Es basiert auf fünfeinhalb Morgen oben auf den bewaldeten Hügeln von Cornwall Bridge in Litchfield County, Connecticut, weniger als zwei Stunden von Manhattan entfernt.
Prana Residenz-Spa bietet Platz für 7 Personen und verfügt über einen großzügigen Wohn- / Esszimmer mit einem dramatischen hohen Kuppeldecke von 20 Fuß und einer Unterschrift Kamin. Eine voll ausgestattete offene Küche mit seinen Stein konterte bar blickt in den großen, aber gemütlichen Wohnzimmer. Die Residenz verfügt über drei attraktive Schlafzimmer, ein Loft und drei Bäder. Das Master-Schlafzimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Eine Wendeltreppe verbindet sich mit der Bibliothek / Meditationsbereich und die Gästezimmer das Wohnzimmer.
Prana Residenz-Spa verfügt über einen großen Innenpool, Sauna, tiefe, kalte Tauchbecken, Indoor-Jacuzzi, Whirlpool und Solarium, der auch als Massageraum genutzt werden kann. Die Spa-Einrichtungen sind für die ausschließliche Verwendung von Prana Residenz - Kurgäste. Seine einzigartige und inspirierende Struktur hat einen erheblichen Einfluss in der Bauindustrie hergestellt und wurde in nationalen und internationalen Publikationen, wie die New York Times häufig darüber geschrieben. Darüber hinaus halten die umweltfreundlichen LEED-Materialien das Gebäude im Sommer kühl (ohne Klimaanlage) und im Winter warm (mit minimaler Erwärmung). We have an incredible time escaping from the city to this unique spa oasis out in the woods. The property is one of the most unique places we've ever stayed, and we couldn't have asked for more of a relaxing long holiday weekend. Highly recommend!

Prana was a one of a kind getaway for myself and 4-very good friends. We enjoyed the pool, sauna & outdoor jacuzzi, cooking in the kitchen and relaxing. Noushin is an excellent host.

Lovely, unique home in which to stay. Having breakfast with a book in the solarium was Incredibly peaceful and the outdoor hot tub a relaxing way to end the day.
The home had everything we needed and the area was fun to explore.
The master bedroom on the main floor has an open floor plan with tub, sink and toilet in the room. There is a table fan in the room but no air conditioning- it was hot one night but the rest were comfortable to sleep (mid July).
There are 2 bedrooms up the spiral staircase - one with 2 twins and a small loft, and the other with a double bed, both rooms had air conditioning. There is a standup shower between these bedrooms. The open office area at the top of the stairs was where my teen set up base and he loved it.
I would not bring my kids here if they were younger or too rambunctious- the railing at the top of the stairs has large openings and there are several pieces of art to be cautious around.
Noushin was a lovely host - walking us through the nuances of this eclectic home by phone on arrival. She is kind and accommodating to work with.
There is no cell service at the home but the WiFi worked well and there is a house phone to use. This worked well for us trying to unplug from our jobs.
We all had a rejuvenating vacation with a mix of relaxation and exploration. Thank you, Noushin, for being a wonderful host!

A wonderful and serene getaway. The sauna and hot tub became a ritual, and we had a great time in Kent and the surrounding area.

Our family paid over $1,100 per night for 3 nights with the sole purpose of letting our kids swim for a couple of days. The pool heater was broken and the pool was unusable. The host refused to refund any of our money and we have still not received any resolution (our case is now pending review by VRBO). She also ruined our last night there fighting over this issue and explaining how she had paid over $500 to try to unsuccessfully fix the situation from abroad over a weekend. One reason she gave for keeping our money despite was that "unfortunate things happen in life" and she even had the audacity to ask us to help fix it.
Even if the pool works during your potential stay, you should know that there are also neighbors living in an apartment directly attached to the house and I think even partially above the pool because you can hear them. We woke on our first morning to unexpectedly find 5 other cars in the driveway. This is not accurately described in the listing.
The house itself is unique, but needs a lot of updating and a deep cleaning. The bathrooms had orange goo dripping from the ceiling, the carpets were dirty and the bedding was very old and needed updating. The spiral staircase is incredibly dangerous with very large gaps between the spindles that an adult could probably slide through. I would NOT recommend this property to anyone with children of any age.
Please do not stay here. This is the worst host we have ever had and honestly one of the most unkind people we have encountered in our lives.

This is funky house which I found to be very cool. Idyllic setting in the woods is great and the foam construction is very cool. Amenities were excellent for my wife and seven year old twins. I loved the indoor pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge pool.

My sister in law and I booked this to get our 4 kids out of the house for Spring Break! It was a perfect escape from our daily lives! We utilized the hot tub, sauna and pool daily! The house was very clean and well maintained. Noushin was the perfect host. We would book here again!

We loved staying at this very special house for Easter wknd. The house is close to everything yet private enough that we were able to relax. The decor is tasteful, and I found everything I needed in the kitchen. We took full advantage of the spa facilities too. My husband and I used the sauna and the jacuzzi which melted the tension away. The whole family played in the pool. The best part was sitting around at night and playing games while taking in the peaceful surroundings. We plan on booking this home again.

Our family had such a wonderful stay at “the igloo” as our kids called it. We loved the area, so charming. The house was just as described in both text and pictures. The hot tub and pool were our reason for choosing it and we used them everyday. We are hoping to come back next winter!

We had a wonderful time at this property. Despite its age the property has been well maintained and has everything you need. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub and sauna and our kids had a blast using the pool. The driveway is steep so make sure you have a good 4wd vehicle in case of snow if you stay in the winter. Noushin was a great host and very responsive whenever we had a question and the year-round renters in the garage apartment were very friendly.

The property is exactly as is presented, and the amenities are great. We enjoyed the fireplace, the pool was a perfect temp, the sauna works well, and the outdoor hot tub is a fantastic way to end the day with the sunset. Noushin took the time to explain everything, and was a gracious host. Worth it, would go again.

We had an absolute great time! In the pool and hot tub twice a day and finished our time with a wonderful sauna. The country road that Prana is on was great for walking our dog. We took a couple of scenic drives and the area is beautiful. The nearby towns of Sharon and Kent were so quaint and typical New England. We got takeout in Kent at a restaurant called Swyft and it was absolutely delicious. We highly recommend Prana!

We had a wonderful weekend at what my son calls "the igloo house." We enjoyed the pool, the hot tub, the sauna, and making s'mores in the outdoor fire pit. It is a quirky and interesting little house, and staying there was a fun adventure. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Prana for the weekend! The indoor heated pool, jacuzzi and outdoor hot run were very relaxing and lots of fun, and Noushin is a great hostess! My friends that saw my pics are all asking about this now and want to book :)!

My friends and I stayed here for a few days for a much needed break from work. We had a good time just hanging out. The owner had phone service come during our stay, so ideally I think it would have been better to wait until after our stay was completed. The pool was nice, but just wished that it was a bit warmer and the hot tub had a strange smell to it. The sauna was pretty cool, and a nice touch to the place. Overall, we had a good time and I would recommend the house to others..

We loved this quirky property. It had great amenities and charm and was close to town. The surrounding area was beautiful. The house was clean and tidy and perfect for our group of friends. The yard worked well for us also. Highly recommend for a wonderful trip!
