Location and space of the place. Really helped that there were 2 bathrooms.
Nothing, everything was great! Will definitely be a return guest!

A lovely well equipped property with a nice garden. Super comfy beds and clean fluffy towels with a spacious living and kitchen atea. Alicia was also an attentive host before, during and even after our stay
The outside of the property could do with a little tidying up but given we arrived during hurricane hillary that may have contributed.

Beautiful home close to a lot of fun places and restaurants.

We were traveling with family and I truly could not imagine better accommodations. We had plenty of personal space, while also having the lovely family areas and yard. It was also super close to the Strip and Fremont Street so getting there and back was a breeze.
On top of it the property management group was lovely to work with.
I would not only return to this property but I would recommend it to anyone visiting Vegas with a group.

The house was beautiful, and the space really made me feel like I was at home. Plus since it's not too far from the strip, our plans for the most part were super easy to get too... I would absolutely stay here again
It was only like two minor inconveniences, the remote to the TV in the living room didn't work, and the hot water in the showers didn't really work all that well

wet spacious and plenty of supplies. stocked very nicely
The AC was temperamental. You go from hot to cold very quick. There was some work being done in the main bedroom so not sure if that is why that back room temperature was all over.

staff was exceptional they displayed world class customer service property was gorgeous well kept clean comfortable and convenient close to shopping malls grocery stores and tourists attractions and in the center of Las Vegas great for family environment perfect for a travel property vacation home Alicia Shaw our host made it a fabulous experience 1 millions stars 😁10 out 10 !!!

Nice house with 3 bedrooms all with full size beds. Kitchen is almost complete and outdoor area is exceptional. The location is good because right off of interstate 215 and easy to get to strip or Freemon Street. Grocery store is also close by.
The ceiling fans and air vents need cleaning. Some small spoons are needed in the kitchen.

Property is clean and spacious. 3 beds and 2baths with a big back yard. The whole family can stay inside the house and enjoy.
My $250 deposit was never returned without explaining why.
