We checked in for 5 days and the stay was very comfortable! Check in was smooth and professional. The cleanliness and decor of the unit was amazing!! The correspondence was great with fast response. The host was kind and considerate in accommodating us! I give the “retreat” 5 stars!!!

Ok so this place is lovely. Would definitely come back and probably will. I came here for a personal retreat but I also have a work from home arrangement and I was able to set up shop there comfortably with plenty of space and mostly great wifi. (Just a couple of brief moments of spotty wifi over the entire week.)It's location is pretty great for activities too. As long as you didn't plan on not driving at all you're about 20 minutes away from Avenue if the Giants, about 5 minutes away from horseback riding, and less than 15 minutes away from grocery shopping and restaurants. (No doordash you city girl you.)The Black Sand beach I went to was about a 1.5hrs away and the drive was exquisite. I think there's a closer one though but I'm glad I made the drive. It was well worth it. And the room was beautiful. HOWEVER, the shower is not made for anyone overweight or with long ligaments. It's not impossible but you will be tight! Ask for a picture before you make a decision if you fall in those categories. Bring a shower cap to, especially if you're short lol. Also, depending, I wouldn't necessarily come with more than 2 adults. 4 will probably not want to share the bathroom, there's a lot of glass doors (glass windows on doors). Definitely would be awkward if not everyone is related and whoever is sleeping on the futon has to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Other than that, the kitchen is fully loaded, the bathroom, patio, decor, everything is wonderful and I will go back if I go up there again. Which I will...
