We really enjoyed staying at this house. This was the first time I used VRBO and was very satisfied with the experience. The property was described accurately and was very clean and nice.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully quaint home. It was just right for our family of 5. Plenty of clean towels, beds were very comfortable and coffee was delicious! Would highly recommend and definitely stay again. We received a welcoming call from property manager ahead of check in and was very helpful. There were also fresh flower, fall decorations around and a bottle of wine left for us.

Our host was incredibly accommodating, as we needed a place for two and a half months. The home was fully stocked as though it was a five star hotel. The towels were new, the beds reminded me of the heavenly beds at the Starwood hotels. The kitchen was well equipped with gourmet utensils, serving ware and cookware.
Our host went above and behind to accommodate our requests. By far this is the best experience we have ever had with VRBO. We highly recommend staying at the beautifully appointed Magnolia house.

I find most VRBO reviewers overinflate ratings, but this property is as close to a true "5 Star" as you can get. Photos are accurate; property is spacious, functional and well cared for. Note there are 2 bedrooms upstairs with one bath, and1 bedroom in the basement with a bath. Wonderful view. Property very well-appointed with everything we needed or could imagine needing. Host does require an additional security deposit.

A very comfortable, spacious and very well appointed home. This was THE best VRBO we have stayed in and we are frequent fliers. Matt was exceptionally courteous, thoughtful, and accommodating. There five of us and the three bedrooms were perfect for us to spread out. Quiet, easily accessible neighborhood with tantalizing views of downtown and Mt Rainer.

Matt is an amazing host with a beautiful property. He has thought of every detail and those little things made my family’s stay so comfortable and effortless. We were a smaller group but there is so much room for several family members to come and enjoy Seattle. Lots of different spaces inside and out. So it’s easy to have some private space even with a big group. Magnolia is also so close to downtown and great parks. Highly recommend!

This property was perfect for me and my boys who live in Charlotte NC and I live in Buffalo.
We wanted to explore the North Pacific area, so we selected Seattle. I was there years ago in business trips for the wineries. So I was in and out of Seattle without being able to explore the city in detail.
This property is ideally situated for east city access and also easy access to Fishing areas and exploring just about anywhere.
We did rent a car which turned out to be necessary for the trip.
Matt the owner really takes great care of the property.
Would be glad to stay there agin if we head back to that area.
I also recommend getting a “City pass” for things to do, look at the baseball and or football schedules if that’s you thing. Great restaurants and good food variety especially high end Asian and Thai.
Waterfront has endless things to do also.

I highly recommend this home and would definitely stay again!

Host left thoughtful welcome gifts and the house was very clean and comfortable for our family group of adult guests. Kitchen was extremely well stocked, beds were comfortable and the neighborhood is lovely. We enjoyed our stay in the house.

We had a great time- used the Seattle City Pass to visit 5 choices, plus the Ferris wheel, Winds over Washington, ferry trip to Bainbridge Island and a drive to Whidbey Island. The location of the house was great - we ate several times in the village- quiet and away from the crowds. The nearby park was amazing for our boys.

We loved our stay at this charming, vintage home with city & mountain views, in a quiet neighborhood. It’s tastefully furnished with nice artwork. We were delighted by many lovely details including a fully stocked kitchen with everything including a Keurig coffee maker & extra pods, crock pot, pots & pans, Martini glasses, and a huge selection of herbs & spices. We arrived to find a bottle of wine & treats, as well as bottles of water. So nice!
Lovely linens, comfy beds, and a fenced yard for our corgi to play. Good WiFi. Two bedrooms are upstairs and there’s an entire downstairs suite with bath and large sitting room, which allowed
some space and quiet for our family. The host was very friendly & responsive when we had a question.
Beautiful views from the deck — we even saw Mt Rainier on a clear morning. Within a mile of shopping and restaurants. All in all, the best VRBO experience ever.

I visit Seattle regularly and have had a dozen different rentals. This one is by far my favorite. Matt went above and beyond to make my stay as perfect and memorable as possible. The fantastic view and the backyard porch and firepit made this place unique. I plan to come back to this rental next time I stay in Seattle.

This was a lovely place to stay in a quiet and comfortable neighborhood yet we could see the lights of the city - including the Space Needle from the deck
Easy to book, great communication from host, onsite washing machine was a big bonus as we went directly off to another leg of our vacation with clean clothes

Great Neighborhood & Home!
It was a pleasant stay in Magnolia within walking distance to shops and parks.

This is a very clean and extremely well stocked house, with plenty of room for 6 adults. The house has been meticulously updated, with a well designed kitchen and many windows with loads of natural light. The back deck and yard provide amazing views of downtown Seattle and Mt. Rainer. The kitchen has modern appliances and every type of pot, pan and utensil, plus a variety of coffee and tea making implements. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is a short walk from the Magnolia town center, where there are a number of eating, drinking and shopping options. All in all this is one of the nicest VRBO properties where we have stayed, and Host Matt did a great job communicating with us from check-in to check-out.

My family and I traveled from North Carolina and this house was amazing and Matt, the host, was super. Matt stayed in touch all the way up to us checking in. His instructions on how to get the keys were perfect. He even called when he needed to come by, to retrieve something from the garage, just make sure it was okay and let us know in case we got concerned about who was entering the garage.
The house is great. It was super clean and neat. Extremely well stocked with pots, pans, plates, glasses etc. The linens were also top notch. The location of the house could not be better. You are about 5-10 minutes from everything. One of my sons even took a Lime Bike into town and said the ride was not bad at all. The neighborhood is very quiet and clean. We had no worries of anything. If I return to Seattle, and I hope to one day, I hope this house is available. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Perfect place.

This was a very well maintained home so clean. Excellent stocked kitchen, abundent linen supply and great new laundry facility.. Nice grill on deck.
Wonderful views of the city skyline and Mt. Rainier ("when she's out") from the deck.
Neighborhood is quiet, not too far from downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

A smooth trip from the beginning to the end. We spent 5 days at the property across the Easter Sunday. The house is clean and well stocked. It is also 10 to 15 minutes drive from all attractions such as space needle and pike place market. The host even prepared two Easter gift baskets for my two boys. Highly recommend.

The neighborhood is quiet and lovely, and the house was the perfect size for our family. The kitchen was wonderful with views of Mt. Rainier and downtown Seattle. We cooked a lot, and the kitchen was perfect! Our host even provided a crock pot for us to use when I asked if the house had one! Our host was over-the-top great! We'll be back for sure!

House is beautiful, cozy and fully loaded. The owner has everything in this house, you will feel at home. There are so many little touches it's hard to list them all.
We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this rental.

There was not a single thing we wanted for in this house- from umbrellas to first aid kit to dog dishes there is not a single thing we needed that was not thought of already- I also so appreciated the owner calling proactively before a heat wave to discuss how to keep cool in the rare Seattle heat- could not recommend this place more and we will stay again for sure!

We had a wonderful stay in Magnolia. The kitchen & bathrooms are well stocked, and there are plenty of quality sheets and fluffy towels. When the weather is clear, the backyard/deck is the place to be! We enjoyed the nice table & chairs out there. We used the grill for dinner one night, had delicious pasta at Mondello & sandwiches from Petit Pierre in the village, and an excellent dinner at Walrus & Carpenter in Ballard. The location of the home was very convenient. Lovely neighborhood, quiet, but close to everything.

Matt and Gerry were courteous, caring, helpful, hospitable, and went out of their way to meet our needs before our arrival. They both are very knowledgeable about Seattle's surrounding areas, parks, restaurants, places to visit and were ready to help when requested. We for sure will go back and stay in " their home away from our home as we felt their home like our home".Dolly and Dilip

This is a lovely 1920s home, with wonderful original character along with modern updates. The house has some beautiful antique furniture paired with modern features. The owners provide all kinds of amenities above and beyond your standard rental, including comprehensive kitchen tools and supplies, and a huge supply of toiletries. The back deck and yard are beautifully landscaped with an absolutely amazing view of the ocean and downtown Seattle.

We stayed here for over 2 months in January and February/March. Great place! Very clean and had everything we needed. Newer kitchen, stocked with cookware, dishes, etc. It truly felt like a home away from home! Great back deck. There is an updated downstairs bedroom with a newer bath/shower. Newer washer/dryer.Magnolia is a beautiful neighborhood for walking (we loved the hills) and seemed very safe. Magnolia Village has great shops with everything you need. Pizza places, restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, post office, etc. Ella Bailey park is a block away, The park has some of the best sites of Seattle during the day and at night. I can see why Magnolia is such a desired neighborhood to live. The views out of the back are considered "peekaboo" - not full views. However, the views are better in person and better than a camera can capture. It was peaceful to look out and see the boats and ferries off in the distance. Also a view of downtown Seattle and Mount Rainier. We would definitely rent again. The owner Matt was very helpful and responsive. Thanks!

This house was amazing. Nicely decorated, with real art and interesting homey touches. Beautiful back deck with view of downtown Seattle and Mt Rainier, cozy backyard and a second deck in the front. The kitchen was spacious and without a doubt the best equipped vacation rental we have stayed in! Lots of pots, pans, bakeware, sharp knives, a crockpot, rice/grain maker, a martini shaker, mixer....plus they had on supply things like, coffee, teas, a full spice wrack, oils, vinegar, flour and sugar. The downstairs was a cozy get away where my husband and I slept and at times retreated to while letting the two younger couples stay on the main floor. The owner was a real sweetheart and takes his job as proprietor seriously! It was clear he wanted our stay to be special, especially since we were there over Christmas. He even had some beautiful decorations up which meant a lot! The location was also wonderful. It is in a beautiful neighborhood and very close to Discovery Park, which we visited twice. It is only minutes from downtown but also has a group of restaurants and shops less than a mile away. We would (will) rent again!

Our family enjoyed the property as well as its location each and every day we were there. The host was gracious and respectful. There was nothing missing in terms of both staple supplies and thoughtful items for our stay. We will do our best to return soon.

We were so very happy with this property as our home away from home while we SIP near family in Seattle for a week. A family of 4, with all of us either doing school or work, were able to comfortably find spaces to do work, hang out and socially distance with family and friends. The porch and yard made for a great spot to socially distance and our puppy loved the freedom of running around! The property owners really went out of their way to ensure that the house was stocked with all the essentials that one would find in a hotel; soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, extra towels and blankets. They went above and beyond by stocking the house with every possible way of making coffee; keurig, french press, standard coffee pot and welcomed us with bottles of wine. The house was fully stocked with kitchen essentials and everything you could need. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and a heater that worked to keep us warm in the chilly Seattle October nights. We will look forward to staying with you again!
