Great home. Very clean. Pool was awesome and the beds were very comfy. Already planning another stay

Property was clean, well maintained. Neighborhood is outstanding. Heated pool was like a warm bath...incredible, kids enjoyed the pool more than Universal! Love the area.

The house was amazing! We enjoyed having pool time after long Disney Park days. Our extended family group had plenty of space to spread out and relax.

Location was clean and well maintained. All the pictures did match the actual house. The hot tub was not functioning the first night but the management company did send a repair team to fix it right away and they did honor our request for a prorated refund for the pool heat fee which was very appreciated. My only complaint would be more info regarding the resort and checkin in process. We did get some basic info in our welcome packet but a resort map would have been very helpful. And perhaps a common Q&A section on how to enjoy all the amenities included in the resort fee. Most VRBO rentals have spices and other condiments available from previous renters but there was nothing left over. I'm guessing this is because of Covid, which I understand but it would have helped to mention that in a previous confirmation email so we can plan accordingly.Overall, we had a great time and our stay was awesome!
