Clean, charming and very nice

We liked the rustic cabin, camping atmosphere of the Edgewater. The location is great as it is right on Eagle River and is also not far to town. If you are looking for a fancy place with pools and saunas, this isn't it. It was a quiet, relaxing place.

The room was adorable, cozy, and perfect for my wife and I. The grounds were nice, with lots of shoreline & a few piers to walk out on. It was quiet there too, considering Hwy 70 was right up on the other side of the Inn. The decor was nice too, with the traditional chalet look, along with all the flowers & lights.

Not a deal breaker, but a continental breakfast of some kind would have been fun.

The location was good. The room was adequate.

I needed a good internet connection for a work meeting. My meeting did not go well because the internet connection disconnected multiple times. I asked about this before hand and I was disappointed.

Very clean and quiet! First facility, we've stayed in years where the bathroom exhaust actually worked! Although our air-conditioning was a window air conditioner, it did keep the room cool.

Just note that it's an old Motel that needs some upkeep on the outside of the building.

Check in was freundly enough. However he told me I paid way more than I would have paid going direct

Couldn't even open doors all tge way. Water had an odor and there was no mat or anyplace to remover wet snowy shoes other than bed side. Snow was not removed and it was icy
