We arrived quite late and the staff were very accommodating and ready to welcome us. The apartment has a view of the Nilaveli beach and a cute balcony. The beach outside is beautiful and suitable for swimming. There's also a shared pool. There are 3 bedrooms in the apartment and two toilets (one in the master bedroom and one outside). We didn't have any meals here, however, if you wish there is a restaurant in the next apartment complex to order meals, I would suggest ordering at least an hour in advance. There are plenty of restaurants around Nilaveli and Trincomalee town if you have a vehicle.

The air conditioning in one of the rooms wasn't working. We contacted maintenance who said it cannot be repaired immediately and that the owners had been informed. We were not informed of this before our stay or we would've chosen a different place. The fridge also had quite a bad odour. We also had to ask for new toilet tissue rolls as they had left used ones in the apartment.

Stayed for 2 nights. There was ample parking. Easy access and seems they had a generator for power failures. Onsite restaurant had room service and the meals we had (dinner and breakfast was very good) There's an empty property between the restaurant and the rooms. So not convenient to go to it. But they have room service so it wasn't an issue at all.

Food from the onsite restaurant has to be ordered before 7.30 PM and the menu choices were limited. Only one choice available for breakfast. Could use having a broom available at the apartment for guests to do a quick cleaning after a meel.

The Appartement looks new and is clean. We were 4 people, but all 3 bedrooms were opened. The apartment was a good change to all the home stays in Sri Lanka, with a lot of privacy. The contact with the owner was fast and easy. In the neigbourhood there were in April almost no restaurants opened. The breakfast at the hotel was good. Uppuveli with restaurants is 20min per tuktuk away. The beach in front of the condo is beautiful and empty. A diving school is close by. Pigeon island is close by. There you can snorkel with turtles and sharks!!

Because of the current situation the hotel didn’t have a lot of food and drinks available. Otherwise nothing bad!

The staff was amazing and really helpful especially Clyde, the front desk officer. Clyde arranged everything for us: tuk tuks, boat to Pigeon Island and minivan transfer to the railway station. His recommendations on places to visit were very good. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable with two bathrooms, 4 balconies and a/c in every room. We loved staying in low season, because there were very few guests and we appreciate privacy
