Condo has it all! Location is great, walkable distance to town, quiet (here in off season), you hear the crashing waves all day! Out the back door and you are at the beach (on off season) you have the beach for walking pretty much to yourself. Fantastic sunsets!
Condo has all kitchen gadgets you need for cooking, plenty of towels in the bathroom, bed is comfortable. Host is very responsive!

The north shore condos are the best place to stay in south haven. Having access to both the pool and the lake is key. This condo was very well equipped for our stay. The towels were a plenty especially. One thing we thought was missing was some chairs for down at the beach and maybe some boogie boards.

We had such an amazing time! Walk out the condo, across the patio, and down to the beach. The pool was perfect! The condo was clean and fully equipped. We will definitely be back!

We have been coming to this condo building since 2014 and the place has never disappointed us. The condo staff do a great job at making the pool and grounds beautiful. Love the location as it’s right by a convenience store and coffee place The unit was nice and well stocked. Had plenty of closet space to store things away. It had a little too much furniture for our infant to get hurt on, but we were able to baby proof it pretty easily. We plan to rebook with Ed soon for next summer.

This property is amazing. The heated pool and private beach are perfect for a family vacation. The condo is supplied with everything you may need. It is very clean and updated. Ken is a great host, and very responsive to all questions. We will definitely be returning next year.

Great communication from owner! Clean and had everything you needed in the condo. Right on Lake Michigan with own private beech. Private heating pool was wonderful.

Wonderful getaway!
Have been coming here for a few years and plan to come back for many more! Property is wonderfully maintained and the location is super super super! Have nothing but good things to say about the experience and went home with wonderful memories.

Our second stay
This is our second year renting for a week. We LOVE the location and the condo has all the amenities we need. Great beach, nice pool, all the kitchen supplies to enjoy meals inside or out on the huge patio.

I am so impressed with the condo association as they keep the common grounds so clean- we saw cleaners every single day making sure everything stayed nice from cleaning sticks out of the sand to scrubbing the steps down to the beach and everything in between. It is such a great bonus to have a pool in addition to the beach- and the pool was SO warm this year! We were spoiled with fantastic weather to enjoy the beach & pool everyday. We can't wait to come again next year!

The renters and Tennant's in the complex were very friendly and the beach and pool were very nice. The only downside was that the unit is on the 3rd floor and there is not an elevator...so pack light. I was pleased overall however the window air conditioner had a hard time keeping the condo cool and needed some cleaning service.

Beautiful view of Lake Michigan, very nice PRIVATE sandy beach. Only rocks were flat and smooth, perfect for skipping rocks. Great wading area at the lake where you can walk quite a ways from shore (great for playing catch or other games). Amazing sunset views.
Walking distance to many restaurants, Maritime museum, shops, etc. Pool was a nice size and temperature but mostly deep end for those with littles will need floatation devices. All around great place to visit!

Wonderful getaway!
I had a fabulous week at the Lake! This is not my first time with this property and it will not be the last. Everything you need for an active or restful retreat is here! The sound of the Lake put me to sleep every night. The sunsets from the awesome deck are spectacular. I will be returning at my soonest opportunity!

Owner is amiable, accommodating, and readily responsive to questions.Beds are inviting, comfortable, and clean.There are many extras in the condo, including cleaning products, face masks, disposable gloves, WiFi, dishes (Corelle for indoor use and plastic for outdoor use), cups, silverware, pots and pans for cooking, dishwasher and detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, plastic wrap, shampoo & conditioner, body wash, bar soap, and more.If you plan to do a load of laundry, you might want to bring your preferred detergent. Laundry room is on lowest level.The condo complex is appetizing. Pool was warm and clean.Covid rules apply, and residents and guests practiced social distancing.Private beach is great.You can see the pool and Lake from both north-facing windows.Thank you to Owner Ed Prell!
