The place is great and Mary was so helpful. A fantastic family vacation.

We had a wonderful stay! It was the perfect size for my family of four. The location was great—walking distance to restaurants and the beach. The garage was a little tight for my SUV, but manageable and having off-street parking was convenient. The check in and check out processes could not have been easier. Mary was a gracious host—even mailing me a jacket I left behind. I would definitely stay here again.

DO NOT HESITATE! This house is the real deal. Incredible views, comfy layout, well appointed and walkable to everything that Manhattan beach offers: shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and, of course, that fantastic beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Mary is best host we’ve ever encountered after dozens of stays. She is incredibly responsive, thoughtful and very concerned about your having an excellent stay. Would rate this place more stars if I could. We’ll be back…

We enjoyed a wonderful week at this house. The property was beautifully maintained and comfortable. It was a very close walk to beach and a just a few blocks from the pier, shops and restaurants in Manhattan Beach. Beautiful views of the ocean and beach!
