Great views and beach access. Elevator was perfect foe those who had a hard time navigating stairs. Pool was great for those who wanted to get wet but didn’t want the sand experience!

Nice location- the only complaint is the grill was not up for grilling.

We enjoyed our stay, the linens, (sheets and comforters) did not fit the beds very well, they kept coming off the corners at night. Found hairs in our bed that were not ours. There were screws that were sticking up in decks, they were not level with the wood. Also not enough towels, hand towels and wash cloths in each bathroom.

We think it’s a great place but it’s time for maintenance and proper cleaning. We had to call for a pool cleaning on our 2nd day, when Cox pool company arrived to clean it, there were no chemicals registering on the gauge. The return register for the A/C was covered in black dust. It’s time for a deep spring cleaning. Many broken floor tiles in main living, a number of rotten boards on the walk to beach. Furniture is also beginning to break down, sleeper sofa is not sleep-able and needs to be replaced. This place needs to be brought back up to quality. When you spend these kind of dollars on a rental, you expect it to be properly maintained. Overall though we enjoyed being there.

We had a few minor problems but the service and response time was great! Property was directly on the beach... kitchen was well appointed as we ate nearly all of our meals in with 20 in our family! Gathering space was important as well as bedrooms for quiet time! It was great! We would go back in a heartbeat!

They charge almost $500 for cleaning fee so you would expect the house to be spotless but the floor was full of sand, there was someone else clothing behind one pillow, there was a big blood stain on another pillow & the furniture & AC vents were very dusty. Oh & out of the 9 tvs in the house only like 3 worked. I called to let management know but no one answered my call. I would love to stay there again bc the house is in a great area & the view is beautiful but they would have to fix those issues first.

We stay in the Gulf Shores area a lot, we arrived at the property and it was just like the pictures but even nicer, there were a total of 19 of us, plenty of room. The first floor has a king bedroom on that floor with 2 living room area and plenty of eating space in the kitchen with the bars and 8 bar stools, and 12 chairs at the dining table, use the elevator or take the stairs where you will find 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 king, and a bunk room, the one with the full size bed on bottom, and the laundry room, the up another floor is the last 2 bedrooms with king size beds and the additional bunk room, each of the rooms with amazing bathrooms! On the deck was a pool 4 ft deep, with plenty of seating around it and a short walk to the ocean!! The pictures don't do justice for this amazing house, we loved it and will definitely be back!! As someone else said there are 2 of everything, there is 2 dish washers, plenty of kitchen utensils, pots and pans, and even a ice maker which is really nice! Hardwood floors and tile throughout!
