The home has plenty of room to spread out and would be great for family as well. My group of friends and I enjoyed the lake and the house amenities which made it convenient to cook our meals in house. All were appreciative of the ample baths to Bedroom ratio.

Rented this property from Chris for a few days for a guys trip so my buddies and I could catch up. Had a great time. Very comfortable and Chris was incredibly easy to deal with. Highly recommended.

This trip was planned for my husbands birthday. We wanted to go to a new destination for new experiences. We made the right choice going to Hot Springs and definitely made the right decision selecting this home to spend our vacation celebration! The description of this home is accurate and then some! It is gorgeous and spacious-it seems to go on and on! The views are spectacular! The front yard area with the waterfall and Koi is stunning! The backyard is amazing, the set up and private walkway to the private covered dock for fishing is very special. This house is well appointed for guests, everything we needed was there from the kitchen to the bathroom, the grill and for comfort! Extremely well stocked kitchen and this was a very pleasant surprise since we love to cook. You will not be disappointed staying here. The owner was so helpful with check-in information ( could not have been easier ), things to do, places to go, restaurants to dine and he was 100% right about the options he suggested! There is also a book on the coffee table with so much information to make the trip experience even better. The check out process was a breeze, too! Chris really takes the time and effort to ensure guests are happy. We want to go back so we can enjoy more of what Hot Springs has to offer.. we know exactly where to stay!

Our stay consisted of 9 adults 50+ in young age for 4 days. The views are lovely from both balconies. Chris, the owner responded quickly to any issue and great to work with to ensure you enjoy your stay. He has a swing, 2 lounge chairs, & 2 other chairs on the front porch to enjoy the beautiful waterfall & pond. There are extra chairs & floor fans to accommodate all. His kitchen has basic staple items, which were greatly appreciated as previously homes I've rented didn't have. AC works great, so we were cool & comfortable. Bunk beds were not comfortable for adults, so keep that in mind if you need that space. Both TV's have a fire stick to enjoy Amazon prime, Hulu, Netflix & YouTube in family room & Den downstairs. There is a washer & dryer if you need to wash towels, etc for extended stay. He has a lot of antiques & breakable world traveled items in this home for you to loving look at but don't touch...so small kids would need to be supervised closely. He has all switches labeled all over this house, which you will appreciate. I recommend staying here, Chris the host is a thoughtful owner

We loved the privacy of this property as it sits in the middle of a small cove. 4 bedrooms, a sleeper sofa and bunk beds for plenty to sleep comfortably. Communication with the host was very quick and easy. Perfect place to stay!!

My family and I enjoyed this Lake House and it’s location. Easy access to anywhere you wanted to go. The Host was very helpful whenever a question needed answered. W will definitely stay here again in the future.

This place is absolutely beautiful, and mornings with coffee on the deck overlooking the lake were the highlight of the trip. The pictures are accurate -- the house is spacious with very comfortable bedrooms, and the layout was perfect for our family, with room to spread out. We especially appreciated the well-appointed kitchen: we were able to cook almost every evening with everything we needed. The house was also spotlessly clean when we arrived, which is reassuring at this time in particular. The host and property manager were responsive, cordial, and on the spot with guidance about groceries and boat rentals, and made checkin and checkout very simple. (One note -- the checkin instructions on the VRBO app seem to have been copy-pasted for a totally different property, but we were able to alleviate confusion very quickly with a call to the property manager. Probably just a VRBO error). We loved our visit, and it was just what our family needed. Cannot recommend it highly enough -- you'll love it!

Chris was an excellent communicator throughout the entire process! House was very clean! Would recommend this place for sure!

Enjoyed our week on Hamilton Lake. Very comfortable house and hospitable host. House is extremely well-kept. Private and quiet location right on the lake with a beautuful view.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of outdoor and indoor living areas, well-equipped and in a lovely, quiet location. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely return.

This house is perfect for family reunions or large families. Lakeside location with a dock. We rented a pontoon for the weekend and explored all of Lake Hamilton. We will definitely be going back.

We stayed here over Thanksgiving and enjoyed the house very much. It was clean and comfortable for our family of 7. Chris was accommodating and did everything we needed.

The place was clean . Nice view of the lake. As soon as we arrived the owner was there and nice . However that is when the mosquito party started. Every night trying to sleep reminded us of sleeping in a jungle because the mosquito were so bad in the house . We could not figure out how get rid of them so we left as early as possible to get back home . No tv in master bedroom and Netflix was only choice at night to unwind in main living area . The bottom floor had a musty smell to it so we never went back down there . Not going back there...

Great place, and located on one of the Peaceful sides of the lake. We as there on the Bass Championship weekend 2019, and some of the pro's was fishing the bay around us and got some good pointers was a lot of fun, rented a boat one day and did some tubing and this dock was very handy, all in all a great weekend and the home was great. Thanks to the owners for sharing their home.

Nice location on lake. AC was an issue at first but got repaired and was ok after that.
