Amazing home-away-from-home with incredible view, excellently equipped kitchen, ping pong and shuffleboard, two great trails to the beach, and lovely deck and hot tub!

Comfortable and a great location! It was near the beach and not too far from shopping.

A kitchen for the best cooks, an enclosed patio for cocktails and sunsets, a super large dining table for family dinners, games, a large bbq, hot tub, really a wonderful place. And it was spotless. The property management group made sure we had everything we needed. We even saw a bobcat across the street! The Master Bedroom is spectacular, 2 other comfortable queen bedrooms with a shared bathroom in the hall. Note that the 4th bedroom is off the kitchen with no windows.

There are 9 high school buddies that go away once a year. Seems like we’ve been doing this forever. 45 years!!!! This wonderful home had it all. Very clean & plenty of space for all of us to enjoy. This will be the first time my girlfriends have asked to go back to Bodega Bay & book this house.

We had a great time at the dolphin beach house this past weekend. We rented the house with some of our family and friends while we were in Bodega to get married at nearby Schoolhouse beach. The house was big enough for all of us to sit and visit while still having our own space. The outside deck and fire pit was a favorite hangout spot. We packed a couple extra chairs just in case, but there were more than enough chairs for all of us. The bedrooms were spacious and clean. One bedroom is right off of the kitchen so I suggest designating that room for the early riser in your group 😊. The master is enormous and has beautiful views. The host was very communicative and helpful. We filled the trash and recycle bins and they sent someone within a couple hours to come and empty them for us. We also ran out of propane for the fire pit and they offered to come bring us more (a 45 minute drive) at 9pm. We were able to Locate another tank from the bbq, but I thought that was awesome that they even offered. All around, it’s a great house to gather and visit, which is exactly what we wanted. One thing to note: there is a beach trail right across the street. However, the end of the trail is VERY steep and would not be suitable for people who are not too sure on their feet. We were able to Locate an easier trail to another beach, at a different place within the neighborhood.

This is the second time staying at your beautiful home! It is perfect for dogs with the enclosed front and back areas. Just as we remembered. This time the plants were way overgrown at the front entrance and made it difficult to get in and out. Gardners showed up on our last day before check out time at 8:30 am with power tools blasting and a crew around every window and door! It was loud and annoying!! They should have come after check out time. NOT on our time!! This I don’t understand.

This house was just lovely-beautiful views, open spaces, a sheltered outside sitting area and a fabulous hot tub. We continually exclaimed how perfect it was for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked and made it easy to visit with friends while cooking. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here!

Well stocked, well labeled, clean, accurate, beautiful view and trail across the street goes to the ocean. Would def stay again.

We stayed for 5 days. 8 of us ages 1- 76. My mom has mobility issues and this house was perfect as well as for my granddaughter, very safe. The house has so many special touches. I loved all the lighting. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. And the games in the garage were a huge hit! We enjoyed our time here very much and are already discussing our next trip.

Beautiful home, perfect for our friends’ annual getaway. We loved sharing meals around the large dining table, relaxing in the comfortable living room, and soaking in the hot tub.

Well appointed house kept us comfortable in and out of the weather. We especially enjoyed the spa and the sunsets.

This house and location got top marks from our group! Highlights: view, sunlight, landscaping, well-appointed house, room in kitchen cupboards for our stuff, thoughtful signs, very ADA accessible for our needs, lighting in living room, fireplace, walking opportunities, hot water.

The home was perfect for our family get together. It was spacious, well located and had just the right amenities.

We had a wonderful 4 nights at this home in a beautiful community in Bodega Bay. The kitchen was fully equipped. My daughter and son-in-law used the internet to work remotely a few days. We bought wood from a near-by store to have a cozy fire in the fireplace. The hot tub felt great after a day of hiking. We were there at "king tide" so saw incredible sea stars during the accompanying low tide on the nearby beach. We all enjoyed the shuffleboard and ping pong in the garage. All in all, a perfect home for our family to gather.

I have been renting houses in BB for quite a few years now and this property is amongst my top two. Loved that it was a single story for my elderly parents.

The Dolphin Beach House is beautiful, comfortable and fun all by itself but the view and location make it stunning. So thankful our family could enjoy it for a few days.

This was a wonderful overall experience. Unfortunately, the power went out Saturday afternoon through early Sunday morning and we weren't able to enjoy all of the amities that attracted us to this property, ie the hot tub. Luckily, we brought firewood so we were able to stay warm by the fire for the night. Would love to go again.

Amazing

House was as depicted in VRBO. Very clean, spacious and inviting. The front and rear yards offered excellent options for daytime and nighttime use. I do think they should add additional outdoor lightening to both decks, especially the rear deck which looks to the ocean. Decks were also completely fenced which was great for the dogs in attendance. We did have water leak issues with the ice maker and the walk-in master shower. The ice maker was not useable during our entire stay (5 nights). The shower issue flooded the bathroom floor and parts of the bedroom. We soaked it up with all the towels in the entire house, then spent many hours doing laundry. The repairman, who came the same day, determined the issue was a faulty drain cover that had been installed. After that the stay was absolutely wonderful. The house is located just a few miles from Bodega Bay proper. We also visited a few winery's and tasting rooms in the area. When I finally returned home I wrote a message to the Property Manger asking for a 1 night refund for all the work we had to do to clean up the flooding issues. Within 2 days the Manager agreed to the refund, a very professional way to treat customers. Everyone in our party enjoyed the stay. I would definitely consider rebooking there. Kudos to the property Manager Randy for being available at all hours during the flooding and facilitating the refund.
