Absolutely perfect home for our visit to Franklin!!
Jerry's home is wonderful. It was the perfect place for myself, my husband, and our two medium-sized doggies (though take note this house easily accommodates larger parties--we did not even use the entire house while there!) We arrived to find the home and patio decorated for Christmas, with a huge basket of goodies (including: all kinds of snacks...a nice bottle of Cabernet, chocolates, chips, cookies, a new bag of organic corn chips, AND two well-made coffee mugs as a gift!) In the fridge was fresh guacamole, two kinds of salsa from Whole Foods, a Brita water filter already filled with cold water, and several bottled waters. This was so unexpected and so cool--we were exhausted after driving about 14 hours from Houston and I confess I immediately ate all of the salsa.
The kitchen was well-stocked with tons of coffee pods and condiments for the Keurig, all kinds of spices, every pot/pan/utensil (a very nice, sharpened knife collection as well) you would need to cook meals. My husband made fresh dried beans in the crock pot for Christmas :) Bathrooms had everything one would need and more (toiletries, soap, lots of luxury towels, even a toothbrush kit). We used only the master bedroom and the huge bed was very comfortable (one of our most important requirements when traveling). Having a nice washer and dryer set with supplies to wash also makes travel so much easier in every respect.
We spent a lot of time cooking, eating and lounging on the comfy sofas in the living room watching cable TV. Our doggies loved watching the squirrels and playing in the giant yard. There is a big park only a few minutes away down the street as well. Multiple grocery stores very close by and downtown Franklin with so many fun local shops is a few moments' walk down the street.
We received a warm welcome in every respect and Jimmy immediately let us know he was available if we needed anything at all. The house truly feels like a "home" and not just a rental. Every detail was considered--and all of these details cost the owner money, so the fact that he does this means a lot. His housekeeper is also amazing and made herself available to us during our stay. We went to my brother's house in Spring Hill for Christmas day and when we returned, there was a gift bag with dog toys on the porch for our pups :)
We had a restful holiday thanks to Jimmy and his hospitality. We loved this house and will definitely return to stay here. Thank you, Jimmy!!

Wonderful Brick House
We stayed at Brick House for almost a week during a cross country road trip. It was perfect for the three of us, clean, comfortable and just as pictured. Jimmy thought of everything for us, checked on us and responded quickly to our questions. The dogs loved playing in the yard too!

The Brick House was an excellent place to stay! Enough hot water for eight guests and an efficient air conditioner! The house is everything that is advertised and we were VERY happy with it.

Little Brick House was perfect for our visit to Franklin/Nashville. Location was close enough to everything we wanted. Franklin’s town square is great place to walk around for shopping and restaurants. We will return to the Little Brick House.

Best place to stay in Tennessee
The Brickhouse in Franklin, Tennessee is one of the best properties to stay at in Franklin. The property owner, Jimmy, couldn't have been any nicer to us. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like 5 star guests. The property was very clean and had all the amenities of home. The beds were comfortable and clean, and the rest of the home was so relaxing. There is a huge fenced in yard, with a deck, grill, and plenty of seating for relaxing at night. I would recommend staying here for two days or two months, it's that great. The owner treated us like family, and he was available when we needed him, giving us tips on where to dine, and what to see and do. There is also park a short walk up the street, and not to mention, the historic town of Franklin is a must-see for anyone in the state. Nashville is only a short drive away, as are many historic and fun attractions for both young and old. Don't hesitate to rent this property, it is one in a million. I have rented from Home Away in the past, and nothing comes close to this property and owner. Both were splendid !

Great, pet-friendly home!
Jimmy was very response and accommodating to all our needs. The distance to downtown Franklin was very convenient for our wedding weekend. Plenty of room and a fenced in backyard. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome stay! Again!
Once again I will share that this is a fantastic home with even a more wonderful host. We’ve stayed at more than our share of VRBO and competitor units and for the most part have been let down when it comes to simple comfort and cleanliness. Jimmy’s place (and Jimmy) are top notch and you should not miss the opportunity to book it if you have the chance. Walking distance to Franklin downtown, huge fenced in backyard, tons of room in the house, great kitchen and amenities!

Fabulous Host & Location to The Factory & Downtown Franklin
Our family can’t wait to return to Jimmy’s Brick House where we truly felt it was ‘home away from home’. We found Brick House to be roomy with comfortable beds, a jetted tub, washer & dryer, large refrigerator & updated heating & air conditioning. Two bathrooms with two showers were just what we needed for our family. We’ll be booking here again soon for our event for next year & absolutely love it’s location so close (a 3 minutue drive) to The Factory event center & shops & just a short drive to Downtown Franklin.

Lovely Brick House in Franklin
So happy to have chosen to stay at the Brick House. Jimmy made our stay there amazing and we felt cared for! The house was in the perfect spot and suited our needs to a tee. The adorable 3 bedroom was perfect for the 3 of us girls especially because we each had our own room! Franklin was a cute town away from the hustle & bustle of Nashville. We also drove out to Leiper’s Fork which was worth the time, for sure. If I return to Nashville (which I hope to do since we couldn’t do everything in 4 days) I will not hesitate to book this house again! Thanks again, Jimmy!

First off, it is a perfect location. We had Thanksgiving here with our family and a close friend and we had such a wonderful time.
The Welcome Basket with fruit, a bottle of wine and the Brick House mugs was so unexpected and appreciated! And did we mention hangars galore, luggage racks, shampoo, conditioner?
You thought of everything: extra trash bags, paper towels, lots of clean bath towels, dishwasher soap...all the stuff a guest normally needs to run to the store to buy.
We will definitely tell our friends in Franklin and Nashville about your place as well as friends and family visiting the area.

Jimmy's VRBO home is very quaint, well maintained and clean. We love the open areas from the patio doors thru the dining room to living room. The kitchen is perfectly laid out with convenient work areas between the range, refrigerator and sink. We appreciated the supplies: coffee, water, wine, snacks, bath toiletries, abundance of towels and informational literature about the historic Franklin area. The property is close to downtown Franklin which has a number of neat little shops and restaurants. Access to I-65 is only a few miles away for trips into Nashville. Jimmy stopped by to see if we needed anything and to ask for suggestions for improvements. We have no suggestions for improvements because we felt like the house was a "home away from home." My wife and visited with two other couples. The home is very clean, great artwork throughout the home. Jimmy is very responsive and offered up several recommendations for things to do in the area. We can definitely see ourselves staying here again if coming to the Nashville area.

Location was very easy to get to and, if the weather is nice, the walk to town is just a few blocks. Jimmy gave us great suggestions for dining and activities . This is the second time visiting Brick House, and it will ALWAYS be our vacation rental of choice whenever we visit the area. This house is spacious and well-appointed, and the fenced back yard is huge! There was plenty of room for our two large dogs to romp and play safely. Rarely does one ever find a pet-friendly rental which is so clean and with everything in good condition, but Brick House is one of those niceties! The owner, Jimmy's, hospitality is incredible. Upon our arrival, the first thing we saw was a lovely gift basket, loaded with chips, a bottle of wine, and other snacks. In the refrigerator, there was bottled water, salsa and guacamole for our enjoyment. The Keurig in the kitchen also had a wonderful supply of coffee pods, creamers, sugar, etc. The dog toys included in our welcome basket also helped to make our "babies" feel at home, too! I would highly recommend this rental to anyone passing through the Nashville/Franklin area! We spent our time here very comfortably, indeed!

Very nice home and yard. It felt like a happy place. Everything was in good condition. Very clean, comfortable, and well organized. Had all the comforts you would have in your own home. Attention to detail was terrific. Kitchen items were in good condition. Some toiletry items were included which was good for us as we forgot our shampoo and conditioner. Very comfortable bed. Lots of towels and supples. Jimmy left us a basket of edible treats and had both bottled water and a filtered water pitcher. Magazines, books, movies, and brochures with local activities of interest were provided. We had our two dogs with us and they loved the large fenced yard. Jimmy was very responsive to contact and personable. We have stayed in a number of house rentals and this was among The best!

We had a wonderful stay this past weekend at Brick House. The location was great and the house was just perfect! There was a beautiful basket with fruit, wine, and snacks when we arrived along with maps of the area and brochures of things to do. We brought our 2 big dogs and were pleasantly surprised by the LARGE fenced in back yard. Perfect for them to run around and wear themselves out! Great spot for a visit to Franklin!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. When we walked in the first day, there was a basket of goodies on the table and fresh salsa and guacamole dip in the fridge. The house was clean and it smelled great! The artwork on the walls was beautiful and interesting and it was evident that someone had put a lot of time and attention into every decorating detail. The entire stay was so relaxing. If we return to Franklin, we will definitely look for this place again.

The house is in an excellent location, a few minutes from downtown Franklin. It was very comfortable and it had everything you can possible think to make your stay easy and pleasant. Jimmy paid a lot of attention to detail and cleanliness. We were greeted with a beautiful bouquet of seasonal flowers and a basket full of goodies. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable.
Jimmy was an excellent host. He sent us all the good restaurants and things to do around Franklin. We were there for my son's wedding and we could not have found a better spot to stay. Check out Lieper's Fork for antiquities and a southern atmosphere.
I highly recommend this venue.
