Great condo to stay in. We came to ski. Nice underground garage to keep you out of the snow. Wonderful fireplace in the living room to keep you warm. Very clean.
I would say the only thing that I did not like, was the master bed. It needs to be replaced. Also, the price of the condo was steep. Mammoth can get expensive but wow. Other than that a really nice stay.

However the Queen bed has an extremely soft and old mattress for our taste. Luggage racks or bench would be a plus to put luggage on

Enjoyed condo and location near Eagle Lodge. Check in was difficult.

Spent a few days here at the start of the year and had a blast. Awesome large space, great amenities, and the underground covered parking was really nice. Would stay again.

The condo is incredible. The location and view were perfect. The Management Team, Nomadness, was the best team we have had the pleasure to work with. They sent us reminder texts. I had the pleasure of speaking with Angela in the office. She was so helpful and sent me a follow up email with additional information. Customer Service is always an extension of an amazing experience. Thank you!!!

We really enjoyed staying at this place. The check in instruction is very easy to follow. Very close to the ski slope and village.

Great cozy place for a small family. Kitchen utensils could use some updating and the master bedroom mattress is uncomfortably soft. We would stay here again if they got a new mattress. Location great to skiing.

The condo was well appointed, newer construction and very nice for our stay. The group above us could be heard throughout our stay, including their dog. Not much this owner would be able to do to control but know that is a factor. There is also no oversized parking (only garage with a height limit of 7’6”). If you can’t fit the only option is to park in the village and bus back! This should be clearly communicated before booking.
Property management could work on a more efficient and accurate communication process. The initial string of emails and links is confusing and just to get to the address and access codes is a maze of emails and links with no direct link to the address on google. We requested an early checkin which we were willing to pay for and asked days in advance, they said that they could accommodate if the maid service allowed. We never heard back so just went to check at 3pm and the place was ready but our door code didn’t work.
Hot Tub didn’t work throughout our trip.

The condo was very comfortable and we loved the decor. The underground parking was definitely a bonus with the amount of snow received during our stay, beats digging out cars from snow berms. The kids made a slide off the back patio for their sleds, so much fun! My mom wants new cookware after cooking in that kitchen...everything was like new and top of the line. We definitely want to return when the weather permits!

We arrived at 9PM, mid blizzard, after many hours of weather delay and road closures.
No from the rental agency sent us the garage code, which I didn’t know I would need, until we got there. Additionally, i received an email that had the address followed by the #320, which I assumed was the unit #. It was not the unit number, no one bothered to provide us with a unit number at all, so we couldn’t get in the garage and had no idea which unit was ours. In the correspondence email they left an email but no contact phone number. I called VRBO and they could not provide a unit # or garage code. I finally googled the rental agency and found an emergency contact.
Hot tub was not working. Elevator was not working.
All that being said, it was an amazing location and super cute little condo. 3 min walk to shuttle stop, 5 min shuttle ride to slopes.

We lost $300 of groceries and had to keep food on the outside patio for the duration of the trip. We were given a dorm fridge for the week. Not what you are hoping for when you spend 4K for the week. Everyone we dealt with was very pleasant so that helped.

The location of this condo is perfect for any activity in and near Mammoth. The heated garage is a huge bonus and the utilities in the condo are excellent. The heat works great and the scenery provided a beautiful experience and relaxing break from our busy schedules. We will be back and stay here again!

The property was a nice peppery with a terrible Management company. When I told them the fridge wasn’t cool they stated it could take up to 12 hours for the fridge to get cold so I figured by the next morning it would be cold. It was not, we had to throw all our food away as it went bad after the fridge never got below 65 degrees. After I brought it up to them again they stated it could take 24 hours for the fridge to get cold if it was packed full. They sent someone out however by that time we had to throw away all of our food so we had to spend money, where we usually save money up here. They finally had a maintenance technician out and then provided a mini fridge with a freezer unit but as I stated before too little too late. If they had addressed the situation earlier the mini fridge would have actually helped. Liked the unit, however if I see this management company on any other listing it will be automatically off our list.

Comfortable for a short stay. Bathrooms and kitchen nicely upgraded. Open concept kitchen, dining, living room was enjoyable. Nice secured underground parking garage. Would suggest new cookware and mattresses. We enjoyed our stay.

The unit had everything we needed. It was super cozy and warm - a perfect place to work from home and recover from a long day on the slopes! Keep in mind there are only two guaranteed parking spots, and no street parking nearby in the winter.
We had all the kitchen stuff we needed, as well as basic spices and oil, etc…
Favorite spot was the FIREPLACE! ◡̈ 10/10 would stay again

The unit had everything we needed. It was super cozy and warm - a perfect place to work from home and recover from a long day on the slopes! Keep in mind there are only two guaranteed parking spots, and no street parking nearby in the winter.
We had all the kitchen stuff we needed, as well as basic spices and oil, etc…

My only regret was not bringing my golf clubs as I did not have room for them in the car and this home is located on the back of a hole and I was very envious. It’s close to the center of the city so leaving and exiting were no issues and it also serves as a reminder how close nature is as deer we’re just walking by the house whenever they wanted. I would book the same home again on our next trip.

We would definitely stay here again. The location is perfect. We were able to easily bike to the Village to catch the trolley to the Lake Basins. The property was nice and the townhome was clean and spacious.

We come annually to Mammoth and have stayed at MANY condos, townhouses and homes. We enjoyed this condo very much, however the disturbance from the guests in the condo above us was quite upsetting . There was non stop activity above and by 10:00 p.m. we were emotionally worn out from their activity! It took the joy out of our stay. So be aware you can hear everything through the walls!

We come annually to Mammoth and have stayed at MANY condos, townhouses and homes. We enjoyed this condo very much, however the disturbance from the guests in the condo above us was quite upsetting . There was non stop activity above and by 10:00 p.m. we were emotionally worn out from their activity! It took the joy out of our stay. So be aware you can hear everything through the walls!
