No parking no tv, I called the number I didn't get a call back, very bad communication.

Rock hard pillows with hairs on Bed was uncomfortable and sunk on middle Room no windows and just a tiny fan so was very hot this weather. Can't park ar the house (first come first server on the tiny spacd available)was told could park around the corner on Blundell Road but good luck with that, had to park further down a sidestreet was a 5 min walk. Bring ear plugs because the other guests or housemates seems to shout all the time when they have a conversation and above the room was like a herd of elephants having a disco until 12pm everynight night. The house had a horrible smell also.

There is no fresh air source in the room, we had to sleep with the door open. Hard pillows and a creaky bed.

how this place is allowed to operate as a guest house when the smoke alarm does not work and health and safety fire signs are non existent. Also its seems like a house with long term renters and just one room. Its very noisy at night and with some of the shady characters hanging around I would not recommend this place to single females or people coming from the airport. If you are looking for a cheap room for one night yes take it

Stayed here 3 times now and it's great for a short stop before the airport with a short drive to the airport. Really comfy beds and I brought my brother in law and his partner and they equally loved it.

the bed was a something out of the 80s metal frame an spring , mattress was the same felt every spring in it and the pillows where an absolute joke , breeze blocks comes to mind !! 1st night there arguing an slamming doors was what I had to put up with , rest of the week was being like underneath a elephant all night long ! all this after Iv worked 12 hours , literally the worst place I’ve ever stayed at in 15 years of working away from home !! DO NOT STAY

Nothing to like the floor boards creaking through out the night woken me up few times

Well where do I start firstly I get accused of taking something I have not taken the bed frame is broken so you have to move the mattress on the floor upon moving that there was mouldy food behind the wardrobe good thing I took pictures also to mention you put food in the freezer it goes missing avoid the place

Cold kitchen, very strong smells, poor bathroom facilities but the room was nice however the walls are paper thin, you can hear everything from the next room.

there was a mix up and someone else was given the code to our room before it was our checkout time.

I have asked if l can arrive earlier . Management said that they have guests in rooms and its not possible. Think is l was sitting outside bedrooms in the kitchen .Rooms were empty..Staff was upstairs . As l was tired after all night drive.I find it frustrating. No need to lie .Just say as it is .

Everything was ok

The bed needs new mattress except that everything was ok.

Firstly the property was unclean, the room smelt bad and messy. (Room 3) I stayed overnight with my husband and in the middle of the night the fire alarms went off, the women didn't knock our door just come straight in which we thought was rude. The bed was very squeaky. The room was very cold, no TV. They had the washing machine on from 7am to 7pm. The owners were in the kitchen all morning/afternoon and evening being loud, banging and shouting. We couldn't relax and we hardly had any sleep. Was not worth the money at all. I will not be staying here again and won't recommend this place to anyone!

there was people in the kitchen constantly making loud banging noises shouting all day and night. was not comfortable to relax at all. won’t stay here again and. recommend no one to visit this unvalue for money place. worst stay I ever had at any place. someone had the washing machine on from 6am til 6pm right but the front on my door number 3 room the people who love there have no courtesy for anyone trying to relax and sleep I work on the road so I don’t get much sleep so was trying to make up for it over the weekend at this guest house. also room stunk very badly fire alarm also went off during the night and someone entered the room without being patient prior to me opening the door for them I didn’t even get a chance to get dressed appropriately before this lady came into my room! WORST PLACE TO STAY. AVOID AT ALL COST!
