HKK 812 was a sensational condo. The management was very responsive to our booking and getting us all the needed info for us to enjoy our stay. We loved the layout and the views of the mountain as well as the small view of the ocean too! The rooms were spacous, neat and clean. We stayed in a different room later in the week due to our schedules and the unavailability of this unit for later in the week and this condo was a nicer setup and a cleaner accomodation. The beds were comfy too! Thank you!

The condo was clean, warm and very inviting. The beach gear was perfect and well stocked. We loved it, and would recommend it to anyone!!

We have stayed at Honua Kai for 8 years in a row. The property is starting to show age, but still signs of daily maintenance being done. For the volume of people at the resort its still in 5 star condition.The pool and cabana situation however no longer rates as 5 star. Most of the rental cabanas are now gone, and the ones that are left have jumped in price. This being said when you rent a cabana you shouldn't need to chase people out of it daily. The pools are still pristine, but the management team of the pool area needs to step up their game. All in all, Honua Kai is fantastic, great for families, and if the cabana situation is the only thing wrong, then life is still good!!!Mahalo
