We have stayed at this property several times and have never been disappointed. The staff at Breen Vacation Station answered all of our questions before we arrived quickly and efficiently. You will absolutely love the view from this property.....sunrises and sunsets are incredible! The decor could use some updating, but overall it was very comfortable.

We had a great stay at this house. It had a very nice view to the ocean and Moonstone Beach in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen had every utensil you would ever need and was thoughtfully very decorated for Thanksgiving! The weather was perfect and they had a BBQ as well.

We drove up in the night, so waking up the next morning to the view was amazing. We spent a ton of time in the sunroom and it was very easy to walk into town for a bite or drink. It was a little stressful hustling across the PCH to get to the beach, but, it wasn’t impossible and being so close to that boardwalk was lovely. We loved this spot and plan to return!

Cambria is great! It was our first visit and we enjoyed the entire area. Lots of places to walk/hike nearby between Moonstone boardwalk and Fiscalini Nature Reserve - plus Cayucos and Morro Bay are so close. Great restaurants - loved Robin’s particularly. Linn’a is a treat for lunch as well.
Because we were traveling with dogs, our selection of houses to rent was limiting. It’s tough to beat this home given the price and location! Nothing really compares that allowed pets fit close to this price.
It does need a bit of an update and the grounds and outdoor areas have been neglected, but nothing that compromised our stay - and if those things were done, the rental price would understandably need to be increased.
All in all, we’d stay there again and certainly happily work with Breen Management. They were very communicative during the process - even allowing us the opportunity to change our dates to October when the flooding made travel difficult last spring.

Nice place.....there were stairs but not as serious as I'd read in a review. The outdoor steps are the easiest to navagate. Yard was small with a lot of plants and spider webs, but it worked ok with the dog.

The pictures on the listing made this place look gorgeous. It needs some serious updating. You could remove all the little tchotchkes. There were many different levels to go up and down, which was not in the listing the placement on the corner, made it difficult for getting in and out of the property, the garden and overall outdoors looked sad and on cared for there were lots of leaves and debris. It was not inviting the house itself on the upper level was comfortable enough downstairs felt like a dungeon, and it was as cold as a dungeon. In the upstairs shower, there was mold. This was most unappealing. The house itself was clean other than that, but just cold and uninviting.

Property was very clean and comfortable. View from enclosed balcony was nice especially when it was sunny. Location was not across the road from the ocean - more like1/2 mile and across from CA-1. Stairs outside from driveway to door was uneven and hard to climb for anyone with stability issues. Ended up using the garage and the inside stairs. Did not expect it to be on 3 levels with so many stairs.

This home is well appointed with a great view. We particularly wanted this view for our 4th of July week for the view if the fireworks off Shamel Park. Unfortunately, the show was only 10 minutes and stopped due to some accident at the park. Although disappointed, it wasn't the house's fault. There are lots of steps, so wouldn't recommend for anyone with limitations, whether from age or bad knees. This house could be treacherous. Overall, the location is good and had everything we needed. Our dogs loved the yard, so that was a plus.

Great place. The enclosed porch (sun room) was where we spent most of our indoor time. You get the view without wind. The listing was accurate and detailed. Be sure to read it all. Note that the pet rules are strict, there are lots of stairs, and the bedrooms are far separated.
Also, check the supplies. We had to buy toilet paper.

Nice property but not really suitable for mobility challenged persons. One bedroom is downstairs near the garage and the 2nd bath seems to be a converted laundry/ utility room also downstairs near the garage. The stairs are steep.
The view is nice but you will miss the sound of the waves.

This house suits us perfectly - it is clean, comfortable, and very well appointed. The kitchen has anything you might need for meals at home, and the decorations really cheered us for our Christmastime stay. One caution - pets are not allowed on furniture, but that works for us - our German Shepherd is never allowed on furniture or beds.

This was a great, centrally located spot to enjoy all the local festivities during Christmas season. The view, of course, is hypnotic and changes constantly. The only negative for us seniors were the stairs, but we were able to overcome it by using the front gate (street side) for quick loading/unloading. Would definitely stay again!

My husband and 2 schnauzers had a wonderful time! The view is awesome! The neighborhood is quiet. The location is close to the town and Moonstone Beach. The house was very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. We would definitely return :)

Overall, this was a great experience. We had a great time roaming up and down the central coast from this location. The view is better than the pics. The only complaint we had was that the Beach close to the property doesn't allow dogs.

House also was difficult to move around all the steps and little step ups. Going downstairs was difficult for aged individuals. Needs some updates. Too many chairs all over the place.

Lovely place and the View!!
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and very charming; well equipped with everything; nothing was missing. We thought the outside would be more appealing with a bit TLC. But there is a draught, we realize that as all of us in CA have to conserve water. We did clean spider webs off one of the decks and perhaps a bit of window cleaning would be a plus. We absolutely loved the different seating areas, so cozy and comfortable!! Be prepared for steps though. The step between the lower bedroom and bathroom could use some marking; it's easy to stumble. The view is priceless, mist and all......and not to forget it is close to everything.
We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon.

Such a beautiful view. The place was clean & easy to find. Such a great spot we’ll probably be back. Could maybe use a little up dating, new sheets would be nice. But overall a great spot!
