Trying very hard to think about something that we liked.

Bad attitude staff, not fit for calling themselves a five star hotel. Morning no pleasant smiling staff in reception. The girls doing the job like not interested. The guy also same. Night they had a trainee and one cleaner handling hotel. ...from entry no one to take the luggage. When we requested they send the security. ...then again at reception we asked about luggage...they called another guy to help. All the staff needs training. No trolley or luggage guy. Smell in the reception not good. No perfume or a pleasant feeling when we are inside. Pool looked dirty. Ac vents full of dust accumulated. Had allergic sensing initially. Ac cooling bad. Small room ... overpriced. Morning they put music very loud in the corridor and it can be heard Inside rooms. Very loud English songs instead of some light music. Breakfast buffet : masala dosa not good. Poori tasted better. ..but no potato curry. Chicken stew is there . No good combinations. Overall a 2 star service hotel calling themselves a 5 star.

the hotel is not a 5 star quality property. the buffet is limited and not good quality, the base room costs 7000 rs but it is the size and quality of a 3 star room bathrooms are very small . the fridge was dirty and rusted. a/c filters unclean and the over all ambience matched that of a three star hotel

Our stay were wonderful and we enjoyed a lot. The front desk staffs were very helpful especially Akshay. He helped us to order food online upon checking in late night as the hotel kitchen closed. The hotel cab driver, Krishnankutty was very helpful and he made sure our 2 days trip in Kochi were remarkable and awesome. The breakfast choices are good with a lot of varieties. Overall our trip were wonderful with a lot of memories.

This property claims to be a 5 star.. its no where near to 5 standards. 1.The quality of bed linen is bad . 2.No kettle . 3.No tissue box . 4.No locker in changing room. 5.pathetic food They are trying to save money every by comprising the quality.

The proximity from By-pass road, Room, and staff. Breakfast was good.

Price can be little more competitive
