Lovely spacious apartment, easy reach of town centre and train station. Week2week staff very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

comfortable and centrally located
few minor niggles; namely
1. key handover was rather chaotic
2. no toilet roll or hand towel in cloakroom
3. lift from garage to building was out of order

One of the toilets was out of order (not a major problem as 2 en suites). One of the bedrooms was particularly cold.

Great location and it had everything you needed for a few days away.

Was roomy enough for the 4 of us. Was very close to the train station.

The size of the apartment was surprisingly big. the location was very good, 10 minute walk and you was in the centre of things. the facilities at the apartment are very good, (decor, especially the parking)

Bed is comfortable. Water pressure and temp of shower good. Location & parking are good at the Quayside apt they substituted for this place. Quayside apt was poorly stocked and very dirty (see below for more). Staff was missing so no one could let us in. Communication is generally good and we were provided with a hotel for the first night. It was less costly than our room (I have receipt) but we were not refunded the difference. We were promised reimbursement of parking and breakfast at the hotel (since all our food was at the apt - it was kind of them to put the food in the refrigerator for us) but as of 45 days later, still haven't received the reimbursement. I will try to update if I ever do.
We weren't able to stay here. An inferior apt was substituted. Overheard another family in the same building saying they "just wanted the apt they booked." We felt the same way. This place looked so nice but what we got was sparse and minimalist (not in a nice way.) One coffee cup, 3 large plates and 1 small, 3 glasses, 3 pans with no handles (remedied.) Very, very dirty (remedied.) No place to put luggage or to sit on the balcony. Like a noisy frat house with dozens of people staying in some rooms. Sofa and chair not comfortable. Terrible lighting - kitchen lightbulbs were out so it was very dark and maintenance couldn't do anything about it. We informed mngmt of all promptly and received responses. Follow up wasn't responded to. Only the items noted were fixed. Still awaiting reimbursement for costs due to no check in staff. All complaints were emailed promptly and responded to with promises that for the most part didn't materialize. Don't let them substitute a property - you may not like it.

The apartment was centrally located to everything, it was lovely and spacious and brilliantly serviced. Great value odour money and would definitely use again if we re-visited Newcastle
