House was very comfortable and in a great location for our stay. We did have problems with ants in the house. Contacted owners wjo where very fast to respond and send maintenance over. Only issues where it didn’t fix the problem. We had ants in every room and ruined any food that wasn’t in the fridge. Made the stay a little uncomfortable just because they were everywhere in the house. Other than this issue we enjoyed the property.

Overall this was a great home to stay at for our Disney vacation without staying on Disney property and all the chaos. It took us only 10 to 15 minutes to get to the parks, and was so nice to go back to this home, sit and relax while the kids wanted to swim before bed. I definitely recommend.

It was us a pleasure to stay in Brians House.
But we have a little problems with ants in the house although ant traps were set up…

The home smells of mildew. Mold coming out from behind the tiles in the main bathroom shower. Several lamps missing light bulbs and/ or switches to turn them on. The sink on the left side in the master bedroom bathroom drains extremely slow. The replace water filter light on in the fridge with the water dispenser nozzle sprays out the side. The dishwasher had grunge along the bottom by the door. Kitchen faucet leaks and the selection of cooking utensils and the cutting board made preparing meals a challenge. The veggie peeler alone would make a person want to order in. The bed frame is broken on the right side bed in the room beside the Dory bedroom. The floor behind the dresser in the Dory room is dirty. There are cobwebs on the living room lamp and the dining room light as well as bugs in the dining room light. Speaking of bugs, the sight of bug traps on the kitchen counter and in the main shower was a bit off-putting. Even more so were the ants that were going along the backsplash of the kitchen counter, along the wall, behind the white bench seat to behind the picture on the wall by the master bedroom then over the door frame and into the bedroom with the queen bed. Yes, the binder states they have pest control but the owners should ask for a refund.
All that aside, it was very nice to come back to after some long days at Disney and Universal. The best part of the property is the pool which was very relaxing and refreshing in the heat and humidity.

The property was as advertised and well looked after. Everythiing was clean. The pool was great. Brian was very responsive to any questions. the location was ideal - Disney was just 20 mins away. Would highly recommend it.

Everything was very accommodating and very comfortable. Our only complaint was the ants. We bought a box of donuts and the next morning it was loaded with ants. We noticed through the week ants inside and out...the ant baits don’t seem enough to care for the problem. Also the automatic starter on the grill wasn’t working. Otherwise, it was a great stay and we would certainly consider coming back next year. By the way, losing the donuts was the only time anything was bothered with the ants. ☺️ Thanks again...The Lewicke’s

We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed every moment! Everything was clean and well kept from the rooms, bathrooms, and pool. The neighborhood was quiet and we especially enjoyed the pool overlooking the beautiful lake and watching the sunset. I would definitely stay here again.

Close to attractions, clean and roomy. Great place for a family. Exactly what the owners discribed in the discription. My grandbabies loved the pool and the bigger kids enjoyed fishing.

We just checked out a couple days ago after a week long stay at the home. We had the greatest experience with the house - it had everything we could possibly need and was plenty of space for 3 adults and 4 children. Super easy, short drive to Disney parks and we were able to use Walmart delivery for all our groceries. We loved the lake out back, we fished a ton and were so excited to spot gators swimming.

I spent over a year planning this vacation. The house was very cute, clean and felt like home...
The kitchen was stocked with everything you could imagine. The location was convenient and close to Walmart.
Brian and Amy were great and answered all our questions promptly. It was a great experience and I would definitely book the house again

We had a great trip here, the house was very clean with everything we could want. The laundry machines were so convenient, the pool was warm and the Lanai was so serene with many visits from the birds! The beds were extremely comfortable! We would definitely stay here again!

This home is exactly as described. Nice neighborhood and the driving distance to the Disney Parks and Universal Studios is a huge plus! The property is very well supplied! One thing, I couldn’t find a cookie sheet as my son and I were going to make cookies one day so that would have been nice to have. Maybe I just didn't see it?! The private pool with the sunset was the icing on the cake. It was my favorite part of this home and the sunsets were spectacular! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Brian & Amy!

This is an awesome place to stay in Kissimmee. Wildlife abounds, small gators, turtles ,eagles, cranes and bass fishing for fun. Well kept property.

Brian and Amy were very responsive to all communications throughout the whole process. The house was in a great location for us getting to our kids’ baseball games and tennis matches around the southwest side of Orlando. Everything was very clean and neighbors were super nice. We were only an average of 20 minute drive from all the Disney parks and it was an easy drive. Location was great. Neighborhood was nice, also. House was wonderful. Easy instructions and everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay! Even saw a small gator in the water directly behind the house. We will definitely stay here again!

This, by far, has been one of our most positive rental experiences. The house is gorgeous and true to its description. The pool is wonderful and everything is so clean. Our favorite part was all the wildlife around. We saw birds, fish, huge turtles, and even a couple small alligators. We will definitely be back in the near future!

We had a great stay at the property. The house is really nice and in a great location. We even were able to see the shuttle launch from the house which was a huge bonus for us. We really enjoyed everything the house had to offer.

My youngest granddaughter LOVES to be in a pool, so we knew we would want a house with a pool.
I looked for options, and my choice did not disappoint us at all.
The house was exactly as described, was clean, and had everything we needed to have a good time.
We were scheduled to leave on the day a hurricane came and our flight home was canceled and re scheduled 3 days later. Luckily for us we were able to stay at the home for 2 of those days before their next guests arrived.
You will not regret this rental. I hope my future rentals are as good as this one.

We didn't want to stay at a resort because we are pretty low key people with well behaved grand kids and didn't want to deal with everyone elses kids. My youngest granddaughter LOVES to be in a pool, so we knew we would want a house with a pool.
I looked for options, and my choice did not disappoint us at all.
The house was exactly as described, was clean, and had everything we needed to have a good time.

We stayed at your Kissimmee villa from October 3rd to the 17th. After reading the reviews, I expected a villa with high standards of cleaning, unfortunately this was not the case. The villa was in need of updating and extensive cleaning, I can only suggest the people leaving the reviews have very low standards.
All skirting boards were covered in dust and dirt, the toilet was all stained, as was the disgusting toilet brush. Rugs were stained, chairs were torn, the kitchen cabinets needed updating, there were tea stains on them, they were sticky to touch and the worktop was all marked. The washing machine had mildew in it, the fridge freezer was covered in fingerprints and stains on the outside when we arrived. The oven was filthy, air vents were thick with dust, blinds were broken with slats missing, the bin was broken and stained. Outside pool area was very dirty, as was the bottom of the patio doors, the pool broom fittings were all broken and the broom fell off, we had to wash the sunbeds down as they smelt of mold, the outside furniture was stained and the barbeque had stains down it. The last day was 31 in temperature and was going to be a pool day. Unfortunately, the pool had algae in it and the pool was all green, so we were unable to use it. The netting is ripped at the bottom in many areas and we had to sellotape the bottom because lizards were coming in.
I do not feel that this justified paying the charge we paid per week, for the amount charged I expect the property to be perfect. I have taken photo's.
