Great response times by owner everytime and friendly security people.
Carpet had a lot of dirt/dust build up at the furnace. Carpet was also worn and stained.
Pillows are hotel like, very firm.
AC set to go no lower than 72 but owner adjusted to 69 after request. We still had to continually dial it back to 69 because the smart thermostat kept bumping it back to 72 in the night.
Okay neighborhood but shows rental wear.
Overall alright for the price.

Juan was a great host. He was accessible throughout our stay, and everything on the website presented accurately. A very nice accommodation for our family. We felt very safe in the gated community and enjoyed the lovely surroundings and pool. The condo was acceptionally clean with everything we needed to feel right at home.

Property was centrally located to Universal Studios and local attractions. Condo had all items necessary for cooking and resort was beautiful with multiple pools and playgrounds.

Great location in Orlando to access everything. Condo was in superb shape. Host (Juan) was easily available, but I didn't need any help (Thanks Juan!). The gated neighborhood is beautiful with club house & pools. This is an Excellent overall place to stay while visiting / vacationing in Orlando. If you can spare any evenings to enjoy the pools, club house, and condo itself, you won't regret it. It's a great place to just relax & enjoy. The problem is having So much to do in Orlando, Daytona, Cocoa, Tampa, etc, which are all easily available from Kissimmee (SE Orlando). Bottom line, I recommend this place!

Awesome time at s INCREDIBLE location!
Juan was always available when I had any questions regarding the rental. He even accompanied us for an early check in!
The condo was spotless and beautiful.
My family loved all the amenities and the area.

Wonderful vacation with a great location
This property was perfect for our family on our week long vacation. This spacious rental is in a gated community with 24hr security and only 20-30min from all Disney and Universal Studio attractions. Grocery and convenience stores are less then 5 minutes down the road as well. The property was clean inside and out and was stocked with pans and pots for cooking. The host Juan was quick with responses to any questions I had and very accommodating. We don’t have a single complaint about our stay and look forward to the possibility of future stays.

Why I didn’t give it 5 stars
Everything was perfect with the rental the only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars was because of the AC. We are from Texas and it was hot and in order to adjust the temperature on the AC we had to message the host for him to do it and the temperature couldn’t go below 70. We are Texans so that was a little irritating but other than the the hose was perfect and so was the resort. Thank you!

The property was ideal for vacationing in Orlando, but what made the experience perfect was the support and kindness of the owner and host. I left my winter coat at their property unknowingly. The owner called to inform us after we left the property and very kindly mailed the coat back to our residence. What more can you ask for? 5 stars!

The owner was very accommodating and easy to communicate with and replied quickly to any of our questions. The apartment was clean and had everything needed for a vacation. Close to food stores and other shopping in the area.

As advertised. Highly recommend
I am a travel RN. The entire process was made easier by Juan. He provided a lot of information about the surrounding area as well. Juan was a total gentleman and was easy to contact when I had questions. The complex itself was spotless with a lot of onsite activities. Thank you for a great experience. One of the nicest places I’ve stayed.

Very nice property
My children and myself had a great time and the property was very very nice and cozy. There was one issue that I brought up to the landlord that I thought was a problem and he said that he would take care of it upon her leaving. If he does this I will definitely be back

I rented this property for the holiday, my family & I were very happy with the home & the area.
Beautiful, entertaining & very relaxing. My family and I are ready to book it again for next year.. The only thing is that the next door neighbors kept a party, the music were playing through to after midnight and we weren’t invited.

Great for families. Wonderful time using the pools, tennis court, and basketball court. Safe any time of night to go for a walk.

The property was clean and exceeded our expectations. The owner was very pleasant and answered my questions promptly. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. I had a little trouble adjusting the AC despite following the instructions. Otherwise, my family and I had a great experience. Thank you kindly, Juan, for making my daughter's first birthday a memorable one.

Would deffentatly stay again.
It was a great place to stay. The whole family loved it. It was clean, plenty of room, and had all the necessities that unfortunately alot of other condo rentals do not provide. Juan was very quick to answer any questions I had and quick to check in with us after we left to wish us a safe trip home. Would deffentatly recommend staying here.

We have enjoyed our stay at Venetian Bay. Great amenities, great location. We would recommend this place to anyone and we would definitely return for the winter.

Clean, welcoming and close to stores.
Property was wonderfully decorated and was a pleasant surprise to see how well stocked the home was. We did find there were a few roaches roaming the kitchen at night and the blinds were very hard to open. The beds are certainly not the most comfortable, but the overall feel of the place was warm and homely. Very close to all the locations we were headed to and situated in a nice, quiet location.

The condo was perfect for us. We had 7 people and it didn’t feel small at all. I lived waking up to ducks in the pond right outside our door.

Es waren super Ferien. Juan ist ein ganz toller Gastgeber. Wenn es Probleme gab konnte man ihm immer schreiben und er hat dann schnell geantwortet. Das Haus liegt in einem sehr schönen Villages. Total ruhig und mega sauber und gepflegt alles. Das Haus selbst kann ich auch nur empfehlen. Wir waren zu fünft dort. 3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Mega Platz gewesen für alle. Super sauber und es ist alles da was man braucht. Auch in der Umgebung ist alles nötige Walmart, Diners Shoppingcenter, und die ganzen Freizeitparks. Alles nicht weit entfernt. Ich kann dieses Ferienhaus zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Mit allem drum herum. Vielen vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in eurem Haus.

Comfortable stay!
The location was in a nice location next to a lot of shopping and dining options. The bedding and carpeting was decent, but could use a definite upgrade. The community was very nice, lots of pools and activities for our family to enjoy.

Wonderful stay!
The property was very nice, comfortable, and very well decorated. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. There were several places to shop and dine nearby. It's also very close to Disney. I would definitely recommend this property to others and would also stay here again.
