Erik made our stay here v easy, and we enjoyed the easy access to the property while we were in the area for an event. Would def stay again.

We absolutely loved this place! The house was adorable and cozy and the property was beautiful. Our favorite part was a particular goat who made himself at home and hung out with us everyday. We will stay here again!

We loved staying in the guest house! It was nice to meet Eric who is very helpful. The nights are so peaceful. Sunrises are beautiful. Loved the goats and sheep. One of the goats greeted us at 5 am and then came to say goodbye to us when we were leaving. We loved it!! :) Breweries and shopping are nearby. We really enjoyed our stay! My mom and I could not have found a better place for some R&R and this gem of a location was a slice of heaven! The beautiful property and tranquil setting provided a wonderful escape for us and we loved every minute of it! Our hosts were incredibly warm and gracious, and we truly felt cared for during our stay. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time at this property. It was extremely spacious and cozy and we were able to fit 4 adults well, it was a lot bigger than we thought. We also had 3 dogs with us as well and they loved the home! The queen bed was very cozy. Kitchen had all the amenities. Easy to find location and close to all the wineries and tin city! We would definitely stay here again. Only downfall is there is just one bathroom in the master bedroom! So everyone has to take turns but we made it work!

One of our favorite vrbo stays. LOVED the setting. Big picture window at front of the private guest house overlooks the chicken coop, pastures behind white picket fences, deer in the AM & cows in the PM, a vintage truck and SUNRISE!! On front porch is dining table w/ 6 chairs & sun umbrella, 4 adirondak chairs around a firepit, a bbq grill & a bocce court-we enjoyed them all during our 10 day stay. Loved having a big full kitchen with everything we needed; we cooked & grilled several times. We bring our own Vitamix blender on road trips, but they have a Ninja! & any other kitchen tool you might want. Perfectly comfy living area for two to stretch out & watch the big smart tv. No tv in bedroom, but for the one of us who needs noise, can turn on living tv loud enough to hear in bedroom & put it on sleep mode. Comfy bed & plenty of pillows to choose from. Bathroom sink area a bit small for two people who spread out, but we managed fine. Good sheets/towels. Not much need for the AC but it works fine, & screened windows & front door allow fresh air for most of the time. Owners nice & helpful & graciously allowed us to pull some fresh eggs from the hen house for special treat breakfasts. Location also perfect-easy access to most of our favorite wineries, close to Trader Joe’s & a great neighborhood to walk in–with horses & cows & longhorns & vineyards galore. Super quiet at night (and day); can see plenty of stars. Parking in drive out front, easy access to front door. Will return.

We we’re looking for some relaxing Paso time & we found it. Loved looking out the window to the meadow with that sweet old truck. It was the perfect neighborhood for walking our dogs. Throughly enjoyed our stay! We’ll be back!!!

We enjoyed the fire pit and bocci ball, it was a good way to end a day of wine tasting!

Eric and Kristin were wonderful to communicate with, and we can’t say enough about their beautiful place! Beyond what words can describe, we had a blast, enjoyed sunsets, and the spectacular views of the countryside and vineyards even a spirited game of bocce! Would highly recommend and can’t wait to re-book. You were in for something very special.

Excellent location in the country. You can't beat the scenery of vineyards, and rolling hills. It's a nice place for walks, along with the sounds of nature makes for a nice getaway. Very clean guest house, quiet, everything one needs is provided.

Everything was perfect from the communication with the host, the amenities of the rental property and especially the beautiful vistas and tranquility of the area. The only problem was that the mattresses are very poor. I woke up the first night in pain at 3 am and ended up sleeping on the couch for the rest of our stay. Just change to mattresses and you have a grand slam.

The two of us stayed here for two nights and could not have been more pleased. Quiet, tranquill location yet just a short drive to Paso and other attractions. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, equipment, even 3 types of coffee makers and a coffee grinder. Plenty of wine glasses. AC worked well although barely needed it. Perfect as a base for exploring the area or just relaxing.

We had a great time in the with our dogs visiting new sites and tasting good wine. There are a lot of things to do and the rental was in a very good location. We would come back again

Perfect home to enjoy a rural view and the quiet of the area but close to all the wineries and dinner opportunities in Paso Robles. One of the best VRBO experiences we have had, and we plan to be back.

The house was very clean with a well stocked kitchen. The view of the coop and the fields from the little patio and living room is lovely. I look forward to being able to come back soon!

This guest house is just as shown on the website. It was clean and comfortable. Being out of town, it was very quiet, but also very convenient to dozens of wineries, and only ten minutes from downtown Paso. It is dog friendly, but the property is not enclosed by fence, and the owners have their own dog that roams the property, so supervision is necessary.

This place was absolutely amazing, centrally located around a plethora of things to do. The house it's self is cozy and inviting with stunning views to enjoy while you sit out on the porch. The inside of the house was clean and set up with all the essentials you need. The host Eric was fantastic and an absolute pleasure to communicate with. I seriously can't say enough about this location. I can say this, you will not be disappointed staying here, my wife and I will definitely keep this place in mind when we venture over back into the area.

Perfect place in a wonderful setting near Paso Robles and within a scenic drive to Morro Bay. Great place for our dog, too. Would stay again.

Great Place!! Great Location!! This is a spacious guest house, with a great bed, in a beautiful community. We enjoyed our morning walks with great views of the countryside and vineyards. It has a great location in the area and easy ride to the ocean and San Simeon. Host was very nice. We would absolutely stay there again!! J. Lohr had the best high red wines!! Rich and Joan

Everything was perfect. There was so much room, everything needed in the kitchen, privacy, everything was what you would want. Communication was great. We had a great stay!

If you want to live Paso's amazing life, this is the place to start with. You can't ask for a better view and location. Would come back to this property for sure!

This was a surprise for my wife of 25 years! This very comfortable little home away from home was just the perfect 25th anniversary get away for us. Great area and distance from quite a bit of one's favorite destinations to visit. We really appreciate those who open up part of their property and accommodations for others like us to thoroughly enjoy. The only negative thing I would address, is to mention to the housekeeper that the ceiling fan blades need some attention. Other than that, this is a very tranquil little piece of peace and quiet if that is what you are looking for.

Very comfortable & centralized. The hosts were gracious and accommodating. The Bocce Court was what drew my attention and was so fun! The best weekend from start to finish.

This place was perfect for our little get away. Very close to wineries. Not too far from the beach. We took our dog with us and she had lots of room to explore and enjoy. Thank you for providing such a wonderful home away from home.

We came out to CA for a family wedding at Castle Noland. We really enjoyed being away from the usual busy towns. Templeton was so perfect. We had a lovely dinner, and great breakfast at Joes. We went to the Farmers Market on Sat at the park. It was fabulous. We are planning to come back just so we can enjoy without having other obligations. The VRBO was quiet and the views of Sunrise and sitting outside enjoying the countryside was perfect.
