The house is in a great location and it's fairly spacious when you include the upstairs and downstairs. The yard is smaller than it appears from the pictures, but it was still decent. It was the level of service and communication that was problematic. The hosts didn't tell us how to get into the house until less than 24 hours before we were set to arrive, and it took repeated messages to get them to respond. When we arrived at the house, we found that it didn't have enough dishwasher detergent, enough *toilet paper*, etc. So we had to buy basic staples like toilet paper just to make it through a three-day stay. For as much as they're charging, this shouldn't be necessary.
These are problems that could be cleared up if the hosts were more attentive. But as of right now, it's hard to give this property a high rating.

The house is in a nice neighborhood with many old houses, and a few blocks' walk to shops and restaurants. The one note I would make is that although the photo seems to show a nice grassy yard, I would not really consider that a place for kids to play.
Overall, I would recommend this house.
