For our first VRBO booking it was a great experience. Great location, great communication with owner, and great security. We liked easy access to the beach. We also liked the kitchen and being able to do laundry in the unit. We would recommend this place.

The condo was great and just as described. The elevators were quick and never had to wait long. The kitchen had everything that I needed for cooking. The washer and dryer was awesome as it looked like it was brand new. The king size bed was super comfortable and we really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. If we was ever to come back to this area, we would stay here again.

We stay in FL for 2 weeks every year. I can honestly say this is one of, if not the best place we have ever stayed. Owners are very responsive, check in seamless, beach access ideal, and how can anyone complain when your sitting on the balcony overlooking the Gulf? Perfect all the way around. They supply you with everything you need to get started and more. I read many of the reviews and noted only 2 poor ones from what I saw. We are not driven by reviews, simply because some people are never happy. Don't overlook Racheal&Warren's gem on the sea. You wont be disappointed!!

We visit PCB yearly! This has been the first year that we’ve been able to get out and not be in all the traffic around pier park just to get to Walmart to do a little shopping! This location was just amazing! Right by pineapple Willy’s, a Walmart, just a short drive to pier park! This will be my favorite return spot for the future! The owners were so nice & communicating with her was a breeze! Twin palms has 3 elevators so your not waiting a while to get to your room like some condos that have 1 or 2 for 20+ floors! (Splash resort😑) I loved that it’s a code to get into the parking garage plus a private beach entrance! Will definitely come back again!

We enjoyed the location of this property. It was close to restaurants and the beach while busy wasn’t as packed as the large condos. The beach chairs where a great perk! Rachel is very responsive with any issues.

Very disappointed in the overall condition of the condo. A sticky film on the tile floors, the drapes needed a good cleaning and the kitchen lacked trash bags.
The balcony’s view of the ocean was spectacular which made our stay somewhat enjoyable.

We were under the impression that the bed room was towards the back of the condo and not at the front, right by the elevator. It was very difficult to get any rest with all the commotion that was going on down Front street. We mostly slept on the coach because it was less noise at the rear of the condo. There was mold build up on the shower head and the bed in the bedroom was tilted towards the head board, was very uncomfortable. We survived the weeked by getting out of there a day early!

I have stayed here multiple times and will always come back. Rachel is an amazing owner/host and fast at communicating and letting you know everything you need to about the condo. This room has the best view of the beach and to watch the sunsets. Condo is everything you need and much more! I can't wait to come back!

This was our first vacation with our 1 year old and it was so much fun! The location was perfect, the place was clean, safe and had everything we needed! We enjoyed the short walk to the pool and the beach and having so many restaurants and parks so close, keeping our toddler entertained the whole time! Rachel was so accommodating and we appreciate her for making our first trip away stress free!

As advertised, this is a wonderful condo in an awesome area. We couldn’t think of even one item we would change. Total convenience with parking and moving luggage, etc. Condo front door is directly across from the elevator!

We had a wonderful week at this cozy, well-appointed condo. Situated on the gorgeous white sand beach, it proved to be a great place to spend a surprisingly cold Christmas Day. Everything you need has been provided, giving the choice of staying in or exploring the area. We would gladly return for another visit.

The host kept us informed and provided timely information.
Rachel kept my wife and me quickly informed of any changes and answered all our questions in a timely manner.

We try to go down to the Gulf every year during Thanksgiving. We have stayed at Rachel's twice now. We love the condo and the area as well. The view is spectacular, and we hope to be able to return next year. Thank you for offering such a beautiful place!
