Absolutely perfect for our stay! Literally steps from the gondola and town!

I stayed here with my mom over Thanksgiving and we really enjoyed our stay. The place was very comfy and clean. I enjoyed the hot tub. We loved how close it was to the gondola (you’re about as close as you can get). The property management was also very responsive when we had questions. The ski rental place in the same building is also super convenient.

Great location but the unit itself is pretty sad. The furniture is uncomfortable, old, soiled and the carpet is gross. They gave us sheets to protect the furniture from our dog but ironically, we used the sheets to cover the gross furniture! Also, the furniture layout is awkward. The threshold on the door to the deck needs replacing along with the screen. The shared wall with the other unit is paper thin. We heard kids crying and dogs barking from the neighbors. The doors in the unit are squeaky and the hallway floor is not level. If you're a tall person, the sloped ceilings may be a problem. The unit is dark and dingy with only two windows and a sliding door. The hot tub wasn't very hot but we could have called management to rectify that. At least the beds were comfortable but the pillows need replacing. If you're looking for a comfy place to rest and relax, this is definitely NOT the place! You're basically paying for the location.

We were supposed to have 8 girls for this trip but it ended up only being 4 total, and glad that happened because there was decent room for us! 8 would have been tight. The space was perfect and the location could not be beat. We were able to walk everywhere and also get to the slopes easily! The beds were comfortable and the closets/dressers had space for our clothes. The kitchen was equipped for our needs! Wish we had brought a speaker to play music because the TV could not hook up to our phones. It was also extremely cold the days we went (high of 19) and the hot tub seemed to not be able to fight the temperatures, it could have been a little hotter but we still enjoyed it! Had a good little view of the sunset behind the slopes from the balcony area. The downstairs ski rentals were also SO convenient!! We got discounts from the shop since we were staying upstairs! The main office downstairs for the unit was also very accommodating- after we checked out they held our luggage while we got brunch before departing Denver. Would stay again!!

Location was perfect. If you stay ski in/out then you have to figure out how to get groceries. This location is walking distance to the grocery store and across the street from the gondola, making it as good as ski in/out with down town and all of Breck's amenities in walking distance. Hot tub, fireplace with plenty of wood and ski shop downstairs coupled with location makes this place fantastic! We've stayed in Breck before and this is the first time everything was easily accessible. Oh yeah let's not forget about the views of all 5 peaks while chillin in the hot tub. You can literally see every run as if you are looking at a map.... only way cooler. We were pretty comfortable with 5 adults and 3 kids, the unit is bigger than it looks in the pics. We would stay here again without a second thought.

The location and layout of the rental was fantastic. It's just obvious it is not owned by an actual family because it needs some basic updates. Pillows are grossly old and uncomfortable. TV is from the 90s and is not "smart". Random mismatched dishes.

The place was great! We are not sure how other parties of 6 travel and pets in one car with ski equipment and suitcases. We had two cars and it was a nightmare! The place was perfect and in a great location though.

Thee location is great. The unit could use some updated carpeting in the bedrooms and they need to fix the windows. The kitchen needs more utensils, mixing bowls and coffee cups. The mixer was in the draw with a note broken and needs to be replaced.

Great location right on Main St. Didn't need the car once we got there. Restaurants, shopping and trails all around. Can be a little noisy with street traffic or from the adjoining penthouse, but we just turned on the fan.

Our family of four loved every minute of our stay here. The location was perfect, offering easy access to Main St and the gondola, and it was quick to get in or out of town for hikes or errands, thanks to the parking spot (clutch!). I wasn’t sure we’d even use the hot tub, but it totally made the vacation. The view and setup is way better than the pics. So glad we all packed our suits!
The only thing worth noting is that the place doesn’t come very stocked; amenities that some may feel are standard, such as coffee filters, cooking oil or laundry detergent, were not supplied. This wasn’t a big deal, as we were staying for 10 days and were happy to purchase our own — but if we were only there for a couple of days, it would have been rather inconvenient.
We plan on returning next summer!

Great location that allows you to explore Breckenridge. Staying in the center of town gave easy access to downtown, cafe's, gondola, etc. The river walk is right out the back door and was a great spot to people watch.

This property was great. Close to everything and a great size/layout. The only complaint we had was that the bed in the master was terrible. We didn't sleep well the whole time we were there. We would rent this unit again, but hopefully they'll consider replacing/fixing the bed.

Perfect location!
We visited for the Xmas parade and had a wonderful time. The kitchen was well equipped and the home was very comfortable. Our dog was welcome which we loved as well! We were even provided with a Santa suit so my husband could join the RUNNING OF THE SANTAS in the big parade. We hope to visit again soon.

Couple of small things they could improve. Agree with others that master bed makes a ton of noise, so if you’re a light sleeper you might be woken by a moving partner. They need more furniture on the balcony. At least a table and a an umbrella.
But overall it’s a great stay. It’s also right across the street from the gondola, so it’ll be a fantastic winter condo as well.

flooring in living room (duct-tape which is gross and unsafe), uncomfortable beds (master bed is very noisy…husband and I woke one another up just rolling over, 2nd bedroom mattress is SO soft that it sags in the middle). We didn’t need to use sofa bed with our group size but turns out that mattress was the best out of all of them. Toilet in master bath is very finicky. 3 visits (very pleasant folks) to fix and it still was not working properly.
Need to upgrade kitchen tools - scratched non-stick pans meant food stuck, majority of plates/cups are chipped, knives struggled to cut a block of cheese. Yes, we’re on vacation maybe eat out but we like to do a quick breakfast or happy hour munchies and these tools were kinda crappy just for this.
Overall, loved the hot tub and location but for the price, we would expect a little more. Understand that not everyone is respectful and upgrading can affect bottom line, but this unit needs a little improvement.

CONS: The dishes in the cabinets were not cleaned; had food stuck in them so we had to wash all the dishes. The bed in the bunk bed room was in such poor shape that we couldn’t use it. The photos show carpet in the living room but it was laminate with tape holding it down. Master bed was super squeaky.
PROS: Quiet location. Management responded quickly.
