22 Peaks ist ein atemberaubendes 3-Zimmer-Haus mit majestätischem Blick auf die Sneffels-Bergkette. Sie werden die gehobene Ausstattung in unseren venezianisch verputzten Wänden, Granitoberflächen, antiken rustikalen Kastanienböden und einem Weinkeller genießen. Die Aussicht ist unübertroffen und unterscheidet dieses Haus von anderen in der gleichen Preisklasse. Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenbereich befinden sich auf der Hauptebene. Eine Ebene höher zum Master und eine Ebene tiefer zum Medienraum mit einem 65-Zoll-Fernseher und den beiden anderen Schlafzimmern. Direkt vor dem Medienraum befindet sich der überdachte Whirlpool. Es gibt eine große Terrasse neben dem Wohnzimmer mit einem Gasgrill mit Blick auf die Berge - ein großartiger Ort, um den Sonnenuntergang bei einem Glas Wein zu beobachten. Tobin’s property was perfect for our group. It had great views from Mountain Village and was just short distance to the lifts. I would definitely recommend Tobin’s property and would love to visit again. The property was very clean and had a lot of extras that were much appreciated (humidifiers for each room so you don’t dry out). Thanks Tobin!

Fabulous property with amazing & (imo) unrivalled views. Lounge and hot tub were really lovely places to relax. Clear instructions prior to arriving and on arrival. Included ‘Dial a ride’ service, in particular, was impressive and made getting to the slopes incredibly easy (don’t worry that it’s not ski in out), so much so that we didn’t even feel the need to use the ski locker. A couple of minor issues were quickly and efficiently resolved by Tobin. Thoughtful welcome touches from hosts as well Highly recommended place to stay and would return in a heartbeat.

Perfect place for a family getaway! Property and location was perfect. House had everything needed for cooking and cleaning.
Host also had a few surprises for us that we thoroughly enjoyed.

Our home away from home during the bluegrass festival, and I could not be happier about it! Perfect accommodations for a group of 7, including 5 college-aged musicians who slept in the lower level guest room and media room. We woke up to bluegrass music and mind-blowing views every morning! Heaven on earth! The view from the great room, main level balcony, and hot tub is incredible. The house is gorgeous, spacious, comfortable, and incredibly well appointed. From extra linens to a well-stocked kitchen, we found everything we needed and more. Thank you to the hosts for having us. They were very accessible and responsive….part host/part concierge, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Great memories were made here!

This was an absolutely gorgeous home in Mountain Village! It was perfect for our needs as a family of 5 (actually we had more room than we could use!). Tobin had thought of everything and made us feel very welcome. The home was in immaculate condition and the views out the huge back windows were a treat to wake up to each morning. It was so easy to get into town with the Dial A Ride service and the convenience of the ski locker made this the perfect place for us to stay for our ski vacation. We would gladly stay here again next time our travels bring us to Telluride.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our ski vacation to mountain village. This property is exceptional all around with stunning mountain views!!! All the amenities are there with comfortable beds, an inviting hot tub and media room for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. The property owners were super attentive and communicating with them was a breeze. An added benefit was the ski locker and the Dial-A-Ride (DAR) service provided for traveling to the village center and back. We highly recommend this property for an unforgettable getaway on your next trip to Telluride!

It was a fantastic house. We had a car and it was so convenient to the gondola parking but also super easy to get to Mountain Village and Telluride. Perfect vacation.

Tobin's house is a gem, conveniently located with amazing views, space to stretch out, and all the comforts and amenities of home. He and Jen were welcoming and responsive hosts. The DAR is incredibly convenient, as is the access to Tobin's ski locker. Everything is there that one requires to cook, not only spices, etc., but also utensils and cleaning supplies that are sometimes lacking in a house rental. This was like you were just borrowing your friends' home, and they just left you everything you might need. I am in the hospitality industry, and so there is a high bar. We couldn't have been more delighted!

Where do I start? This place is a dream! The house is even more beautiful than the pictures, the scenery from the living room windows is absolutely magical, and the owners have thought of everything to make you feel right at home! I don’t usually leave reviews unless I’m either SUPER happy or SUPER disappointed, this is a super happy review. Do not hesitate to stay here. If I could move into this house and live there forever I would. Thank you for sharing such a special place with us! For possible renters - here’s the important stuff-
1. The beds are super comfy
2. The showers are AMAZING (especially the master shower)
3. The floors are heated
4. The kitchen has absolutely everything you’ll need
5. The hot tub is to die for
6. It’s super close and convenient to mountain village and little grocery store near gondola (probably wouldn’t be able to walk there easily in the winter), there’s a free parking garage right there by the gondola so that’s great.
7. Make sure you turn on the fireplace in the evening, it makes everything feel sooooo cozy.
Anyway, obviously you can tell I love this place, hopefully I’ll be able to stay there again sometime.

We were so pleased with our stay! Tobin was great to communicate with from start to finish. We checked in and were greeted with a couple delicious gifts! The beds were very comfortable and the views were to die for! Would highly recommend!

Fantastic place with an incredible view!
The house is everything anyone could want out of a stay at Telluride. It is clean, spacious, well-stocked with a gorgeous view. There was plenty of space for two families of 4. The owner is very communicative and easy to work with. The hot tub is a bonus after a long day of biking. Don’t hesitate to book!

Heavenly views!!!
Our family had a wonderful week staying in Mountain Village! The views off the deck alone made our week! We had easy access to town and all of our activities as well. Tobin was also easy to reach with any issues we had which were minimal.

Wonderful rental! The house is in a wonderful location with an amazing view. The house itself was great too. The master bath has a steam function in the shower (so great), the water pressure was good,
Hot tub was nice, etc. The hosts did a great job leaving some coffee, wine, & chocolates to enjoy as well as some helpful information about the area. The also left the house fully stocked with toiletries, paper products, spices, and lots of other things that your typical rental does not have which was so nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. Thanks!

The home was perfect for our family. You can’t beat the view from the deck and the transport to and from the gondola is amazing. There was a pack and play for our 3 year old and a pull out in the basement couch if needed. This was our second stay and we plan on going back again.

Very clean, everything we needed to feel at home. The property is a 2 minute ride (15 minute walk?) to the free gondolas. The neighborhood was very quiet and welcoming. The views of course are breathtaking. My family had a blast.

This property was perfect for a family ski trip. There was plenty of room for all of us. The views were amazing. The hosts super responsive. The beds were comfortable. This was a top notch accommodation and we would definitely return.

Perfect ski house!
What a wonderful ski house! When our group arrived to the house we were greeted with a wonderful welcome letter and wonderful welcome treats from local shops. The house is warm and comfortable with all of the amenities being top notch. The view from every room is priceless. The use of the locker room was a great bonus! Tobin could not have been more helpful when our transportation had been delayed. We will definitely return to this beautiful ski house! Thank you!

Beautiful Home
My friends and I go skiing every year and we have been to most Western ski resorts and a stayed at many different properties. This was probably the nicest home we have ever stayed in. It is laid out perfectly, providing great privacy for each bedroom. The Dial a Ride service provided quick and easy access to Mountain Village/slopes and the included ski locker provided allowed us to store our ski gear without having to carry it back and forth every day. The weather was perfect, Telluride was great and we had one of our best trips ever!

This property has it all- mountain charm, spacious layout, privacy for family members, comfortable beds, great bedding, fully stocked with cooking tools and oils/spices (hallelujah.. what a time and money saver), unbeatable views and the most welcoming hosts you'll ever find.
