The location and setting of the place is perfect. View of the ocean from the balcony, close to the rainforest, and minutes away from San Juan. The master bed was very comfortable. The place had all of the amenities that one could wish for! We had a wonderful stay.

The property is even better than the photos! Beautiful beach view and clean relaxing pool. It was pleasant and quiet the entire stay. Jorge gave us some great restaurant recommendations and made sure our stay was perfect!

The view of the ocean is fantastic! Everything you need for a carefree stay is provided in a secure complex. The owners were friendly and accommodating. We would definitely rent this home again.

We spent a wonderful week at the property. The view can’t be beat and everyone had comfortable place to sleep. The first floor is bedrooms and second is kitchen, donning and living. It was so beautiful it sometimes took us a while to even leave the condo. The pool outside is ocean front and we were often the only family there. Very close to rainforest and Luquillo beach. Hope to be back!

What a super location and property to enjoy! Excellent communication with the property owner, Jorge. This well-appointed and spacious condo has everything you will need. Communication was excellent and Jorge provided recommendations for places to eat and visit. We loved the decor! Very clean and cozy! A few days of beach, pool, books and the sounds of the waves. What else can you ask for? We can’t wait to come back!

My family really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property! The place is spacious, VERY well equipped, clean and you get the best of both worlds with an oceanview in the front and a forrest/mountain view from the front door. There is assigned covered parking, which was nice. After spending most if our vacation traveling the island, it was nice to spend our final day at the beautiful double-sided pool right off of the beach. As nice as the property was, the host made it all the more beautiful. He is very proactive and very good about responding to questions and concerns. He really went above and beyond to make our time memorable and his wife has put alot of love and special touches into the property. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Don't miss out on this gem on Rio Grande.

Our stay was 2 weeks after hurricane Fiona. The owner communication throughout was fantastic. There was almost no one else staying in the complex. I’m not sure if that was just due to off season or the hurricane, but it worked in our favor. Very quiet. Security in site 24/7. Forest on one side beach on the other. The beach being at the end of the parking lot was fantastic. Loved the morning walks. The unit provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We really enjoyed our week at this location in Puerto Rico. It was quiet, clean, roomy, and had everything we needed. We cooked several meals, enjoyed the pool and beach, and relaxed on the deck area with a lovely ocean view. We were thankful for the coolers, chairs, towels, and toys for the beach. It had great Wi-Fi. The covered parking space is also a nice bonus. Jorge was superb to work with. We would absolutely stay here again!

Overall was beautiful place to stay-steps from the beach and nice pool. We were literally only one of 2 families there so felt like we had the place to ourselves. Sad to see the hurricane was so devastating to businesses and homes. Felt a bit deserted, but if you just want to relax and get away from it all, then this is your place.

The condo was perfect for our family of 5. Easy to get to from the airport. Clean and had everything we needed. Our kids (15, 12, /1.1) loved playing at the beach, collecting seashells, swimming at the pool. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was steps from the beach, had every amenity we could think of, it was comfortable, and a beautiful open floor plan. Communication was a breeze and whenever we had a question about PR of the condo, I was able to text Jorge and he had an answer. I would highly recommend choosing this condo for you next PR vacation. One of the best rentals we have ever stayed in ever!

From the moment we arrived to the early morning Monday we HAD to leave we felt as at home at Jorge's as we did in our own living room. The location is perfect. So close to El Yunque and great beaches (try the one RIGHT IN FRONT!) and snorkeling trips. Great restaurants! And that pool! The mild and fun waves of the private beach was a perfect complement to the chill aqua stillness of the so-clean pool setting that it suited everyone all day. We spent 8 days there and we could have spent another week. Our only regret was we didn't visit Culebra but that gives us a reason to come back. The condo is a great size for our family of four. The kitchen was stocked well and had a few leftover items that we didn't know we needed till we did (rice & Miracle Whip!). We ate in a few times. The kids bed faces the jungle - no really - and we opened the windows and doors to their room and ours (beach) and got AMAZING cross breezes at night and wave/jungle ("co-kee!") sounds. Best sleep of our lives. We were located on 5th floor so bugs never bothered us and we never closed the windows except one hot night and the A/C was a blessing. Perfect perfect perfect.

Rio Grande is a wonderful location for a beach vacation! We visited during COVID-19 restrictions in Puerto Rico. While many attractions were temporarily closed, we had a wonderful place to stay with very scenic beaches and perfect swimming. The water was warm and refreshing every time! The owner of this property was extremely helpful navigating closures, open groceries, local restaurants, and details of the property. The condo was immaculate, and they have everything you need to cook for a family. Plenty of cookware, dishes, glasses, and spices. Jorge even left us some milk, eggs, butter, and limes for the morning because he knew we were arriving late. There are lots of bath and beach towels, and they give you access to beach chairs, coolers, and toys for the sand. The internet service was very good, we were able to meet for online conferences during our stay. The water is drinkable from the tap, so we had access to plenty of ice for drinks and cocktails from the refrigerator. The grocery is very close to the condo, you can get there in about 5-10 minutes. There is a very good BBQ takeout called El Verde, which was perfect for our last day when we didn’t feel like cooking. There is a full-time security guard and covered parking. We felt very safe and relaxed our whole trip, and everyone we met at the beach was truly wonderful. Our Spanish is not so good, but people were forgiving and the culture is so friendly here that everyone accommodated our language barrier. Most people are bi-lingual. We will definitely return to Jorge’s condo, if not later this summer!

Very easy check in. Jorge was very accommodating and diligent about communication. Building is in a gated and staffed security building. Nice pool and beach access. Exterior of building needs work, paint, touchups but overall a very nice stay. Close to El yunque, golf courses, old San Juan is about 35 minutes away, and attractive beachs next to the pool. Very nice grocery store not far down the road and every cooking tool you can think of. Backside of condo backs up to jungle/forest with views of El yunque. The cloque (frogs) sing beautifully but you do not hear them in the condo.

The condo was beautiful and very roomy for our family of 4. About 25 mins from San Juan airport and 35 from Old San Juan. Jorge provided everything we’d need at the condo. Plenty of towels, beach and bath. Some seasonings and condiments in the fridge, toilet paper, napkins etc. There was also a lot of toiletries if needed. We went to Ralph’s in Rio Grande for groceries and stopped at Walmart in San Juan. We liked the selection at Ralph’s better 😉�.The beach is unbelievably beautiful. Warm blue water with perfect waves for boogie boarding. There was a boogie board and beach supplies in the storage closet. Throughout our stay we went to El Yunque, Old San Juan a couple times, some shopping and eating in Luquillo and out to Fajardo for some snorkeling and nighttime kayaking to the bioluminescent bay. On our down days we stayed at “our” beach. We practically had the beach to ourselves most days. There are even hooks on some of the palm trees to hang a hammock up! And there are 2 hammocks in the storage closet. The security guards we very nice and always strolling around. We loved our first trip to PR and if we go back we will definitely stay at Jorge’s in Rio Grande’!

We very much enjoyed our stay in this condo. It comfortably accommodated five adults, and the amenities were excellent. The owners provided everything a guest could need, from beach towels and chairs to coolers, toiletries, extra bedding, etc. We cooked several meals while we were there; the appliances are great and there was a wide variety of cooking utensils, pots and pans for us to use. The beach is just a few steps past the pool and it was great to be able to lounge on the beach in the shade of the palm trees.

Owner was super friendly and explained everything clearly. Very nice place to stay. Was a very nice place. Only reason for 4 stars on location was it was about a 20 min drive to anything. Personally I like to walk places and definitely can’t do that. Narrow roads and no sidewalks. Very short walk to the beach. Very secured beach and pool area. Had a great stay. Great for quiet getaway. Owner had great restaurant recommendations. Would definitely recommend it!

This was our 2nd time staying here. We were here in May 2019 and we loved it so much we came back for my husband's birthday in October. Jorge, thank you so much!! We love your condo, it is so beautiful. The view is magnificent,the beach is gorgeous and the pool is so relaxing. It is perfect!! We took my mom to PR in May and she loved it so much she came back with us again.The layout of the condo was perfect. She loved looking out her window at the rainforest and listening to the coqui. I could not get enough of the beautiful ocean views from upstairs and the master bedroom. Every morning we would walk on the beach, swim in the ocean, jump in the pool and then go explore the island. Every night we would come home to our beautiful condo that had everything we needed. Thank you so much….we can't wait to come back. It is truly paradise!!

Jorge was an exceptional host from the minute we made the reservation. He was very easy to communicate with. He gave us a tour when we arrived and checked in to see if we needed anything. The condo was immaculate and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need such as kitchen items, beach towels, beach equipment, detergent, laundry detergent etc. etc. etc. We found the condo centrally located to the rainforest, San Juan, Luquillo, and El Fajardo. The Condo was unique in that it had lovely views of the ocean in front and the jungle behind. The beach and pool were lovely, not crowded and just steps away. In fact we often had them to ourselves. We had a wonderful family vacation in Puerto Rico (Family of 5 - kids ages 18, 17, and 13).
