The property was perfect for our family of five. It was as described, close to the beach, and the heated pool was one of the nicest community pools we’ve been to. Communication with the property manager was quick and easy! Would definitely stay here again.

This was our 3rd year at the Villas. Of the 3, this one gets 3rd place. Windows that didn't work, could not get into shed (we had to bring outdoor furniture cushions into living room when it rained), cleaning crew could have done a better job. We will be back, but would not choose this unit again.

The townhome is located within walking distance to several restaurants and convenience stores, and you can catch the trolley to the beach and downtown shops/restaurants. The community pool was a wonderful and quiet place to hang out. The back deck on the property was lovely.

My family enjoyed the comfortable home while visiting for the week. The house is great for a family of 6, and we couldn't be happier.
The trolly picked us up in front of the town homes and took us to the beach. No fighting for parking, only a quarter each way!
This home is minutes from the beach, and walking distance to restaurants, quick marts, church, and the beer store! The community pool is also nice and never crowded.
This is our second stay in the neighborhood and highly recommend this home over any others!

Clean! It smelled so good when we arrived. Easily accessible to everything in Bethany. Comfortable bed in master (only room we used)! Highly recommend staying here!

This is a comfortable place with beautiful woods around it. It’s a short bike ride to the beach which is nice for the tricky parking situation there. Beautiful living room space lots of bathrooms and convenient laundry. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

We love this neighborhood in general for its prime location. The house was in great shape when we arrived, was exactly as advertised, and perfect for our group of adults and teens to enjoy a relaxing few days away from home. We like to bring bikes and/or use the trolley to get to and from the beach to avoid traffic and parking. Thanks!

This was a great Condo, a short walk to the beach or you can catch the Trolley. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay was there. The furniture was comfortable too, which made for a comfy movie night while it rained. The outside sitting area was very comfortable and relaxing. We even saw a deer twice!

Wonderful home in Bethany Beach!
Had a great long weekend getaway in Bethany, and choosing Christina's place to stay was a wonderful choice! The villas are lovely -- close to town, with ponds and small canals within less than 5 mins walking distance. Be prepared to bring your own toiletries, hand soap, dish soap, towels, kitchen/hand towels, and sheets (which the host informs you beforehand to prepare). Would definitely book this house again!

Lovely condo close to the beach
My friend and I decided to get out of the city for a few days and were looking for a place that was spacious and close to the water. This was it! The condo is about a mile from the beach and is tucked away in a lovely, quiet subdivision. There’s also a good-sized deck with a grill. Would definitely come back again!

The house is in a perfect location - it's about a 15-20 minute walk to the boardwalk and beach, yet tucked away in a quiet, wooded area surrounded by nature. We traveled with our college-aged kids, but this seems to be a house that would be ideal for young families as well. Even better, the hosts were extremely gracious and communicative. We didn’t want to stay in a hotel or high rise and this was one of the few places we found and it was perfect for our budget and group! Enjoyed grilling on the back, comfy movie nights, and all that the area had to offer!

All the basics and a great outdoor shower not mentioned in the listing. Rear screen needs repair. Excellent communication with owner. Confirm status of pool and shuttle during pandemic. Would certainly return.

Relax!
This home is great for quiet relaxing or family fun. Last year we had college age daughter and grandkids and they loved it; this year due to coronavirus it was just husband and I and in both cases it met our needs. Beautiful outdoor patio setting, and an easy bike ride to downtown Bethany (Where masks must now be worn!) great neighborhood for running or just strolling.

Great Casual Beach Rental!
Great spot for a few days beach getaway! The owner is very nice and responsive, and cares about whether or not guests are happy. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the furnishings are a little tired, which can be the norm in rentals.

Clean, spacious for a family. 20 Mins walk to the beach
This was well maintained, lovely back deck, a little dark inside, but a comfortable house. The woodsy surroundings were relaxing. The community pool and trolley car would make it great ( which are not open right now). The owners were very easy to communicate with & shared beach chairs & boogie boards.

Perfect Location
The house is a 5 min drive to Bethany Beach. Community was quiet and the pool was not as crowded. Check in process was a breeze.
The only problem was the house is a little old, meaning not renovated. The blinds to the back porch were broken so we were not able to open them. The carpet was dirty.
Overall the place is close to grocery stores, restaurants and the beach.

There is a deck that backs onto a woods. Very relaxing.
The people in the neighborhood are nice.
Some plumbing needs to be done in the master bath.
I adored the sofa - it was big, and had an ottoman that was basically an extension of the large sofa, so I was wonderful for watching TV without hurting your neck, or taking a nap.
I really liked this rental!

Overall, a nice unit when you want to get away and relax. The unit offers alternatives to the beach that we appreciated. There is a media set up, big community pool, comfortable deck and very little traffic within the community if you want to take a walk or day time nap.

Charming cottage in a cute neighborhood.
We had a great time in the Villas. The house had all you needed in the kitchen and to take to the beach! The pool was a great option for windy days and the town trolley was a great way to get around! Thanks for the great vacation!

A Vacation Home Dream
Along with our daughter and her family, we stayed at the property for four nights in July. We particularly appreciated the convenient location, the beach toys and chairs in the back shed, and the well-stocked kitchen. Also topping our loved-it list - excellent parking and the washer and dryer. Nobody wants to drive home with wet swimming suits and towels. In addition, the spacious home allowed us to move around without bumping into one another. Another perk - working with the owners. The only thing we'd change would be better lighting for reading in the living room and a couple outlets failed to work. Still, we'd return to this property over and over again for a Bethany Beach stay.
