If you love to hike and be outdoors, then this is the spot for you! The location is perfect, which allowed us to do more activities than normal. So many trails were minutes away. For the actual property, we were so impressed with the cleanliness. Safe to say it’s the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in. Also, some rentals immediately scream ‘hey thanks for the money, here’s a bed’ the second you walk in, but this property was so warm and welcoming and had everything that was needed. We had a great experience with this property. The owner is very responsive and we will likely stay here again.

Location was great along the Pemi River. Condo was spacious and clean. Beds were fair on the comfort scale. Overall , nice place to stay while venturing in New Hampshire.

We had a great stay. The condo had everything you needed to feel at home. The owner, is grat and easy to do business with. This is our second time staying. We will be back for a third for sure.

We love to ride around this area and the scenery is amazing. We dont like the chaos of Laconia so we decided to stay in Lincoln and so glad we did. The condo was very clean, kitchen had everything needed to cook and clean. Plenty of room and the view from the deck is perfect. The sound of the river is so relaxing, Owner was very nice and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again...

Very enjoyable visit. We would definitely repeat. Only problem was that the pool maintenance began too early for hours sleep schedule.

2 min from Loon, clean, convenient, perfect for the 5 of us, plenty of room to spread out. Very responsive owner, got right back to me about a question I had.

Great Location. The Condo has a great layout with the 2 kids rooms separated from the Master. Located between the main base and South Peak provided easy access to both areas.

We enjoyed our visit to the mountain and the property was close by, clean, and perfect for our visit!

The condo was very comfortable, all the amenities you could wish for. Location was perfect, halfway between the town and Loon Mountain Resort. I would definitely stay there again.

This property is in a prime location right in the Pemi River. You can watch and listen to the River right outside the sliding doors in the living room. Just beautiful! The unit was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with anything you’d need to prepare a meal. Close to hiking trails, Loon mt and lots of good restaurants. Hope to return!

Well situated and well stocked, clean property. Perfect for 6 skiers. Plenty of room to relax after enjoying a day on the slopes.

My family stayed here for a trip to Santa’s Village for a long weekend. Apartment is right along the Pemigewasset River and is perfect for a small family exploring the white mountain region.

Wonderful spot close to everything. Property was even better than the pictures showed. The river running in the back is just an amazing view. Can’t wait to come back.

Very clean and nice place to stay. Loved sitting outside with the water stream on the back deck. Had everything we needed and close to restaurants. Easy check in. Would definitely stay again.

All went very smoothly including adding on an extra night. We were very pleased with the condo, it had everything we needed and the setting on the river was so beautiful from all the rooms. It’s a great jump off point for so many hikes and outings.

We really enjoyed the property, the proximity to Franconia Notch - and loved hearing the river as we went to sleep and woke up in the mornings. Both the river and the pool were a hit with our kiddos.

The condo was spotless and had everything needed for a great week including tubes and a hammock. The pool and gas grill were close by. Plenty of parking too! It was relaxing to sit on the balcony and listen to the river. Lots of fun activities to do in the area and yummy restaurants! Would definitely return!

We love Charles's condo. There was a lot more space than we expected! Great for large families or even a small group. Waking up to the sound of the river is extremely peaceful and pleasant. Also we dined in a lot and had everything we needed for meals.

My mother, sister and I had a very relaxing 5 days at this condo. We had a beautiful view of the river and spent lots of time on the balcony. The pool is located next to the condo which was very convenient.

As nice as it looks in the listing. Very close to the pool , which my 6 yr old Grandson loved. Very quick communication with the owner. Comfy beds and a lovely layout. We plan to go back next summer.

This is a spacious and comfortable property--we had two adults and two teenagers and we fit just right. Loved the balcony overlooking the river; that was definitely a highlight of the condo. The picture doesn't really accurately portray the scope and the beauty of the river. We had the windows open constantly to hear the lovely sound of the rushing water. (We would have tubed with the provided tubes, but the air pump was missing.) The queen bedroom and bath are great, but had a couple issues with a slow toilet and screaming shower in the second bath, so we mostly ended up all sharing the master bath. We appreciated that the kitchen is well-stocked with cooking gear and there were some condiments and spices there as well. The location of this condo is perfect--in a quiet spot along the river, but less than a five minute drive to Lincoln for groceries, coffee, and restaurants. We enjoyed Black Mtn. Burger Co. and the gelato shop next door. It's also less than 20 minutes from Franconia Notch State Park, which has fantastic hiking and scenery--we recommend the Bald Mountain hike. (Mt. Willard is also pretty fantastic; it's north at Crawford Notch S.P.) Overall this was a great condo; we would stay here again.
