What can I say? Everything was just GREAT! I would very easily stay again in this warm, cozy, and convenient suite.

Wade and Kelly are very friendly and accommodating, and their dog Waylon is extremely friendly! I had an amazing stay while I was attending NAIT for trades training (stayed here 6 weeks).
The suite is very clean, nice new appliances, well stocked, bed is very comfortable. Cable box has lots of channels and you can sign into your streaming services on the TV if you’d like.
Great location, Whyte Ave businesses are within walking distance or a quick drive or Uber, easy to get to the university area via bus, or NAIT you can bus and take the valley line LRT easily.
If I need a place to stay in Edmonton again, this will definitely be my first choice!

Very comfortable upstairs flat located above a garage and detached from the main home. Walkable neighbourhood with small shops and a few eateries just one block away. Whyte Ave is located about four blocks away and is home to many restaurants, grocery, and pubs. It is just steps away from great walking trails in the Mill Creek Ravine. The flat has all you would need to prep meals. A nice bed for solid sleep and the location seems to enable quick access to parts of the city. The hosts are charming, informative, and communicative.

Wade was very communicative upon arriving to Edmonton, check in was a breeze and Wade was very hospitable and kind. This spot is walkable to plenty of great places to eat, drink and explore and the hosts will happily offer recommendations and directions. A Quiet Relaxing Spot
This property was an a amazing place to hang your hat.Our trip was supposed to be a school trip but turned into a a getaway retreat.All the amenities were nice and close.This property is on a very quiet street.Wade was very helpful and friendly with everything right from checking in,to being helpful with information on where things were located in the area.Its a good spot if you have kids staying with you,with a splash park close and swimming pool as well.We would definitely go back and stay at this property and highly recommend it.The space is cozy with a comfortable bed and hide a bed.Thanks Guys for a great stay!!!.

The property was clean and cozy - exactly what we needed as a home base for our short stay in the Edmonton area. Hosts Wade and Kelly were great - they offered advice on what to see and do, and helped us navigate lost luggage and delayed flights (and hungry teenagers). I'd definitely recommend this property.

It was a real pleasure to stay here, the location was fabulous and I loved their dog, Koben. The property is fully stocked, there isn’t anything basic that was missing. You can’t beat the location as it’s very walkable. Check out Ritchie Market, it’s great!

My cat felt at home quickly and found a number of cozy spots to sleep the day away. I was able to cook food in the fully-stocked kitchen, exercise in the large living room and feel at home while living out of a suitcase.

We needed a home base in Edmonton and Wade & Kelly's suite fit the bill. It was clean and comfortable. Wade & Kelly were gracious and attentive hosts. The occasional visit from their dog Koben made our stay even better. We'll be back next time we visit Edmonton!
