Alle Möbel in der Wohnung wurden aktualisiert (Matratze, Sofas, Tische usw.), voll ausgestattete Küche. Erstaunliche Aussicht auf das Meer - Sitzen Sie auf dem Deck und beobachten Sie jeden Donnerstagabend das Feuerwerk. Everything was great, especially the view! The condo was just the right size for the five of us and had everything we needed. With three young children, we were back and forth between the beach and pool multiple times a day, they were both so close to the condo. Having the laundry on-site was really helpful, and Jodi answered all my questions quickly. We loved it and are already planning to return next summer.

This condo had everything we needed and the layout was great to keep everyone happy with places to be together as a family or spend time in peaceful reflection. The views and ocean breezes were just what the doctor ordered! And as if that was not enough, the amazing neighbors sealed the deal to make us want to always come back here! The host is very kind, quick to respond and made the whole trip very easy, beautiful place to stay literally steps from the osean, amazing views of the beach and ocean right from the living room, the home is very nicely furnished and is a great place to stay 10/10! ☆☆☆☆☆

Our stay was pleasant. The condo could have been cleaned more throughly. Wi-Fi was inconsistent at times during the evening but my husband was still able to work in the mornings without interruption. Complex is kept clean, bbq grills were convenient. It would be nice to have a common area to eat outside. I rented linens from cottage linens which was convenient but pricey. Walk to town is about an mile. The number listed on Vrbo is the wrong # for the listing. Grateful the person called me back and told me she gets multiple calls and gave me the correct # to call. Overall it was an okay stay here….

The condo was perfect for our girls weekend away. It was cute, spacious and well equipped. The view was AMAZING! Proximity to the beach and area attractions was great. Working with Jodi was a pleasure. I would highly recommend it! Best weekend ever!

This place was great! The owners were super punctual with questions and or issues we had. There were no issues with internet like some of the reviews we read. We had 2 phones 4 iPads and my husbands work computer on the WiFi and had no issues. Would totally stay there again!!!

Liked being near the beach yet away from the crowds. Clean and comfortable. Wish I hadn't lost track of days and left a day early ♂️. Hope to return next year.

Property was easy to locate, great view, easy access to the beach, short walk to the Pier and restaurants. Kitchen has everything you need however it could use a couple more kitchen towels and sponges to do the dishes. We only had one little issue not getting the television to work in the bedroom but it wasn't really that big of a deal. The space is plenty big enough for a family of five and for everyone to sleep comfortably. We definitely will come back.

Parking is next to beach access. This was great feature. You don’t have to bring the beach chairs/toys up three flights every time you leave the beach. We used the car as beach item storage. Also, nice warm water to rinse your feet at the bottoms of the stairs. Anyone with kids appreciates these features.
Room itself was just what we needed. Great view, couple of chairs for relaxing on deck, cable for late day movie/nap & everything you need for cooking meals. We have a 10 & 4 year olds and we were very comfy.

Great Experience!
Location was perfect with such a brief walk to the beach and provided a great beach walk to the pier. The house was in excellent condition and had everything we needed to cook a few meals while we were there. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect location
Sunrise from the shared deck, easy access to beach, ocean view, lulled to sleep by waves, self check-in, kind neighbors, and a fully furnished kitchen made our week stay magical. Honestly - the sunrise every morning was breathtaking.
The unit is small yet roomy enough for a family with 2 teens. It is more “lived in” than expected, a few broken items, and we found trash in both a bedroom and the living room when settling in for our stay. Easy enough to clean, especially during the pandemic.
Overall, the pros far outweighed any cons. I would recommended Jodi’s place and will hold our week exploring OOB fondly.

This is a perfect little place for a stay at the beach. Everything we needed was there, even towels and linens which we had brought because the listing said they didn't provide them. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beach chairs were a bonus since we had only brought one.
