Lovely spacious property in a good location. The bed was super comfortable.

Unfortunately it was very noisy neighbourhood in the evenings but it may not be that way all the time.

Carmelita is very centralised which take you to most tourist attractions by foot in minutes. Shops and restaurants are also accessible. Nadine and Kenneth are also very helpful during the period of our stay. The apartment is cozy, homely and spacious. The beds are also comfortable. The beddings which we liked, made the bed so aesthetic and extra. It has touch of luxury and hotel grade thread count which helped us to have good sleep.

Our over all stay at Carmelita met our expectations. However, the aircondition/heater's filter might need changing and attention as there were dust coming out from it. It also come to our attention that the first aid box's contents are mostly expired- it's an occupational habit as we all work in healthcare. But haven't said that, it was so nice to include first aid box into your rental home- it's a first for us to see this in a rental accommodation. Well done and well thought 👏 👍

The design, clean and specious place

Great location, tipical Maltese house, it would be perfect for 2 people, we were 4 so the children slept in the living room on a couch but i knew that before, we were all day around outside so it didnt matter but this bed is better for younger children. The beds in bedroom were great. We mostly ate outside and didnt cook. The owners did some shopping for us (upon request) because we arrived late at night so we had enough food for breakfast on the first day and that was great.Communication with the host great, although we never saw each other:) We were on the first floor. There were also these steep stairways from our bedroom leading the roof terrace, really cute, although you may feel a bit dizzy once you come to the top:)

Location, comfortable bed

The place was very stylish with retro elements and decorations for Christmas period. Super hospitality with panettone & bottle of cognac ❤️ We felt like at home after being met with such treats. Apartment had a lovely surprise - winding staircase to the rooftop terrace that we enjoyed a lot overseeing the roofs of Valletta.

Pictures on booking information that you use to decide are a mix of two luxury flats and the simpler one we got. When we phoned about it on arrival (disappointed about the standard of the flat) we were told that we had received the correct pics. On closer examination that is true, but only after we had booked as a confirmation mail. Providing the correct information only as an afterthought is not satisfactory. The layout of the flat is unsuitable for elderly people, handicapped people and small kids. The wc is reached by two very, very tall steps, the shower makes everything wet as there is not a screen or curtain to contain the water ( and the space is very tight). Two of the rooms (the living rooms) are in the basement, (reached by steep steps), and the damp and the stink from the basement loo make that part of the flat unusable.

Lovely apartment situated close to all the amenities of Valletta. Everything was perfect with excellent communication from the owners at all times.

The location of Carmelita valletta is excellent, close enough to walk to city centre, sight seeing spots, restaurants and bars and bus station. Kenneth, the host was extremely helpful. The apartment was clean and a clean bundle of towels dropped off after 2 days, which was nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

My only gripes are that the steps from the bathroom are very steep and the shower is on the small side. It would be nice to have perhaps a small two seater sofa in the dining area and a smaller dining table, instead of a dining table which dominates the kitchen, seating four in an apartment which only caters for two.

The apartment is very tastefully furnished - a delightful place to stay. It is in a quiet spot yet with easy and quick access to the centre of Valetta. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again and recommend without hesitation,
