La ubicación es perfecta! Si bien hay que subir muchísimas escaleras la vita de la terraza es tan espectacular que vale la pena!!! La atención de Carmen fue excelente! El propietario no tuvo problema en dejar quedarse dos noches a mis hijos sin pagar extra! El departamento es amplio y la calefacción está muy bien. Hay agua caliente ilimitada que es un dato importante en Italia!

Si van con auto no es recomendable. El estacionamiento con el que tienen convenio cobra 25 euros y hay que estar llamándolo y parece una molestia. Lo usamos dos noches y los cobraron 3! Lo dejamos en el parking público y nos salió solo 11 euros y lo retiramos cuando quisimos. Pero es invierno, en verano supongo que no hay lugar. Parking no recomendable. El lavarropas estaba lleno de agua podrida y un tampon femenino que tuve que sacar y drenar. El departamento quedó con un olor repulsivo que costó sacar. El bidet perdía agua y el lavatorio lo tuve que arreglar porque el drenaje se había soltado y perdía. Carmen nos ofreció enviar a alguien a arreglarlo pero en mis vacaciones no me gusta lidiar con problemas domésticos. El tacho de la basura del baño estaba lleno cuando llegamos.

Todo perfecto. La atención de la propietaria, estancia súper cómoda y en la mejor ubicación. Recomendable 💯

Friendly staff. Really appreciated staff coming to meet us and carry our luggage up 51 stairs.

Our hostess Federica was extremely helpful and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay.

One morning a housekeeping staff and maintenance person unlocked our door to enter our apartment not knowing we were still in the apartment. It woke and startled us.

Easy to communicate. All the staff we dealt with in person and through messaging were fabulous and helpful. The location is excellent and we loved how easy it was to access. Yes a lot of stairs but that is to be expected!

The apartment was in the center of town and had a very good rooftop terrace.

The property was fine, once located. In fact, if you can locate it. Very ordinary directions and because of Amali’s geographics - it was behind google maps. We’re very experienced travelers and couldn’t locate the apartment. We had to be met at a nearby square and escorted to the apartment office. Our experience in Amalfi was spoiled by the by the fact that the apartment arranged transport simply failed to turn up. Whether the driver was late or the apartment staff gave the wrong pick up location was in dispute - but likely to have been both. Both parties were apologetic- but the bill was left to us. It was a very costly error by the apartment staff for us. Other travelers, bus staff and shop owners all told us transport was a nightmare in Amalfi. Taxi’s are in high demand and short supply. Lesson - don’t stay at Amalfi if you have a same day flight out from Naples. Stay closer to Naples. One day in Amalfi is plenty.
