Willkommen in Ihrem "home away from home '! Wir bieten eine fabelhafte zwei Schlafzimmern Nichtrauchertown mit angeschlossenen Einzelgarage, die alle Annehmlichkeiten von zu Hause hat! Es ist niemand über Ihnen und es ist niemand unter Ihnen! Komfort, Bequemlichkeit, Komfort am besten beschreibt dieses Haus! Ein Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, das bequem Platz für 2 mit eigenem Bad schläft und das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett und ein Etagenbett (full / Königin Matratze auf der Unterseite und zwei Matratze oben), die 4 Personen bequem und ein eigenes Bad. Jedes Zimmer hat einen Fernseher mit DVD-Player. Das Wohnzimmer hat auch Kabel-TV mit DVD-Player und reichlich Sitzgelegenheiten, damit jeder, einige Zeit miteinander zu verbringen. Wir haben auch eine DVD-Bibliothek und Gesellschaftsspiele für Ihren Genuss. Unsere Küche / Esszimmer ist geräumig und mit allem Geschirr ausgestattet, das Sie brauchen, um hausgemachte Mahlzeiten zu kochen. Eines der besten Features für euch alle Skifahrer (und Snowboarder) ist sind wir nah an drei Skilifte: Schneeflocke, Beaver Run und Quicksilver. Sie können Ihre letzte Piste hinunter Four O'Clock Run nehmen, die Sie direkt über die Straße von unserer komplexen nehmen oder Sie können an das Gerät mit nur einem kurzen Spaziergang zum Snowflake Ski wieder nach unten. Am Ende des Tages, wenn Sie bereit sind, abschalten und entspannen, nur ein paar Meter auf einen Weg durch die Hintertür, ist der beheizte Pool (indoor / outdoor) und Whirlpools. Wir sind auch nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt zum Einkaufen und Restaurants. Wir bieten jetzt Gast Verbindungsdienste, die allen Gästen einen Ansprechpartner vor Ort während ihres Aufenthalts haben können. Unsere Managerin, Lisa, hilft Ihnen gerne beim Koordinieren von Skipässen, Skiverleih, Busrouten und Berginformationen, allgemeinen Fragen oder Anliegen und ist nur einen Anruf entfernt. My daughters, sister and I stayed for a ski week in mid February. We enjoyed the townhome very much. It's close to the Snowflake lift and an easy walk to town. We enjoyed the upstairs bedroom, downstairs living configuration as we were each able to do what we wanted without disturbing anyone else. We also REALLY appreciated that there was some more than typical basics in the kitchen. More than we have had in the past. This may be due to previous guests leaving some things, like cooking oil for example. We typically leave items that we can't take with us as we are flying. But we found this townhome to be stocked better than most. We brought our own coffee etc but just appreciated having some things that we typically have to buy and leave.

We stayed with our children (12,10,6) and had a great stay.
The location was great! Very close to the pool and walking distance to town. Unit was very clean. Provided dishwasher and laundry washing detergents, plus pool towels.
Very thankful for the ice maker in the freezer!
The only negatives I have for the unit was that we could have used more tissues, there wasn’t lighting in the showers, full assortment of measuring spoons would have been nice and we would have preferred cotton bed sheets. The only other issue was that the kitchen table bench broke the night before we left the unit.
Even with those minor issues, we still give this unit a 5 star rating!
Will definitely stay here again.

The townhouse was a great base camp for a fun Breckenridge 4th of July! We loved the layout and all the amenities.
Having a washer/dryer in unit was great especially with a kid. The location was perfect. The pool is literally just out the back door and we were able to walk everywhere.
It was really quiet and clean.

We had an excellent stay here. We have stayed in this development in the past due to its great location. It’s close to the snowflake lift and bus stops to the gondola or Beaver run. It’s also a very quick walk to town. We chose this specific unit because it has a king size bed in the master. The unit is quite spacious for a family of four. The unit was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. All the essentials were there like oil and seasonings. We also found there to be ample plates, glasses, etc. The unit was extremely well stocked in the coffee and tea department. This is a very nice touch.
Communication before this day was excellent with the owner and the management company. Check in and check out were simple and efficient. It’s very nice having a garage to store your snowy skis in.

Other than the bait and switch on pricing and the 'optional' renter's insurance which was included by default this is a nice place to stay.
Pros: easy walk to lifts even in ski boots, kitchen well equipped including basic spices, laundry includes soap (which we discovered AFTER buying more), humidifier in the bedroom, house VERY clean
Cons: The owner listed a price and we reserved the condo for 12 nights. They refused the reservation and countered with a higher price - as we had spent several days researching locations we decided to stay here anyway. But the experience left a bad taste in my mouth. They also include by default renter's insurance which I did not notice until far too late. As who someone travels a lot and always leaves the places better than we found them (in this case we purchased and installed much needed night lights, replaced a battery in the living room clock, bought scissors for the kitchen, and bought boxes of tissues, leaving a couple of new boxes in the condo) I was not pleased by this surreptitious addition. Without these cons I would have given them 5 stars.

We loved this place. It was very clean, cozy, and very very well appointed with all the comforts of home. Our favorite rental experiences are when owners clearly equip the home with all the basics, and this house goes above and beyond. Would definitely love to stay again!

The condo was very accurate and well appointed. Had shampoo, conditioner, extra toiletries and lots of kitchen equipment! Only thing we would change was the hot tub which closed at 8 pm one night, and we had a little trouble finding the dumpster although the property manager did get back to us with directions. Overall was a great stay and we would definitely do it again!

It was our first time to Breckenridge for this family of five and the location and the townhome were PERFECT!! Super clean, great amenities (coffee, sundries, board games, etc) and a sling distance to Snowflake lift. We could not have asked for a better stay.

Winterpoint II is a perfect location for a Breck getaway. We have stayed there twice now, in this condo and another one nearby. All was set up well upon our arrival and we enjoyed our stay.

This property is great for a ski trip! The location is ideal to beginning our ski day at the Snowflake lift and is a short walk to downtown Breck. The unit was super clean, comfortable and spacious. We loved having garage parking too. I highly recommend a stay here.

Unit is just as advertised. Well stocked to cook anything you desire. And when we had questions about the pool pass we were responded to immediately. I would definitely recommend this unit

Townhome was very clean & comfortable. Included so many little extras that we didn’t have to provide, i.e. umbrellas, pool towels, spices, coffee filters, gas grill… Loved the community pool & hot tubs. Very convenient location. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great family vacation here. The location was perfect, close to downtown, the pool, and hiking trails. The townhouse was well appointed and had everything we needed. My kids loved the bunk beds and DVD collection, especially! The only issue (and reason for four stars) was the hot water heater broke while we were there. The property manager was very responsive and communicated well throughout the situation, but we went without hot water for two days and nights. Diana took responsibility for the issue and reimbursed us for the time without hot water, which we really appreciated. I would still recommend this property and stay here again.

We had a problem upon check-in, but a call to the property manager had it resolved very quickly, and to our total satisfaction.
The condo was nicely decorated, comfortably furnished, and very well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the complementary toiletries were a very nice touch.
The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do in town. Downtown is it within walking distance, everything was close by.
We felt very comfortable letting our teens explore the area by themselves, and they were thrilled with the shopping and the things for them to do.
It was a great family vacation. We’ve already started talking about a return visit.

The unit itself was beautiful and very well stocked with items to make our stay comfortable, not to mention very clean.. Our whole family is looking forward to staying again next summer!

Our family loved this WinterPoint townhouse. It was very clean, the perfect location, had everything you could want or need (even a Keurig) and the garage was a lifesaver. We couldn't have wished for nicer, more accommodating owners!

Our stay at this property was fantastic. The location is walking distance to a lift as well as Main street. The house was clean and exactly as it appeared from the photos. It was very easy to get in and out of the house and the communication with the property manager was quick and efficient. I would definitely stay at this location again!
