Unsere Einheit ist ein 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bad Ocean Condo im beliebten Sea Colony Resort im Georgetown House. Es ist ein SONNTAG bis SONNTAGSVERMIETUNG (checken Sie um 3 Uhr morgens ein und um 10 Uhr aus). Wir haben festgestellt, dass es viel einfacher ist, ein- und auszusteigen, als von Samstag bis Samstag. Mit Karren können Sie Ihre Ausrüstung an das Gerät heranholen. Das Gerät wird in den Sommermonaten einige Wochen von unserer Familie genutzt und wurde in den Wochen vermietet, in denen wir unser Haus nicht genutzt haben. Das Gerät bietet Platz für 8 Personen und verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett in Schlafzimmer 1, zwei Einzelbetten in Schlafzimmer 2, ein Queensize-Bett in Schlafzimmer 3 und eine Queensize-Ausziehcouch im Wohnzimmer. Es gibt 3 Fernseher und 2 DVD-Player. Wir haben unsere Einheit zuvor über Resort Quest gemietet, seit wir die Wohnung im Jahr 2006 erworben haben und die Einheit als Platinum-Mietobjekt (4 von 5 möglichen Sternen) aufgeführt wurde. The apartment had everything that our family of 7 needed and there was ample space for everyone. We used the well-equipped kitchen quite a bit to cook meals. The best part of the property is its location. We were close to both the beach and the pool (right by this apartment building). The hosts were very easy to get in touch with and communication was not a problem at all. We'd definitely come back to Cindy and Joe's wonderful apartment the next time we are at Bethany.

We had such a great week at Cindy's condo! The view was beautiful and the balcony had seating plus a small table to use for us to enjoy dinner outside. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The walk to the beach and pools are very convenient and quick. The basketball court is only a few minutes away and we were close enough to walk to the restaurants and shops in Bethany. The linen rental was great to have as an option, made packing for our trip so much easier. We are planning on visiting again in the future!

Sea Colony Oceanfront is the best! Sitting out on the patio in the morning with a cup of coffee is just heaven.
Though not perfect, this unit is quite nice. We especially enjoyed the lovely new kitchen and appliances.
The owners also share the combination to their storage unit in the garage area that has beach chairs, umbrellas, shovels, etc. So convenient if you happen to forget yours!
Finally, I appreciated that the owners are very responsive to your needs - if any arise. Overall, we had a lovely week! Thank you!

The condo was very comfortable for 3 adults and 3 children. The kitchen is updated and well stocked. Having 2 bathrooms was very convenient. The condo was clean and well kept. It was an easy walk to the beach and pools. The hosts were very responsive!

This is a lovely unit, well stocked and nicely furnished. Centrally located on the beach side of Sea Colony with a beautiful view from the balcony. The owner Cindy was lovely and very responsive when I needed to contact her. Recommend without reservation.

very clean; linen service was great; the owners left numerous beach chairs and umbrellas for us to use, and they were in good condition. View was spectacular; you could see the sunrise from the master bedroom. Definitely be back if possible.

It was a great location. We enjoyed our stay but there were a few things that could are due to be fixed but being the end of the season I understand. Some things could be updated. They would really benefit from a curved shower rod in the main bathroom. The shower is very narrow and the curtain stuck to us a lot.
Overall it was great and I would love to stay there again if we visit Bethany

Very happy with property- both overall and unit specific. A bit disappointed in pool access. I have a broken ankle and distance made using pool difficult. Otherwise a perfect vacation!

Cindy is fantastic! She was great to deal with from the time we booked til check out. We had a glitch with the AC and she made sure it was taken care of right away. She was truly concerned and wonderful! It was a great week and can’t wait to come back next year!!

Perry Family beach getaway
My husband and I took our youngest daugher and her friend, plus our oldest daughter, to enjoy a fun week at Bethany! We also met up with our middle daughter who is working for Telescopes this summer. The younger girls, age 14, were able to have some independence in a safe manner by biking around the property and down to the Bethany boardwalk. We all enjoyed the ammendities as well as the restaurants across the street. There is so much convenience at your disposal when staying at Sea Colony !!

Unit was fine. % th floor, ocean and pool views. Right on the beach. I enjoyed the location and the unit.
Check in was confusing. No staff to talk to. Hard to find the right entrance. The owner could have explained it better or else, it was me in a new place dragging around a tired family.. I would stay in Sea Colony again.

First time at Sea Colony
We took our two boys (6 and 4.5) and my parents and had a blast! The condo was clean and well-kept and since it was after Labor Day, we had the beach to ourselves. Wonderful weekend!

I took my 80-year-old mother and some friends for a few days. It was a beautiful location close to the ocean. The three bedrooms and the layout of the space worked really well for us. The owners were very quickly responsive to all my questions. We had a little trouble with the code to get in initially which was quickly solved.

Our family had a wonderful vacation in Sea Colony! The condo is very comfortable, well appointed, and offers beautiful views of the beach and pools!! The balcony was the perfect spot for a morning cup of coffee or an evening's refreshment. It was a great location for family activities. Little bit of paradise
We thoroughly enjoyed our (too brief) visit to Bethany. Had a little blip with the keyless entry upon arrival, but was able to reach owner on the phone right away and problem solved quickly. The unit was very well stocked and we wanted for nothing. Would definitely rent again. If I had one recommendation it would be to replace the pillows - they were very thin.

Easter at the Beach
We had a wonderful long Easter weekend at Sea Colony Georgetown 510. The condo was as described and worked very well for our group of four adults and two teenagers. The kitchen is well equipped, with all the gadgets you could want or need. The ocean view was enjoyed by all of us, especially when the dolphins put on their morning show. (I've heard they might be porpoises - no matter - it was exciting to watch them. ). We would stay there again if we're lucky enough to get back to Bethany..

Very relaxing apartment
We rented apt G510 during spring break and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was nicely furnished and in very good condition with an amazing ocean view. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. All in all, a great vacation.
