Multiple stays at this property. Awesome experience every time.

The property is half of a duplex, which I was a little nervous about at first, but really didn't matter too much at all! The view was absolutely stunning, we spent more time on the decks than inside, by a longshot! The kitchen was nicely done but lacked a few basics (cutting board, sharp knife); but I'm sure host will tend to those things quickly, as it's hard to control what might leave the premises from guest to guest. The living room felt a tad small, so if you are indoor people, this might not be your place. However, if you are looking for an amazing beachfront property with just a few steps to an almost private and quiet beach, this is the place for you! Nice and clean, comfortable acommodations (mattress and bedding) make this a wonderful place for the whole family. Stairs would be a little steep for older folk, but the first floor bedroom is very nice. Note, you must be able to climb a flight of stairs to enter this house. Lots of fun and games to use while you are there, so no need to overpack the car. Also, I will mention that the WiFi did not carry out to the deck, if that's important to you, overall cell coverage was very weak, but I didn't take vacation to work, so didn't bother any of us. Highly recommend, a clean, wonderful beachfront duplex. Thank you!

Wonderful comfortable beachfront property for a family or girls getaway for six to eight people. Neill, the property manager and host, was easy to communicate with before, during, and after our stay and offered good recommendations about where to buy fresh seafood and pizza on the island. The kitchen was well stocked to prepare and serve meals and snacks. This Emerald Isle property had everything our family needed to have a relaxing week at the beach. And the views of the beach from the bedrooms upstairs are wonderful. The beach views and easy access to the beach were definitely the highlights of this property. We will definitely keep your property in mind for future beach vacations to NC. Thank you!

You can't beat the location or how uncrowded the beach is at this property. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the ocean without the large crowds. Despite a few minor hiccups during our stay, the hosts were quick to respond and address our concerns. Their communication and customer service were greatly appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly return.
