I have nothing negative to say. This property is immaculate, close to the beach, great distance from fun neighboring beach towns (Rosemary&Seaside we’re our faves) Fully stocked beach items including 2 high quality umbrellas and 6 perfect beach chairs. Plenty of room for our family, comfortable beds, plenty of bath towels, newer washer/dryer, cold A/C, comfy patio furniture on each level. Renee was amazing and responsive with emails. Truly, do not hesitate. You won’t regret it! ☀️

This property meet all of our needs, the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook a few meals, house was very clean, great distance to the beach, loved that there was plenty of chairs & toys for the kids, would definitely recommend staying here

We had a great time here at Seajoy! The location was great and the size of the house fit our family (11 people - 3 families) perfectly. We enjoyed our stay here and I would recommend this house to anyone.

House was so spacious. Even though there were 7 of us, there was plenty of room to all eat meals together but also stretch out for a little space. Bedrooms were a wonderful size. Kitchen was complete with everything needed to cook a meal, and the house is close to so many great restaurants as well.
Loved walking just across the street to the beach (White Powder, and super clear waves!) and the pool is so close as well. Toys and Chairs for the Beach were included too!

I cannot say enough about how amazing Renee was to work with us and let us stay an additional night and have an early check-in. They have a TON of great beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys! The kitchen is WELL stocked with great serving dishes and tools to use for cooking. Great location, a super quick walk to the beach. Our only complaint would be that 30-A has grown and is not the same quaint place we have enjoyed the past 35 years. If we do come back to this area, we will definitely reach out to Renee!!

PERFECT location, GREAT house
The location is PERFECT, just across the street from beach access, and a short bike ride to Big Chill and Alys/Rosemary. The house has a GREAT layout! Loved the bedrooms on the ground floor and the top floor space.

Wonderful Stay!!
We had a wonderful time. This was our first time visiting the area. It was so nice to have a getaway and not worry about being on a crowded beach with several high rise condo buildings! Having beach toys waiting at the house was nice as we did not have to travel with many things to be ready for a fun day! The only bad thing about this location was the steps down to the beach (I should have done more research on the area). It was a struggle for my parents and the rest of us carrying everything back up after a day at the beach lol.

Amazing house in a great location
The house was well stocked, clean with close and easy beach access. We really couldn’t have asked for more. The view from the balconies are amazing. The pool was usually empty besides us. The beach was close. With the houses being close to one another, we worried about noisy neighbors a bit, but that was not an issue at all. We would not hesitate to book in this location again.

We had an excellent stay at Seajoy! We were literally 50 yards from the beach, with the public entrance just steps away from the front door. We celebrated my In-laws 75th and 80th birthdays! The only concern was the amount of steps in the house(3-floors) and steps down to the beach(53-steps). Renee was incredible! She called ahead of time letting us know about the amount of steps so we were given a heads up way in advance before booking, she also left a goodie basket and a bottle of wine which was so very generous! Overall, there was plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 teenagers. We have a fantastic trip and stay at Seajoy! Renee, thanks so much for making your place available!

One of the best vacations we’ve had as an extended family. The house was wonderful and the location was amazing. The owners are quick to respond and very accommodating. I would recommend this place to all our friends. And we will be booking this fabulous beach house for next year! Can’t wait!!
