Willkommen bei Coopers Cottage am schönen Barren River Lake, Kentucky. Dieses schöne Ferienhaus ist ein Einfamilienhaus mit einem zweiten Stock Essecke und Deck. Unsere Lakehouse Cottage bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Wasser, ein Ort nur zwei Meilen von Baileys Point Campground, dock, und Freizeitbereich; als auch als bequemer, Barren River State Park, Tankstellen, und die besten gebratenen Wels im Süden.
Das Ferienhaus ist ein drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer zu Hause, und eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Mikrowelle, Geschirr, Töpfe, Pfannen und. Alles, um Ihren Urlaub einfach und wirtschaftlich. Das Haus trägt zwei Queensize-Betten und ein Doppelbett sowie eine Essecke, die für einen Schlafbereich genutzt werden kann. Das Haus ist ca. 1600 qm und bietet somit viel Platz für eine Familie oder Paare, die sich ein Ferienhaus teilen. Die Küche ist komplett mit Töpfen, Pfannen, Mikrowelle, Herd und Kühlschrank ausgestattet.
Wir bitten um ein Minimum von zwei Nächte und einen Aufenthalt von drei Nächten im Urlaub Wochenenden. Wenn Sie sechs Nächte buchen, erhalten Sie die siebte Nacht gratis. Wir verlangen eine Anzahlung von 25% auf alle Buchungen und haben eine 15 Tage Stornierungsbedingungen. Mindestmietdauer Alter von 25 Jahren. Keine Haustiere, Nichtraucher, keine illegalen Substanzen erlaubt.

Honestly wish I could’ve stayed longer. Anyone seeking peace and tranquility in the springtime, this is the place to be. Everything anyone could possibly need is supplied, even the conditioner.

My mom had just passed away and I wanted a place to reflect, breath, and also invite a friend to share my sorrow (and healing).
I wanted to be away from world, city lights, and everything. I asked the owner if this was such a place, she was as good as her word. Peace and quiet...
I laughed here, cried here, and found that life goes on here; one day at a time.

(Just remember, Google GPS takes you to the wrong house! I made it a point to stop by when I saw the mistaken house's owner and apologize.. I tried the provided code on every door and noticed the camera systems going off... I'm glad they understood and are very nice people... look at the number on the mailbox and head round the bend when it says "You've arrived!")
If you seek a place to decompress and find a peaceful respite, this is a good option.
Off the beaten path, but lacking nothing.

Upon arrival the house was very dusty, (window ledges blinds and flat surfaces, dead bugs everywhere on the floors along baseboards and window ledges, hair was on bathroom floors. The main bathroom had a tub that was resurfaced and peeling so bad. We could not use that bathtub. The second day we went to dollar general to get cleaning product to clean up the home.
On 11/22/22 we noticed water on kitchen floor but though we had spilled water.
The pipe under the sink was leaking all over. We notified 11/23/22 to the owners due to holidays we didn’t expect anyone to come out. 11/24/22 we finally had to use the dryer for the first time and it would not work. That was a huge inconvenience, we let the owners know and they knew it was going to be going out they said.
The kitchen and loft area DOES NOT stay warm on cold days. It got extremely cold in those areas.
The house over all is beautiful just needs to be kept up better and poor cleaning people

I sure hope VRBO take this listing off their site. The pictures looked nothing like this actual place itself. Holes in the roof at the front porch we’ll side porch front porch wasn’t even there anymore the place was filthy nasty the windows was horrible with Cobb webs and dead bugs had spiders in two of the three beds wasp inside the house electrical wires exposed outlets had no cover right at the sink which is a very bad safety hazard paint was coming off the tub where someone tried to resurface it the one bathroom the floor was sinking in you sit on the toilet and the floor moves down horrible place we drove 7 hours for this. Still waiting for a full refund. The customer service department told us to get out and leave cause of the safety issues. We had to drive all the way back 7 hours home the next days. Couldn’t sleep cause I was afraid of the spiders and the bees inside . Front porch had a huge chunk busted out of the front corner. I took pictures of everything.

I wanted a quiet place to get away from the daily grind. This was a great place. It's close enough to the State Park to avail yourself of the many activities and facilities they offer and yet secluded enough to just chill watthour any demands. The upstairs balcony view of the lake is sensational.

Nice, quiet, comfy place to stay. Description is exactly what we found. Google does NOT send you to the right house. The address is well marked so make sure you confirm the street address when you arrive.

We had a good time, weather some what cooperated. Directions were spot on. House was great inside, outside needs a good cleaning. We were a little disappointed in the view of the lake but we still had a good time. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. Beautiful views of the lake and everything they said it would be. Very clean and had everything we needed. Perfect size for our family of five adults and a 22 month old grandbaby. I appreciated that they had tons of towels/wash clothes, and even had toothpaste/toothbrushes for those of us that forgot to pack everything...they even had shampoo and conditioner in both bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. We will definitely be back again when visiting Bowling Green KY!!!

Kitchen is stocked with everything we needed for cooking, plenty of towels and extra essentials like toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo ect. Host was friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. Beautiful views of the lake and everything they said it would be. Very clean and had everything we needed. The view of the lake from the kitchen area looking through the double sliding glass doors leading to the deck was icing on the cake. Leaving large bars of soap, full-size tubes of toothpaste and toothbrushes in both bathrooms was extra thoughtful. We loved the abundants of towels, washclothes, and kitchen towels too. We will definately stay here again in the near future.

The cottage had a cozy, downhome feeling the momet we walked inside. Awesome place to stay. The hostess had fixed a book with that had the local stuff so we would know where to go. Definitely will be staying here again!
