The staff were very accommodating and gave us useful local tips. The location is ideal for exploring the city on foot. Spacious room with good condition and hygiene status, it's also cleaned on a daily basis!

The hotel’s location is excellent — close to the city center and within easy reach of popular attractions and restaurants.

The room was clean and they had the best linen of all the hotels I’ve stayed at in Vietnam.
There was a bad smell in the bathroom and laundry room area. I think the backside of the hotel was undergoing renovations. The Bathroom was not adequately sealed off from the outside. There was a back door there, but it seemed flimsy and had space underneath for small animals to get in. I had to hold my nose every time I went to the bathroom because the smell was that horrible. It it wasn’t for the smell, I would have rated the hotel higher.

Location
Room not as described. Images not accurate. Mould in room. Dehumidifier in room. Broken bits in each room (bathroom, closet). Says it comes with a kitchen yet there are no basic cutlery or bowls and plates available
