Schöne offene Wohnzimmer mit großen Fenstern, neben dem Esszimmer und Küche. Drei Balkone, im Wohnzimmer, Küche (Blick über Berg Esja) und Schlafzimmer. Zwei Bäder, eine Dusche. Flat-TV, Wireless-LAN und Highspeed-Internet, Bettwäsche, Bettwäsche und Handtücher inklusive. Bus keine 14 hält direkt vor dem Sie die Innenstadt in wenigen Minuten Zeit. Umgebung: Laugardalur Tal, mit einem Laugar Spa Fitnesscenter (Fitnessraum, geothermischen Pool, Massage, Joe & The Juice). Dies ist ein familiengeführtes Hotel mit einer separaten Wohnung im Souterrain mit separatem Eingang, von einer Person bewohnt. Die Besitzer wohnen in einem Haus in der Nähe. Wir sind sehr bereit zu helfen, aus Sie Ihren Aufenthalt genießen. Wir nehmen Ihre Privatsphäre ernst.

The house is an older home but clean and the beds are comfortable. Everything you need is available. We had 6 people, 2 adults and 4 teens. The bed arrangements worked out well. There are 1 1/2 bathrooms but this did not pose a problem. The owner is a wonderful man and Johannes who greeted us helped us find a medical orthopedics device store since the device my grandson had broke on the plane. Johannes explained the situation to the sales person and helped us purchase a new foot brace. Johannes so went above and beyond a host’s role. In addition, upon leaving, the owner of the house called and told us we could extend our time if necessary. The location of the home is excellent and accessible to the city by bus or car. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and this house is a great place to stay.

Very nice and comfortable house . Very well located in a quiet area . Close to old Reykjavik and the port. The owner was there to welcome us . Very friendly. We had a great time.

Our host, Olafur, was wonderful. He gave us the amazing family history of this home. Everything was as stated amenity-wise. I would make a note that there is a washer/dryer. Special thanks for accommodating an extra person for three nights. We were able to have three generations all together.

I would equate the house to staying at grandmas house. Lots of space but definitely needs a deep cleaning. Found the house with no problems but there is no key box and it was a bit tricky getting into the place. He had to meet us to get the key. Very very smelly water but that is known in Reykjavík. Unfortunately it makes the whole house smell bad like sulfur. The only shower was actually disgusting. Lots of corrosion and black something on the adjustable shaft. My bed unfortunately smelled like very strong sweat therefore the sheets could not have been clean. Also make sure u are aware that the house is connected by stairs to the living area in the basement where the owner has access to your space anytime. We had no problems with this but I was still a bit uneasy with having young daughters. The gentleman that lived there was very kind but needs to hire a cleaning company and do some updates to the home. Very nice family but the home needs some cleaning
