Charming Delray Beach Cottage close in, walk to Atlantic Ave, Reasonable rates!
Die Lage ist absolut ideal. Lage, Lage, Lage !!-Fußweg / Fahrrad zum Strand, Restaurants und Geschäften. Drei Häuserblocks von Restaurants und Clubs in der Atlantic Avenue, acht Häuserblocks vom Strand und zwei Häuserblocks von der Küste entfernt. Die Mietkosten sind für den Standort sehr angemessen. Mieten in der Hochsaison für 3.600 USD pro Monat (1. Dezember bis 31. März). Die Preise für die Nebensaison sind sogar noch niedriger (1. April bis 30. November - 3.450 USD pro Monat). Host was always very responsive if I had any questions. House well stocked with paper goods for example The thing I loved the most was the location. 3 blocks to Atlantic Ave and just a bit over a mile to walk or bike to beach. Nice outdoor space. Great neighborhood.

This is very much a cottage but well equipped and you can’t beat the location. It is about a 15 walk to Atlantic Ave and a publix and Walgreens is 2 minutes walking. There is also a great French bakery and Bedners store (local vegetables, meats etc) within a short walk. The cottage itself is rustic but has a large fenced yard which was great for our dog. The kitchen has new appliances and is very well equipped. As we were there for 45 days we tended to cook and BBQ a lot. The bedroom is small but has a queen sized bed with a new and comfortable mattress. We left 2 good pillows that we bought for the next guests. It was good value for the money paid as you will pay significantly more for a newer higher end property.

Booking and communication with host were very good. Fenced yard for dogs good except at front fence needed a chair with no fence stile. Best for only 2 people. God location.

We enjoy this lovely cottage so much we keep returning. The cottage is a perfect combination of old Florida and modern amenities and conveniences. The location is close to the beach, Atlantic Ave and all the restaurants and shops there AND wonderful food markets. You can walk, bike or take the Delray Downtowner. The backyard has beautiful banyan trees in a natural landscape. We enjoy eating out and also cooking in the well-appointed kitchen and eating outside on the deck. The owner is incredibly nice and will help solve any problem or need that comes up. She wants you to enjoy your visit!This Florida cottage is a great choice of a place to stay in Delray Beach and we hear even summers in Delray are great!
