Great location and very clean. The couch is very broken down and uncomfortable and the deck furniture has seen better days, but overall was great! May I suggest some bedside lamps for reading so the overhead lights don't have to be on all of the time. Close to lots of restaurants and SEPTA station. Loved sitting out on the balcony!

Just as described, cute little apartment, clean, well stocked, host answers messages quickly. Tons of stuff right next door in Passyunk square. A couple of blocks from the subway.

Apartment was clean and in a great location. The stairs were the only downfall overall but not such an issue that I wouldn’t recommend. Enjoy our stay here and would stay again.

The location of the property is wonderful. It was easy to get to the subway and the Passyunk neighborhood has lots of great places to eat and just explore. Very easy to find and check into the property. There is really the one bedroom and a fold out sofa/futon bed in the den that my son was fine with. Overall would stay there again if we had to come back to Philadelphia. We were there for the NCAA wrestling championships at the Wells Fargo Center. I was able to walk there one day and took the subway the other times. Very easy to reach and communicate with the owner.
