Clean modern well stocked condo unit with nice balcony. Conveniently located to grocery stores, retail and restaurants. Easy access to the 101. Rhea and Joel were very responsive and responsible. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The condo was exactly as described, maybe even a little better. This is our 25th Phoenix area spring break year; what a wonderful sunny break from the dreary Indiana winters. Over the course of 25 years, we have found the Aventura condo location the best. It has close access to the greenbelt for walking or biking and 101 access. The condo balcony/master bedroom location is private as it is located against a backwall green area, away from neighbor tenants walking by.
There was plenty of room and I think about everything was there that we needed. The kitchen is well stocked. Joel was very accommodating and helpful in making sure we knew how to operate the TV subscription systems.
Would definitely stay again.
Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful condo I’m sure many many families will enjoy!
