any complaints. Just a couple suggestions, but again, these things would not deter me from staying here again.
I would like to have seen a king size bed on the bedroom that has the 1 bed.
In the bathroom, I would have loved for the shower head to be higher. Granted, not everyone is as tall as me,b but even for people around 6 feet tall, a higher shower head would be great.
All that being said, I loved this place. And Franco was always very quick to respond to any message I sent.

We were only able to stay one night not absolutely loved the home. Beautiful outside space with gas fire rocks table and hot tub. Would love to stay here longer next time.

We loved our stay. The place was spotless and well thought out. We throughly enjoyed the hot tub and back outdoor area including a gas grill. Franco even gave us some of the oranges from his orange tree. It was also nice to have a washer and dryer. Would definitely return!
