Three generations enjoyed very good space, welcoming porch, great pool and outdoor amenities. We were blessed to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary in such a lovely home. The owner was efficient and responsive.

This was our 2nd stay in this lovely home, and we had a wonderful time! The house is clean and well-stocked with dishes, plates, etc. plus pantry items. Plenty of beach chairs and other beach amenities make packing much easier! The pool is beautiful and the owners are very helpful! We can’t wait to come back!

Very well equity house for our family with a baby with a beautiful outdoor pool. Marie was easily available with any questions along the way. This is our second time staying here and definitely would again. Thank you Marie for everything!

The house was very roomy and comfortable for my family . The kitchen was fully stocked from dishes to glasses to utensils to cookware and more!!! The pool was a gorgeous treat. This was my family’s second year in a row renting this property for thanksgiving weekend and we had a lovely time again. Would highly recommend

The house was beautiful and perfect for what we needed. Fit a large family with 6 kids comfortably. The house was easy to operate and Marie was very accessible for questions even coming over to demonstrate how to use the pool heater. Overall Fantastic.

We all enjoyed our stay at the house as we were really there to spend time with family and to hold a memorial service for my mom. My family has long roots in East Hampton as our parents built a home in 1960 and we spent many years there thru 2001. The major problem was the dishwasher not working, but there are some other items in the house that could be managed better. When we arrived our first impression was that the house was just as advertised. We found plenty of towels and bedding and the pool area is well equipped although it was not swim weather. We really enjoyed the outside deck. Also providing condiments in the home is a great idea. But, we found 6 TV remotes in the living room, 4 had no batteries which we found by looking thru the cabinets. Also, the dining room fixture had one of the bulbs out so another search was done for them. The book that you leave with the house could be updated with this information on where to find these items and also instructions on how to work the TV's. Upstairs in the master bedroom the lampshades kept falling off the lamps as they are missing finials to hold them on. These may all seem like small issues, but the cleaning crew or house manager should check on this each week when they clean to make sure all in the house is in working order. In the kitchen along with the dishwasher not working, the entire oven/microwave unit was improperly installed so the warming drawer kept sliding open and some of the oven shelves were not balanced when pans were placed in the oven. The homeowners Marie and Joe were very responsive when we called about the dishwasher, but could not get it to work and could not get any repairs done. But, our main reason to be at the house was to be together and the house was perfect for that. One other suggestion we all had was to install a handrail on the upper part of the stairs to the basement as they are steep.

The rental process was excellent and communication with owner/manager was great. We did not need any assistance. We were very disappointed in the condition and decor of the property. It seemed worn and in some disrepair. (Lampshades balancing on broken harps in MBR, toilet seat loose in MBa, lamps in upstairs bedrooms either with burned out bulbs or broken, 7 remote controls for living room tv but only one partially working - had to turn tv on from the back, large tv in sitting room did not work). In general it was extremely cluttered with too much random furniture and baby paraphernalia. We did not spend much time at the house so it was okay. Would not rent this property again. It is more suited to a house full of teenagers, college students or a family with small children.

The location of this property is great. The kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of beach chairs, pool floats and other toys. Marie was a pleasure to deal with. My one complaint is that the house could use a refresh. It has the feel of a rental house and not a house that is continually kept up. Overall it worked well for my family.

The house is wonderful! Clean and nicely decorated with plenty of room, both indoor and outdoor, to gather with family or find a bit of solitude when needed. We loved the big kitchen, and the fenced in backyard with pool really added to the experience. The house is well stocked with sheets, blankets, and towels, and even beach chairs - a huge bonus! Marie is a great host and was very helpful in answering our questions about beach parking. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

We were able to fit three generations under one roof (ages 0-70) and everyone was comfortable and enjoyed themselves Quiet and secluded neighbor.

Thus property was amazing! It was so clean, the kitchen was fully stocked with the immediate necessities such as coffee, tea and sugar fir that first morning wake up before heading out. The appliances were all high end I completely felt at home! My only issue was getting a fire going in the fire place but that was due to the wood being damp! We came with group of 10 friends for a bachelor party. The house was as advertised and Marie was very accommodating. We had a blast and will definitely be a memorable stay.

I came with a group of 8 friends and we had an amazing stay! Everything was clean and organized with clear instructions for everything (check in, check out, WiFi, heat, etc). Marie was very accommodating while allowing us to check in early and check out late. Lots of space for sleeping, lounging and dining. Definitely would stay again!

The house was immaculate and had plenty of space for a group of six. We enjoyed cooking and eating at great meal together at home. We walked on the beach and popped over to the local shops. Played games, watched movies etc. Great winter retreat away with the family. Marie was the perfect host!

We spend Christmas at different places each year and this trip was a top choice! The space was perfect for our family needs. We had every meal together on a comfortable and huge dinning table. Beautiful sitting room. And the mother-in-law suite was the perfect complement.
