Our stay was very enjoyable. Family and friends enjoyed the time in Naples. We totally utilized the heated pool, hot tub, and bikes. beach chairs and mats. Great location and property. With a one-year-old visiting, we were pleased to see a high chair, a stroller, and a pack -n-play. Great for families, with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and plenty of indoor and outdoor living space. Had an AC issue and the management company promptly responded and had the problem corrected very quickly.

Good location but construction surrounding us was disruptive. I was told the beaches were open but not told red tide made it uncomfortable to go there. House was clean with a nice set up but controls on tv's and pools hard to use. There was not a garage door opener as advertised. Overall minor inconveniences were offset by location and cleanliness.

Great location. Close to beach. Loved the beach cruiser bikes. The house is nice for the area. This whole of Naples Park has variable homes so have to be aware and have appropriate expectations. Overall a good home.

The property looked like it hadn't touched since the hurricane. Our stay started October 20th. I was told the property would good for our stay. It missing 6 screen panels on the lanai. The mosquitoes were terrible on the lanai. Lanai was fixed the evening of October 21st. The pool and hot tub did not work properly the whole stay until the 24th of October. We had to put the cold garden house in the hot tub to refill the water. The pool and hot tub had leaves because the filtration didn't work didn't work correctly. Leaves because the lanai screens was missing. The pool guy was sent on Friday to clean only. There was no live TV thru xfinity. One of the guest bedrooms tvs didn't work. The ice maker in the fridge didn't work properly. We were having guests for our wedding so the ice was important. The kitchen sink sprayer didnt work. There were a couple medium sized palm trees down just outside the lanai. The down trees smashed the pool tubes and flattened them. The tubes were replaced Friday October 21st. The tree was down in front of lanai door so I moved it so we could access the pool system settings on the filtration. I was told the lawn guy should had been there prior to our stay to clean up some. I took into consideration the hurricane. We live here full-time in an RV and went through Ian ourselves. We paid a lot of money for a property that should have been in better standings than it was.

Beautiful home with a spacious floor plan. Perfect for a family get away. Had a great time in Naples.

Awesome vacation home. Very good location very close to the beach, convenience stores, and restaurants. House was very spacious with a lovely outside area. My family and I had a great time staying here!

We stayed a week in July 2022. Six adults, a teenager, and an infant. The house was gorgeous. We lived in the pool. Loved the hot tub. We were all in awe of this house. A plethora of household utensils and the grill works wonderfully! I do have some suggestions, however. Please update the house instructions left on the counter top. I emailed the lady who supposedly handles the booking and she never answered, and has not to this day. A bicycle broke while my SIL was riding and I just wanted her to know. We also had to clean out the dryer vent because so much debris was in the bottom we could not shove the filter back into the little slot. A small job for my SIL. Update the beach towels and add a few to the supply. They are unraveling with each wash. Would we stay again? Oh, you bet. This house is a quality place with the quietest AC I have ever encountered.

The property has potential and is a nice home but not as clean as it should have been. There were a few things that did not work but we notified the management company and they were quick to reply. We had fun which is all that matters but in our opinion, rental is over priced and we could have stayed closer to the beach for same amount.

House, location , amenities, wonderful!! Communication so so , but overall, everything was great !! The kids enjoyed and had lot of fun!!

Overall, the house was not bad, but there were several things that need to be updated. The furniture in the bedrooms were beat up, the mattress in the two other bedrooms that had queen beds were awful, the linens all had holes in them and seemed to be very old, and the kitchen cabinets also need a refresher. This property just needs some TLC.

The house was awesome and perfect for us. We spent over a month here and would love to return for an entire season. We have rented many years in the Naples area and found this house to be the best. Perfect location in 500 block in Naples Park. Property management and the owner were quick to respond to any questions. We absolutely loved the pool and hot tub. Four bikes were provided which we used daily to go to the beach. Could have had better beach chairs and Newer master bedroom mattress however overall we give this five stars because we were able to work remotely and had plenty of room to relax and enjoy the sunshine and accommodations. Nice, clean house. Housekeeping did not complete their duties before leaving. Neighbors have a bird the is quite noisy if your looking to relax and snooze poolside. Great foliage surrounding pool for privacy, but does block the sun if your wanting to lay out. Close to beaches, too far to walk if you are taking things with you. Couple of miles up and down overpass and through the State Park. Pool company never came by to clean pool. IT was supposed to come by to fix TV’s and did not show up. The book about use of things in the home needs updating.

House worked perfectly for us. Spacious and convenient location.

The location for our purposes was fantastic! Close to beach, the hotel for a wedding and shopping. The house is laid out perfectly and was clean. The pool was private and refreshing and all enjoyed. Will definitely consider this property again.

We really enjoyed our stay and the house was wonderful! The layout worked well for our family and the Lanai, pool and hot tub made for a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation!

We booked kind of last minute (the day before) and everything was perfect. Had a couple unexpected visits from maintenance guys but we did book last minute. All in all the house was gorgeous and location was perfect. Great place to stay!!!

This home was perfect for our vacation group. The backyard was beautifully landscaped making the pool area very private. The house was fully stocked with towels, blankets, beach towels, every kitchen item you can imagine, beach chairs, toys and umbrellas. There was even 4 adult bicycles with 2 bike locks that were perfect for traveling to the beach. We were very happy with this rental property, but it is not realistic to think you can walk to and from the beach every day unless you have very little to carry. There is beach parking, but it falls up quickly, knowing this ahead of time is helpful, we used the bikes daily.

We thoroughly enjoyed the house and the flexibility it gave our family. It was well furnished and outfitted with everything we needed. Outdoor space was perfect for grandkids visit. House location was convenient for access to anywhere we wanted to go. We highly recommend it!

We loved the house!!! Kitchen and pool area are in excellent condition and kitchen had everything we needed!!! All rooms were used and fit our multiple families well! Pool area is amazing and pool and hot tub were able to be set to the hot temps we wanted. Marilynn the manager was very accommodating to giving us an extra hour checkout for family who had a later flight. We will rent this house again!!!

House is much bigger than pictures and easily had room for the 8 that visited. Nicely appointed and comfortable in all aspects. Pool and patio area were lovely. So much so, that we spent more time there than the beach! Had a great stay. We'll be back.

My family rented a house for the month of July and we had an amazing time! The house is very spacious and close to the beach. We had couple issues but the property manager, Marilynn, was very helpful and responded right away. I wish the house had a little more updated furniture, especially outdoor, and was cleaned better before our arrival, but it didn’t stop from having a great time. I would definitely rent the same house next year!

We cannot say enough about this property other than why did we leave and when can we come back? =) My three children, husband and I sheltered in place for six weeks at this property and we could not have had a more beautiful, relaxing, fun, comfortable place to stay. My eight year old was in tears when we left and the kids are already asking to go back. We live in Chicago and loved the house, all of the beautiful flowers, blue skies, swimming pool/hot tub, ability to go outside and warm temperatures. The house was very well stocked with linens, entertaining & cooking supplies (we had more pots for cooking many delightful and gourmet meals) and the house was beautifully decorated with lots of room for everyone to comfortably spread out. The master was very large with a large bathroom and shower and lots of room to store items and we loved that it opens up to the covered back patio with the pool and hot tub. The screened in porch was so wonderful to keep out the bugs and we spent endless hours outside. The pool and hot tub had a waterfall and the property manager made sure we heated it as warm as we would like which gave my children hours and hours of swimming day and night. We ate dinner on the outside patio table every evening and the children loved to play video games or watch movies on the couch and TV screen also on the outside porch. The four bedroom house worked perfectly for my three children to have their own rooms for e-learning (during Covid of course) and my husband set up his work station in the master bedroom which was quiet, spacious, and away from the three bedrooms. Internet connectivity with five computers was 100% reliant. The house came with a printer which was very helpful for everyone working. The house had everything you could think of, even beach chairs, cooking and cleaning supplies, bikes and a bike lock to ride to Vanderbilt beach (which is a ten minute bike ride), down the street a beautiful walking and running path on Vanderbilt Road looking at the beautiful water canals and boats, and a short walk/minute ride to amazing restaurants around the area. Publix, drug stores and Whole Foods are about five minutes away if you need to go out. The house is in great shape, very clean, and in an ideal location to enjoy everything Naples has to offer and we had no complaints. We hope to be back soon!
