Ubicación inmejorable. Según bajas, estás en la playa. Encontre el apartamento limpio, con toallas y ropa de cama disponible. Creo que han actualizado el salón y el dormitorio, y está mucho más bonito que en las fotos iniciales (ya están actualizadas las fotos en el anuncio). La habitación es muy grande. En vez de utilizar el sofá cama, lleve un colchón hinchable individual y cabía junto a la cama sin ninguna dificultad (habría entrado también uno doble). El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días confortables. En mi caso, si encontramos múltiples productos de limpieza (Fairy, estropajo, bayetas y muchos otros...) Tuve dudas sobre la seguridad por comentarios anteriores, pero en mi estancia, la puerta cerraba perfectamente con llave por dentro (quizá también la han renovado). El anfitrión estuvo atento y disponible para quedar y hacer la entrega de llaves. Fui con mis dos hijas y hemos disfrutado mucho. Para repetir.

En el dormitorio hace frío. Supongo que en temporada estival no sera necesario. Pero fuera del verano se agradecería un radiador eléctrico para calentar esta estancia. Y el sofá un poco incómodo (no lo usamos como cama, solo para ver la TV).

Location, location, location. If you want to be near the beach and you need parking this is great. It's not the plushest of apartments and could do with modernisation but it's not five star prices, it's a budget place that really delivers for location.

The shower room is very small and could use an industrial air freshener or a plumber to visit as there was a lingering bad smell. Everything would benefit from updating and a lack of WiFi was an inconvenience, but not the end of the world. However, all that has to be offset by remembering it's a budget stay and so overall we were really happy.

Frank the host was marvelous and the location right next to the beach was exceptional.Great balcony for late afternoon sunshine and drinks.Everything about the accommodation was great loved it.

Excellent location with stunning views from front n back windows.. Also free parking which is a great bonus... Walkable distance to all of Benidorm and on the flat... 😁

Bed was not comfortable enough for 2 adults..small double... Shower could do with new shower head and a basin or plug for using kitchen sink would be good
