Helles, geräumiges Haus mit Massivholzböden, zentraler Luft, großer Wohnküche und vier Wohnebenen. Das große Wohnzimmer hat viele Fenster, einen Gas-Kamin, fifty-Zoll-Flachbild, Sonos Sound-System, großen, bequemen Sofa und Stühlen, und Spieltisch. Es fließt in den einladenden Essbereich mit einem Tisch für zwölf Personen. Die voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt über eine Mittelinsel und viele Schränke. Der erste Stock ist ein großartiger Ort, um sich zu entspannen und mit Familie und Freunden zu entspannen.
Der Master im zweiten Stock verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Flachbild-TV, einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und ein großes Bad. Es gibt zwei weitere Schlafzimmer, Bad, Waschküche und Landung mit einer Büroecke. Viel Stauraum und Kommoden in jedem Zimmer machen es einfach, auspacken und nach rechts in.
Die dritte Etage ist ein offener Raum mit zwei Betten, Sofa und viel Platz - ideal für Kinder zum Spielen oder als zusätzliche Schlafgelegenheit.
Die untere Ebene mit separatem Eingang verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer: ein Queensize-Schlafzimmer (komplett neu eingerichtet im Sommer 2019) mit einem Flachbildfernseher und ein zweites Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Es gibt ein Vollbad mit Dusche im Flur und im Schmutzfangbereich. Funktioniert hervorragend für Jugendliche und Kinder, die auf eigene Faust zu der Dusche im Freien, Terrasse, Garten oder Bushaltestelle kommen und gehen können.

I rented this house for my sister’s 30th birthday and 6 of her friends. It was the perfect type of house with six bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The kitchen was great for cooking and the dining table was perfect for group meals. The living room was just the right size for game night and hanging out. The house was in between town and the airport which made it easy to when coordinating multiple flights. Would recommend staying here again!

We had an amazing time while staying here. The house had everything you could need - from beach towels and chairs, to fully stocked kitchen. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. Having the pool and pickle ball courts so close to house was a huge plus!!!

This is a great house in a great central location on the island. The house has 5 bedrooms and a loft. It was perfect for our group. The kitchen is well appointed and there was plenty of room for our group - a combination of friends and family. Close to the airport, the grocery store and beaches. Great neighborhood And pet friendly. Everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this house and will rent here again if we are back on the island.

There is no "real estate trickery" to the photos. The house is just as lovely as it looks. There were only three of us so we only occupied the 2nd floor rooms, but the house would have been able to comfortably accommodate a large group. That we could bring our 53 pound pup along was a huge bonus. We were a 5 minute walk to the playground, 15 to rent bikesd, and all bike paths were easily accessible from the one directly adjacent to the neighborhood. That there was a pool in the complex was a huge plus. I couldn't recommend this house or the hosts more highly!!

This is a perfect location and a warm, wonderful home. It’s fully stocked and very comfortable. There is a swimming pool, pickle ball court, and tennis court (for guests to use) just down the street. It was all perfect!

Beautiful spacious house with all the amenities one would want (kitchenware, beach chairs, beach towels, tent, etc). Bedrooms and bathrooms are great and the open concept great room kitchen area with enormous dining table is fantastic for families. We would absolutely return to this house and thank Dick for the hospitality.

An amazing getaway close to many amenities!
This home was perfect for a multi-family long weekend adventure on Nantucket. We had plenty of space and everything we needed to have a great time (coolers, chairs, beach towels). Having the pool nearby was so great for the kids. We all brought our bikes and made our way around the island very easily - even with younger kids in tow. Easily visited Surfside Beach, the local shops and markets and one of the best playgrounds we've ever seen! Highly recommend this area and this property. Many thanks to the hosts as well for the accommodations.

Great house, we’ll definitely be back
We had a great time at this house. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. Very spacious to accommodate our large extended family and would absolutely recommend to stay there!

This was a great house and was very accommodating for a large group. The house is very modern, clean, and spacious. Jeri was easy to deal with and let us check-in early, which was very convenient given we got to the island early. Overall, I have nothing bad to say - the place was great!
I would highly recommend this house, and I hope we get the chance to go back!!

This was our second stay here, and both the house and location are excellent. The house is beautiful and extremely well maintained, and Naushop is a great location. We would love to rent here again in the future.

Great rental
Jeri was very responsive to anything that popped up. Naushop is a good location. Close to the bike path. Close to Nobadeer Beach (where you can drive 4x4's - fun). Nobadeer has good surf, great sand, nice crowd. $17-$25 uber ride from downtown (about 2.2 miles). Worked well for our group.

Very pleased overall. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Jeri’s house. House is in great condition, very well maintained throughout. In particular, quality towels, bedding, mattresses. Sonos sound system. Board games. We would be gad to come back!

A Fantastic Option for Groups Both Small and Larger on ACK
We very much enjoyed our stay at this property!
It offers a variety of sleeping spaces (queens, kings, twins) which provides much optionality if you're traveling with a larger group and grants groups within the group privacy. Living spaces are large, comfortable, and accommodating, and we especially enjoyed grilling out back.
The location is quite centrally located on the island - an easy car/Uber trip from the wharf, Cisco, Stop & Shop, and the airport (in fact, members of our group happily embarked on their first ever walk to the airport - a unique experience for some city dwellers). If you're concerned about being removed from some of those more bustling areas, don't be - this location offers the appeal of a more residential neighborhood without removing you excessively from the action in any direction.
Jeri was a pleasure to speak with leading up to the trip. I highly recommend staying here and could see it being a great option befitting families, friends, and groups of many varieties.

Super comfortable and well kept
We enjoyed Thanksgiving 2018 with family in Nantucket. Dick and Jeri's house is large and perfect for a group of up to 10-12. Everything worked perfectly except for the fireplace. Dick responded and told us that they were having problems with it....happens. Easy to get in and out of...house had everything we needed. Thanks for a great holiday Dick and Jeri.

Beautiful home with everything you need
We have stayed in Nantucket several times and stayed in hotels every time. This time we were being joined by another family and decided a home rental would work best. When I saw this posting it looked perfect. When we arrived, the house was exactly as in the pictures. It was clean, well organized, and well stocked. There were beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, sun bonnets, coolers-the works. They also had the passes to the community pool and tennis courts. There were 1 or 2 rainy days so we read books, played board games and barbecued. The location provided easy access to great paths for running and biking which we did almost every day. It was also a convenient distance to beaches and town by bike or car. All around great stay. Thank you for sharing your home. We would definitely recommend.

We recently spent a week here with two families. Clean and comfortable! Plenty of room for both families. Kids were able to bike to Surfside Beach and town!

Beautiful home, conveniently located
The Massimilian home is sun-filled and beautifully decorated. The space is larger than it appears in photos and flows nicely for a family vacation. The home was exceptionally equipped for a vacation as there were 10 beach towels in addition to plenty of bath towels. Ten beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and boogie boards were provided with the house and helped a lot as we had to send our car back to Hyannis two days before our vacation ended. We never got off the Saturday car ferry waitlist to go home, but we could still enjoy the beach with beach chairs and towels the house provided. We were able to walk on the ferry to Hyannis as passengers on Saturday.
The pantry had coolers which came in handy to bring drinks and sandwiches to the beach. The house was also kindly stocked with condiments such as flour, sugar, coffee and filters, ketchup, mustard, oil, etc...to get vacationers started. The bus to town comes right behind the house, so that was a perk and came in handy once our car was gone. The house has four floors and our teenagers slept on the top and bottom floors which were very quiet. Bikes were delivered and picked up by Island Bike Rentals. Naushop is a quaint, conveniently located neighborhood for trips to town, Sconset, and our favorite beach - Nobadeer. Jeri was a responsive, wonderful host and you can tell her family takes pride in their lovely Nantucket home.

Perfect family vacation home
Spent a week here with our 4 kids and dog, and had a fantastic time. The house is very clean and spacious, and Naushop is a great neighborhood. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a Nantucket rental.

Great for large groups
Had a nice vacations with three generations. First time staying in mid-island, which was convenient to several beaches to add some variety. Naushop is a nice little community and the pool/playground came in handy when we needed an activity for the kids but didn't feel like packing up to go all the way to the beach.

Loved our stay for 2 weeks.
We loved our stay for 2 weeks. The home has everything you need. Beach chairs, towels, full set up for kitchen, laundry machine, etc. It has 5 bedrooms, but the attic can be a 6th without a closet. This is our 9th year staying in Nantucket & we really enjoyed the house. The Naushop community has a great community pool, especially for kids.

This well equipped property is well appointed and a perfectly convenient location to downtown as well as other Nantucket activities! We enjoyed the lovely interior and areas for our family of 8 to convene around the table or for relaxing in the living area. without having to squeeze everyone in. It was the perfect place for our family! It's beautiful you'll love it!

A group of us stayed at Jeri's home for the stroll. The house was perfect! Great amount of space, beautifully decorated, everything you would need for a "Home away from Home"! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great vacation rental on Nantucket Island.

8 Bluebird is wonderful! More than enough room for our family of five, dog, and sitter. We did not even use the third floor! The house is modern and bright. Jeri was a joy to deal with and helpful as needed. Naushop has easy access to everywhere! Thanks for a great week!

Beautiful Nantucket Home!
We were fortunate to stay at this property the last two weeks of July, 2016 with our extended family. It was one of the best Nantucket vacations we have ever had. The reason for this was the tremendous amount of space this home offers, and all the thoughtful amenities. All the bedrooms have comfortable linens and beds, appropriate storage, lots of space. There is an abundance of fluffy white towels and beach towels as well as chairs, coolers, an beach toys. The main floor is quite spacious and offered a place for 4 kids, six adults, a dog, and company to hang out and enjoy dinner parties, movies, and cooking meals together. The kitchen table is awesome, a great place to start or end the day! The outside patio offers more space for eating, playing games, or reading a book. The community pool offered the kids more swimming options before and after the beach. The quick access to the bike path provided more fun for kids as they initiated a tradition of getting Downey Flake or Bake Shop donuts every morning! We had everything we needed and more. Jeri was just a call or text away for any questions or concerns and was a pleasure to work with. We hope to be able to rent this property again!

AWESOME HOUSE! Great location and Community
I went to this house with a group of people and it was perfect for what we all needed. The house is clean, spacious, and has that Nantucket style that makes you feel at home. Its close to town, beach, airport, basically everything with its central location so it makes it easy for groups to get places. The grill and patio were awesome for BBQ's and everywhere you turn there is a bedroom you didn't know was there. Highly recommend, great stay.
